I ordered jumpsuit of 350rs on prepaid basis on 30th march 2019 and i didnt recieved the order. When i ordered they were showing estimated delivery in 10-12 working days and when i checked firstly they were showing it as processing for arround 15 days, but now when i am checking the site is not working i. E. Showing invalid. Neither i got my order of jumpsuit delivered nor i got my money back. Please help me out....

Ordered a kurti and a patiya set for 780 on april 9, 2019. I received the following text message

Hello viriya, thank you for placing your order #33885 with shopkin. Your order will delivered to you within 12 to 13 days. Need help contact [protected] or email us shopkin.[protected]@gmail.com

I am yet to receive the ordered item. The website is shut down and unable to reach on the number they provided....

I placed an order on their website on 27 march 2019. The website said it will be delivered in 12-14 days. My order was still processing. I called up the company, they said it will be delivered soon. I then came across complaints about similar websites which all have the same office address in vadodara: office no: 23 to 29, seven seas, gorwa road, opp, alembic rd, vadodara, gujarat 390023.

They scam people by having clothes...

I purchased 825 rs dresses doing online payment. Material not yet received. Neither any mail or message for order.
Facebook & razor pay should be held responsible for encouraging fraudulent activity.
How we will get our money back?
Facebook & razor pay should reimburse our payment.
Where should we complain??

I placed an order on 22nd march 2019 for rs. 299.
I received a confirmation message and mail after payment (Look at attached screenshots). They called me after a day or two to confirm my order and delivery. I haven't received my order yet and now i see why. I dropped a query 2-3 days back on their website and received no reply. Their website, contact number and consumer support isn't working now.
I can't find the number from....

I ordered on 3rd april.. They call men conform order.. N they said withen one week i received my order.. But still m not received any delivery.. Please do something...[protected] this no. I received call from them... N then i try to call thenm.. But still this no. Was switched off... Pleas take action against the shopkin.in... As soon as possible..

I placed an order on 25th march and got a phone call that my order is confirmed and will reach by 12th april. There has been no update since. I emailed them but obviously there has been no response.
The order was prepaid and of ₹897
I request to please take necessary actions since it has affected many people and they will continue to do so by changing their username....

It's a fraud website. They don't give you an option for cod. I ordered a lehenga on 31 March and was supposed to be delivered by 10 april. I mailed them around 4-5 April they replied that it's in transit n I will receive it by 9 April but it didn't come. It was for RS 625.Unluckily I lost the webpage confirming my order but I have the message confirmation. Number they provided with doesn't exists and they are not replying to mails either....

I ordered a kurti from shopkin.in on 9th april, 2019 and just got a mail related to payment from the gateway. Their site was working for a week and my order was showing to be delivered in 12-14 days but from past 2 days site is not working. On searching i found it seem to be a fake site.. I ordered 2 dresses, they have kept no option for cod (That's when i should have understood this fraud) only prepaid options. They provided invalid number in their message acknowledgement. When i checked via mail they replied once then stopped replying my mails. So far no order received. Don't want to let this incident go just like that. Please take action....

I placed order on march 21st. I received a call the very next day and was informed my order will be delivered within 13days.
I tried calling customer care, the number was not reachable.
I sent an email to them, they replied twice stating your order will be delivered, but after that there no communication.
I order 5 dresses and paid around 1700.

I have ordered 4 products worth rs 1999 from shopkin.in on april 3 2019.
I got a confirmation call from them that day itself saying they would be delivering products before 14 april. Till now no status update. I tried reaching them on the same number which was [protected]. Mobile is switched off. Website is shut down.

I ordered a top on st april 2019 from shopkin.in. I received no call but a message saying that the order will be delivered in 12-13 days. Its been 18 days! They display low cost clothes.

Their payment gateway was razorpay
However, on payment i didn't receive any confirmation email from the company. It should have raised red flags but i ignored it.
After a week, i emailed them to check on my order status.
They responded saying order is in transit.

I ordered an ethnic wear costing 650 rupees from Shopkin in 28th march. I saw this website's ad on Facebook. As the products were deeply discounted, i too ordered a dress. It was ordered on 1st of april and still says processing on the website, tried contacting through cal at first they told it would be delivered within 10-12 working days and now their number is unavailable.
Texted on their facebook page, now the page does not even exist.
A fake website, very dissapointed.
