I ordered my dinner for Kharagpur Station [ORDER ID 820129] DATED 11/03/2017 at around 7 PM, and did not buy any food from anywhere else. The train reached at Kharagpur at around 8.15 Pm and till the last moment they kept me waiting saying that the food will be delivered but nobody came to deliver the food. Even if they have told me in advance i would have arranged something in station.
Now i"m dying of hunger and now no other option...

I had ordered dinner for my son .Which had to be delivered at ernakulam station(kerala) I have already made payment online. SMS was continuously coming your order will bw delivered, you must present on your seat. Travel khana has the worst service ever, laced with fake pomp and show. I booked food on travel khana, for my parents who were travelling on malda town express. they were to get their food at ranchi junction (arrival @ 6:45 pm).
after 2 minutes of arrival at ranchi junction, i informed travel khana that they had not received their food yet. They told that the delivery boy is in train and that the food will be delivered before the train...

then i called them and complaint them for food undelived after that same order they provide me on nijamuddin junction with charded 250 rs extra with above mentioned prices.

At two occasions, in 2014 and 2015, Travelkhana took online food delivery request and did not deliver at mentioned stations. They simply said " sorry". But me and my family had to face lots of inconvinience as food is the basic necessity during long distance travel. The guys who run such business should know the CTQs of their business well or should just stop harrasing customers. If you need more details, let me know...

While travelling in Teesta Torsa Express from Jalpaiguri to Sealdah I have booked for dinner at Malda town. The order was booked 4 days earlier by cash on delivery option.
