Just now I received the email for Application Feedback Status for Project Quality Leader- at Schneider Electric‏ and it showed my Job Application as Rejected. This is a case where the HR did not checked my profile at all. How long will I get harrassed by HRD for getting a decent job.

I was interviewed by Inova Solutions Salt Lake Kolkata for JAVA in the past few months. I was called by the HR Olivia. When I reached the site, I saw that the HR was looking for another person named Avijit Sarker and not me Rohan Sarker. I was in long waiting list for interview and yet I had hope for success. I delivered well to the Interview board for JAVA and yet I was rejected. Please check the website of the company.

Recently I was called by Softskool Technologies Behala, Kolkata for HL7 Certification by Director Mr. Sambhu Chakraborty. After discussion, the company was not satisfied and wanted Clinical Tests to be integrated via HL7 and not via Portal - DBMS HL7 Implementation. I could not understand what they are saying.

Please help me in cleaning up the mess. I do not want to get bugged by any bribery case or illegal affairs case.br...

Today Rebaca Technologie Kolkata Interviewer Arindam & one other person rejected me for Telecom - JAVA Opening for no reason. They were not interested in my Academic Performance at all. Interview questions were on AAA-Radius & Diameter and Online Charging & Offline Charging.

1. Microsec Kolkata is rejecting candidates in interview with no reason. Besides the interviewers are rude and impractical. I want to complain about Resume rejection by Twitter Inc, Facebook Inc & Twoo. These Social Networking Companies are rejecting resumes not on the basis of talent but on the basis of racial discrimination. These companies do not want to recruit Indians who had Indian Software or Engineering Degrees.

While rejecting, they regret without going through the resumes.

Please stop this injustice.

It is for your information that Infosys is rejecting resumes without any reason. High experienced resumes are not selected and rejected with blacklisting. They reject resumes with Telecom backgrounds well. Narayana Murthy & Rohan Murthy are encouraging a culture where female resumes are selected with more probability. This is a written complaint against the Recruitment Process of GE India. GE India does not read resumes with time and reject candidates even if they had more work experience. GE India recruits candidates who are having referral links with GE Employees. Also GE India HR blacklist rejected candidates.
