They have not processed my order. They are also not responding. They have configured automated mail responses where no one is attending the inbox. A similar thing was done to a phone number with an automated voice response and no one is picking up the phone.
The cancellation was requested via their webpage four days ago.
I have also informed them to refund the amount via mail but also there is no response.

After I have received the product is not same ( is not supported in my device) immediately I had raised the return and refund request to your website. After I submitted the details of the product is don't respond. Please take action about my return and refund request as soon as possible.

This is fake as ###. They are not sending the product or refunding the amount, they took the money and ran away.

Very poor service. Customer care is dead. They are selling fake items as originals. They are fake company I guess and fraudsters. They only take money and cheat I guess innocent Customers.

I am purchase honor 5c mobile display+touch from touch lcd house, but the product is not working (display working but touch is not working) hence i request for replacement of product or return my money back to me. Ordered the product on 29/05/21, followed up many times, every time they are saying we’ll deliver you in 3-4 days, now recently saying they need to confirm the product availability, they are taking 2 weeks to confirm if they will deliver it or refund my money. Absolutely rubbish company, fraud cheaters

I ordered product on touchlcdhouse after 2-3weeks later they were not delivering the product so I cancel the order after canceling the order they did not refund the money to the bank it has been more than 1 month I canceled product on 9-5-2021 still not refunded my money plz help...
