The phone that I bought from Flipkart online store where truecomretail was the retailer. The phone has a defective speaker where only one side of speaker is working and there is no sound in the other speaker. The cover for the back camera lens is loose and opened up and the back camera quality is very low.

I have order MI A1 and Also payment OTher boy And It is cancle by Seller And My payment not Received Now .. And Always Seller Accpeted ALL PAymeyt And Cancle All Orders.. So I Think THe Seller Invesment Our Money..I REquest You You Nessarry inform Me.

Recently (22nd Feb, 18) I bought the product "Samsung Galaxy On Nxt (Gold, 64 GB)" from Flipkart, however this was delivered without handset.

I called Flipkart customer care, they told that like we will not receive complaint.

I did not expect this type of response from them.

You didn't described in your policy that the order is limited to 2 per ID, you have wasted my time.

The same thing happened to me. I wanted Redmi note 4 phone and buy it from truecomsellet asit was listed on site but my pin code which is 560037 was out of the delivery coverage area. when I contacted your customer care to request to arrange the delivery of that phone to my area I was given a number to talk directly to saying it was your seller's number and if he wished he might send phone to any address. When I contacted your seller through whats app (number provided by you) I was instructed to make direct payment to an account (detail of which is mentioned below) There was no reason why I should have doubted him because that seller was listed on your website and hence paid him Rs 25998 on 27/1/17 . After receiving payment your seller assured me that he would be dispatching that product to me on 4/02/17 on 4/2/17 he showed his inability and requested me to wait till 8/2/17
I asked to cancel the order and they told me to wait for 15 days. even after asking so many times there is no respose on the refund status but now he is not responding and even the messages are also not delivering. Now when I checked I observed that he and
his products are no
longer listed on your site.

I also faced the same problem, I was looking at buying Redmi note 4 phone and chose to buy it from ##FRAUDTrueComRetail as it was listed on #FLIPKART, #INDIAMART, #EBAY but my pin code which is 380051 was out of your delivery coverage area. When I contacted your seller through whats app (number provided on EBAY AND Indiamart ) I was instructed to make direct payment to an account (detail of which is mentioned below) There was no reason why I should have doubted him because that seller was listed on website and he has sent #FRAUDTrueComRetail hence paid him Rs 12999 on 26/1/17 . After receiving payment seller assured me that he would be dispatching that product to me on 30/01/17, but he didnt, post that he said to wait till 4/2/17 . Again on 4/2/2017 he wait till 8/2/17, FROM 4/2/17 he he is not responding. Now when I checked I observed that he and ##FRAUDTrueComRetail is really fraud and his products are no longer listed on your site.

do a police complaint then only you would et your money back.First call flipkart again and tell all the instances, if they dont helpwrite on their social media if they dont help again then go to police.

Please everyone organize. In this case it is not the truecomretail which is at fault. Try to understand if any organization is involved in corrupt practices why will it give it's correct address and details. This is eBay's and indiamart's fault and they are duty bound to pay for your losses. I am good at dealing with such cases please allow me to help you and yes I'm also a victim.
