I bought the product recently for my son and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

    I had paid rs. 56000/- for 7, 8, 9, 10 class. The executive promised that kit will arrive witbin two days as byju's have special permission of delivery even in lockdown and also said that you can cancel your subscription within 15 days if you dont like it. But after payi g amount, the tone was changed and they said that due to lockdown we can not deliver kit in time, and we got delivery after more than one month. Within 10 days my children found that this product is not for them, i send mail to company's registered mail address requesting cancel my subscription and send refund. But now they deny for refund. I asked them for give answer in written so thay i can file police complaint for the fraud and file petition at court, but they deny for the same also.

      "i just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both it is a feedback to the company to improve the packing the content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well."

        Byjus customer support line never connects. I bought the product almost a week back and i have not received it yet. Due to some reasons i have not been able to call and check the status. But i have called them 3 times in the last 24 hours. Everytime im put to wait. Such questions should be answered at the right time and not callback after day or two. They should not make people wait like this and treat issues like this as priority. I have a mail which says it is dispatched. But it has not reached till now. How do we track it if the calls don’t connect immediately?

          I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list. Please assist and close the same at earliest.

            I recently ordered a byjus monthly trial pack for std.10th cbse.When i got the delivery, the product i got was 10th icse, which means that i ordered for cbse and i got icse. I called the customer care and they just kept arguing with me that cbse and icse are same and it is a foundation and the portions would be there in it. I said them that the portions are not same then also they just kept arguing with me about the same. Are the customer care people illiterate that they cannot even differ between cbse and icse

              I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case. Kindly check and see what is to be done.

                  We purchased in the month of Feb. 2020 for class 1st to class 3rd and in the month of may 2020 they stared calling us and started saying that we are going to close grade 1st and they will give on grade 2nd classes..

                  that's means with in 3 months they have completed grade 1...

                  But actually during the discussion with sales person he agreed that they will be closing it by 2021 may grade 1

                  but backend team is saying other way..

                    I am writing this report to complain about tricks that byjus is doing to earn money from innocent peoples . I have purchased this byjus premium kit about 6 months ago and this is one of the worst app I have ever seen in my life. The cost me 90000 rs which is a huge amount for 11-12 and neet. But what they are providing in return for this is just a poor content. They have low quality videos for biology . One of the major problem that I am facing is that many topics are missing in physics due to this I end up with many doubts. The content is poor no services of live classes also these live classes are only for name you cannot ask doubts . I am warning other please never purchase this byjus kit they are just concerned to steal money from you like a fraud and trickish

                      The sd card provided by byjus cannot be used after the expiration. What kind of betrayal is this?? Is this a business strategy??? I want my money back otherwise take a legal action against this betrayal company who are here not to give education but to sell their third-class products.

                          The byjus premium app needs update. I am fed up using it. While watching the video i can't go 2 or 3 minutes back it is taking me at some other time. Ex : vector algebra class 12 there is a practice set of 7 hours mobile watching the video let's just say it's 30 minutes i have watched it now i want to go back at 28 minutes but it is not taking me back it is taking me at some other time. I think the atmosphere a little like youtube where we can go 10 or 20 seconds forward or backward please solve this problem.

                              Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for 12th classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible..

                                I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered. Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told me to change my handset. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4. Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended.

                                  The content is not nice all the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics they cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. The most important part that half the content is locked

                                    I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe. Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.. Its just money making company by giving dummy tab.

                                      I have done a big mistake by purchasing byju's tablet for online learning for my kids. I have taken package for my son and daughter uto 10th std and paid a whopping approx 135000/-.

                                      On insisting repeatedly their representative abhinav promised that money can be refund anytime prorata basis if you dont see good result or dont like the course. Within few weeks kids have lost interest in the byju's course and telling that our teachers are better than those of byju's. I called byju's to refund my money but they have put a condition that i did not cancel within 15days. How can you assess a kid within 15 days. I am done for one year and i did not see good result. I already enough discussion and dont want anymore.

                                      If byju's not refunding money i will for sure put all the video's on internet and will recover my money.

                                        The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. Which i find weird since they are having the money for both the classes in advance then why they are holding up the sd card for class 7. Tab + sd crad was sent to my with payment mode as cash on delivery but on invoice it is written prepaid which makes the thing more weird and doubtful though i still have the invoice but there is no mention of byju's classes on it. The only proof i have is their sd card. Please help me to get back at least half of the money of class 7. I dont want to continue with their classes.
