Faulty Apple Mac Air Delivered
Faulty Apple Product Delivered. The Mac Air is not charging just after Opening the box. It says Battery is not Charging, Replace the battery. Imagine the shock of life .. when you see this with 1lac + priced product of Apple. I am using apple products for the last 10 years but never had any such kind of quality issue as Apple is known for its quality. This is purely the TrueComRetail seller fraud where they are delivering faulty mac intentionally as I can see the same problem is faced by many other users now. Arrange for replacement on immediate basis.

Apple Pencil return options
My Apple Pencil 1st Generation that I purchased from you is not working. I have already tried in my iPad 7th Generation as well as two other iPads and the issue persists. While another Apple Pencil of my friend works perfectly fine on my device. Kindly enable the return policy from your side as soon as possible.

Order is delayed
I have ordered an item from Flipkart and the courier partner was TrueComRetail on the 6th of June which was supposed to be delivered on the day12th of June. They have not delivered and told due to unforeseen reason order was delayed. Later it was rescheduled to June 14th which is yesterday and even I did not get any notifications so far or status have changed. This is one of the worst experiences in Flipkart with this seller especially. This kind of act will spoil big company names like Flipkart. I hope they take necessary action on this as mine was not the first case to do so. I am waiting still to deliver the product.

My initial promised delivery date is 21st March 2020 which is before the lockdown is announced. But still after 3 months also, I didn't get the product.
My last promised Delivery date was 6th June 2020 and I have no update on the further Delivery date.

Why would you take customer's money and harass them like this?
I have received a damaged mi 4a pro 80cm tv on 24th may and i had requested for replacement. They said they will pick up by 3rd june but it is not picked up or replaced yet. My order id is 0d[protected]. Why would you take customer's money and harass them like this? You have already spoilt your reputation among the customers and now all that's left is to completely boycott the products sold by you.

I have placed an order for samsung s9 plus phone on 20th march 20 and it was fully approved and processed as per details provided by flipkart, further it was stuck for delivery because of covid-19 lockdown as per flipkart earlier communication till yesterday 8th may 2020, but today the reseller cancelled the order on his own and states that i have cancelled it, which is utter false, and now flipkart say that true com has ran out of stock, he is currently also selling the same phone @29, 999 on flipkart, both flipkart and reseller are cheating now saying they have run out of stock.

s9 plus price hike
Why has the price of the samsung galaxy s9 and the s9 plus increased by rs 4000 and rs 2000 respectively on flip kart. It would be nice if the price is not increased by such a large notice for no reason. It should actually drop as the newer samsung flagship phone is going to be released in a few days. So please reduce the price, so people may buy it.

I had purchased a product (Samsung galaxy s9 mrp:21, 499) on flipkart on the 21st of feb got the product on the 26th of feb of order id: od[protected]. But because the poor quality of the product i raised the return request on 5th of feb and the promise date was 12 of feb, but on 11th of feb return request got canceled after that i made a new return request of which the promise date of pick up was 18th of feb but again return request got canceled on 17th of feb. Now i made a new return request on which the promise date is 25th of feb, today its 24th of feb still i haven't got my pick up yet and waiting for the replacement. Its been 19 days since i raised the return request i am not getting services from flipkart's side as i had talked to their so many executives but they are not doing anything to resolve my issue. So please kindly help me with this issue.

I have ordered samsung galaxy s10 lite with exchange of samsung s8. Executive came but he was not carrying the courier and was with empty hands. His intution was to cancel the order no matter what so he didnt even checked my old phone and asked to share the imiei number and just cancelled it without checking the device. On insisting why is he doing that he said we can not help it and left away. They have charged rs. 100 for the same. What a pathetic service. If you dnt have phone in stock than why are you accepting it.

Flipkart order # od[protected] of samsung galaxy note 10 lite which was preordered on 25th january 2020 by paying full price with a guaranteed delivery date of 4th february 2020 has not been honored. The seller truecomretail has not provided any timeline of product delivery and the order is still showing in the shipping pending stage. Flipkart support is also helpless and the only reason i am told is there is a logistics issue and i need to wait till 7th february 2020. This is clear gross negligence on part of flipkart and truecomretail of not providing committed service to the customer.

Even I am facing similar issue. Delivery date for note 10 lite was 4th of Feb and it is not even shipped yet (7th of Feb). Customer services said they'll update me the status by 8th of Feb. This was so not expected from Flipkart.
Even I am facing the same issue. Preordered one on 30th Jan 2020 with a promised delivery date 6th February but as of today(8th Feb) the item isn't even shipped and is still stuck at "seller is processing your order". Such a let down by flipkart! The customer service guys have no clue as to what the on going issue is. When will this be resolved? My first date for for resolving the issue was the 7th and now its postponed to 11th.

You submitted the order to delhivery for the delievery, but there track record are pathetic, they don't deliver the product, they are displaying that on 31st october as per customer request we have rescheduled the product delievery but i've not said anything to their delievery boy

I gave order mi tv on 1 oct 2019 in big billion day offer by flipkart after complete payment they shown order will shipp on14 oct 2019 but till yet not recived product. So i called to flipkart support they gave fake promise 19 date then 21 oct till date not recived product and now flipkart support team not giving a proper response. They said seller is not aggre to delivery product. This is not our fault if seller not aggree it's coardination btween flipkart and truecomretail. I don't understand why flipkart shown product if they unable to delivery product in home my address. This is total worst service by e-commerce company. I humbely request to you please take a action this type of fraudnation by online e-commerce company.

I had ordered a product on 29th of september from flipkart and seller is truecomretail. The order id is : od[protected]. I had done emi payment as seller doesn't accept cod payment. Well the delivery date promised as per seller and flipkart is 25th of oct. Almost more than 26days! If it had been a cod order or a 1000rs product i wouldn't have minded, but as it's a expensive product and i payed the whole amount for it, also i have to pay to the bank from 13th of every month, it's not worth to wait for 1month for delivery of product. Also if by chance i cancel the product after 13th of oct. I will get force close charges applied by bank as the emi cycle will start already. Now i called flipkart and spoke with all but they say only seller can do what he wants and flipkart is helpless. So i raised a complain at national consumer helpline with complain no. 1653535. I mailed the same on 7th of oct and called them back. A person named vivek from senior department spoke with me and mailed me the same that he will forward my issue to seller and mail the seller and within 48 hours he will get back with a solution! Today is 12th oct, and still no reply from anyone. So please help me now!

I ordered samsung galaxy a10 yesterday at 90% off yesterday I.e 20th October, 2019. They promised one day delivery which I still not recieved. I payed through my paytm account. If the company cannot give the product I want my refund.

Today I have received my MI 4A pro 108 cm TV through Gati Courier. When I have opened the box I found the screen was damaged. As the TV is under the replacement warranty period i.e. under 10 days replacement warranty period, I request you to replace the damaged TV as soon as possible.
I bought 4A pro 43" Tv. But realized there is not Netflix on it. I want to return this tv and get 4X 43" and pay the additional charges for this model. Is there a way to get this done ?
