I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. I bought byjus app. I tried a lot of times, but the tab would not switch on. Initially i thought this was because of low/zero battery charge. I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case. Kindly check and see what is to be done....

Despite my request to byjus to cancel their byjus ias product, no concrete action has been taken from their side. I bought a product on 15th of march and from april onwards i m making complains and requesting them to cancel their product. Nothing is done from their side. I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly.
