I had ordered two products on 23rd march 2019. After successful payment for the product through online, i received a message on my provided number which has the order number as #9217 and a contact number i. E [protected] along with the website email id i. E shokin.[protected]@gmail.com for assistance.
After two weeks i mailed them asking about my order status. I get a reply saying it will be dispatched on 9th of april 2019. Since i didn't get...

I placed 3 dresses on shopkin.in worth rs 1520 on 22nd march. I got the confirmation msg and cl on my no also saying that i will receive my order till 8th april.
But till now i dint get the product and dint refund the money also as i mailed to cancel the order and refund the money but dint get any reply.
They are not replying to any mail. Now they removed their no and the no [protected] and [protected] which i saved before removing...

This is a fraud company... They take the money and do not deliver the products.
I ordered a product on 25th of march and till now it is not delivered... On enquiring initially i was getting and they mailed me and said that they have dispatched the product and it will reach me by 9th april.
But after that the contact number is unreachable and they are not replying to any mails.
It's not just about a small amount that...

I have been trying to reach their customer care number but it's switched off and they are not replying to the emails. This is a fake company attracting people by showing the cheap prices of their product and looting us. This website has to be shut immediately. This is kind of a cybercrime happening and i am sure there are a lot of people trapped by...

I ordered two jumpsuits worth rs 649 on 24th march from this online store named shopkin.in. They confirmed the order and informed that it will be delivered within 12 days. On 6th april i emailed them and got a reply that it will be delivered by 9th april but it has already been 19 days and the order hasn't reached me. They are not responding to any mails and their contact number is incorrect. Please help. I want my money refunded....

I have ordered a lehenga choli set of cost 599/- in the shopin.in online shopping site on 1st april 2019 and it said that the product will be delivered by 12th of april. But the status is still showing processing only. My order number is #24835.
I am not able to cancel the product and also not able to reach out the customer care service.

Today is 12th and there is still no update for my order.

I had placed an order for a jumpsuite and a kurta from shopkin on 29th march, got trapped in their discount prices. Order number being #20164 and #19772. The payment was done at their site via netbanking. I was informed that the product would be delivered by 9th april. No delivery details or tracking url was sent to me and the products till date never reached.

My subsequent follow ups on their customer care number and email...

I ordered 2 dresses for 598 rupees on march 30, 2019. It said it will be delivered within 12 to 14 days, and it's been 12 days already. There's no tracking info and when i called their customer service number it says "temporarily out of service".
I'm a hard-working middle class person and 600 rupees for me is a significant loss, especially when i shop once in a blue moon when i come across good deals and hence i got lured into this...

This company makes you pay online and then doesn't deliver products.
They basically take your money and disappear. I had placed an order on march 24th and was suppose to get my order by april 8th.
I didn't receive my order and when i tried to call them the number has been disconnected. No response on email or facebook.

I ordered 2 products worth rs 750 and even after 15 days they did not deliver them. The site is not replying to my emails. Their contact no is off. I placed my order on 27 april. They said it ll be delivered by 11 april. I tried to contact but got no responce. I messeged them on truecaller too but got no response. I want my money back. This site is fraud....

They spam people by setting their prices extremely low and then vanishing into thin air. Their site does not have an option...

I had ordered 2 sarees from shopkin for rs 1010/- on 27 mar 2019. I recd the order no. #14396 after making the payment by atom pay online. When i enquired the status of my order i found that none of their numbers ([protected] provided in sms and online customer care numbers) are not working. I wrote an email to which they replied that they are processing the order. But i did not receive my order articles. Their phone numbers are not working...

Shopkin, a gujarat based garment dealer, is minting money by taking orders and not delivering the product. They are not reachable through phone and not sure if they have the right address mentioned in their site.

Umpteen number of mails sent asking about the package, and it's still not answered. It has been 20 days since that order was placed. I hope these fraudsters are put behind that bars soon....

. After successful payment, i received a message on my mobile number with #32383 as my order number. They gave [protected] as their customer care helpline number but to no use. Their website looks so genuine with ssl, domain purchased from godaddy.com and using razorpay (Bangalore based reputed company) as their payment gateway. These things compelled me to purchase online....

I ordered two jumpsuits worth rs 800. It has been 14-15 days. Contact number is not reachable now. I have mailed them about it but no reply. They did not provide option of cash on delivery. By keeping low prices they tempt you to buy the clothes. It’s a fraud company by showing low prices they tempt you to buy & don’t deliver the items later. Such a company should be punished & an action must be taken...

I have ordered one saree from shopkin.in site, on 4th April 2019. They said that they will despatch my order but till now I haven't received any message or any call from that site, when I am calling in there customer care it's unreachable, I have mailed them also they said it's in process . But I think they are lying, plz look into this matter. And plz give my refund back as soon as possible, it cost 495₹. 🥺...

I ordered a jumpsuit for rs349, which is paid order, from that site on 25 march 2019 next day i received a call that my order haa been confirmed and will be delivered to you by 8 april 2019.
Now even after my repeated attempts i am unable to contact them regarding my order or its details.
They dont reply to mail we sent, their no. Is temporarily suspended.

I had placed an order on this website on March 26th, 2019. Order ID- 15750. I had paid for the order via internet banking through razorpay portal.
I got a call from them the very next day stating my order had been confirmed and that I shall receive the product within 12 days. It is past 12 days and I am yet to receive the product.
My account got signed out of the website and they keep showing password wrong when I attempt to...

I want my refund. kindly do something for this fake company so that no body can further be looted. I placed an order on their website on 24 march 2019. The website said it will be delivered in 12-14 days. My order was still processing. I called up the company, they said it will be delivered soon.
