I have placed the ordered on dtd 23.08.2020, there is no order confirmation from side and product also not deviled by company...

On 23rd August I purchased a mobile LCD display from touch lcd house worth Rs 1173.3/-.Till date I didn't get any purchase confirmation or shipping confirmation from their end. I am continously trying to contact them but they are not attending any calls and there is also no reply for mail.

Ordered leeco le max 2 display with touch in combo on dated 17.08.2020, order id is 42158 Paid Rs. 1779 to touch lcd house through amazon pay balance but i have not received any confirmation regarding order even when i'm calling nobody is responding please help me to get my refund & take strict action on such type of fraud company.

This is a cheat and an immature site. I have ordered a touch screen glass and frame combo for redmi note 4. My order no is 27859 dated 11 jul 2020. They sent me an empty box. On top, they don't attend any calls on helpline numbers. I have lost my money. They say that whatsapp the complaints to us. But no reply on what app also. Their trade should be canceled as it is an unfair practice. Dont get trapped by placing order

On the same day after order i have seen review of the that was very bad and i wanted to cancel this order and on the same day i within 8 hrs i called on number of customer care but they didn't respond to me then i send lot of emails, direct message, whatup calls, messages but they didn't respond to me i sent lot of email for cancellation of order but didn't replay and have emails as proof as message, direct message, whatsup messages next day again i started calling to company at morning once they take my i tell customer executive about this the told me that order is ready for shipping now you have to wait till order is shipped and when delivery boy comes to you at that time cancel your order we will refund you but i want my full amount refund because i email them before 8hrs according to their tearms and conditions i sent cancel request to them but they didn't respond me that's their fault today the delivery boy came to me and i cancelled order and refused to take but still my money is not refunded now today 27, 7, 2020 one day ago and no response from company my order number is 33641

I have ordered an leeeco lcd display online worth ₹2199. Amount is debited and still shows status as pending. I called lot of times but no response. It looks this persons are fraud and not responding to calls and messages. Looting people's money.

I have purchase a LCD with Touch Screen for Samsung Galaxy J5 - White
(Display glass combo folder) Order no-1349 from TOUCH LCD HOUSE . The product have been delivered on 20 June 2020 and I have register the complaint for returning the product on 20 June 2020
Only at 6:00 pm.After some days I have got a call from TOUCH LCD HOUSE then his customer care said that sir pls courier the product so I have couriered the product by DTDC Courier Centre .
When it is successfully delivered then
customer Care said that the product is damage as I have ensured before couriering that there is no damage in the product . So pls return my Amount -1099 and Courier charge -280 RS otherwise I will take legal action to this company.

Complaint above mentioned company not responding and not refundable money please take action.

I purchased the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Display and Touch Screen Glass With Frame - Black (Order no #6061) product from touchlcdhouse.com online shopping website on[protected]. I received it on[protected] but this product was damaged. I immediately registered Complaint on their website and contacted them on whatsapp, I asked for a refund but they are saying the wrong reasons and they tried to avoid. they don't respond later
