This byju's tab was purchased by me several months ago. I purchased 3 years course. I was very ambitious regarding my coaching but they just provide recorded video lectures of partially completed syllabus and less detail. Moreover on their doubt portal they often send answers copying from google. And mentors are just for like "how's your study going?" that's it. Yes, that's it. I am heavily unsatisfied. I paid 90000 rupees and now at the brink of my career i am in the trap of a business

I had purchased byju's for 3 years with a high ambition that it will be my guiding force to clear my competetive exams. But leave alone guiding hand, it is not a proper supplement too. The inly thing i can admit to be good is majority of their available video lectures. Now the cons i faced as a premium user
•less details in videos
•incomplete syllabus for competetive exams
•useless doubt solving forum ans they copy paste from google
•unlimited practice more precisely limited problems appearing unlimitedly
•mentor, more precisely the "how's your studies going" person and referring to students portal 1000 times as if it is god's own website forum
•when classes are arranged by mentor they are resolved by other mentors who pretend to be experts, they will ask you for time and they will browse google and read the wikipedia for you. (In a nutshell topic expert - google assistant)
•they provide workbooks (Sounds very premium huh!). They are the most most basic questions like for eg: you are studying vectors questions are what is vector?
What is a null vector?
How to represent a vector
They claim we end up making notes. But you end up making such notes which are self sufficient to get you 60% in boards (Leave alone jee, neet)
•not at all focussed on problem solving because they solve around 5-6 problems of a topic. Just focused on creating graphical videos which they claim to outsource your mind's work of visualisation.
•everything the counselor will say will sound very appealing to everyone. But why doesn't the company look up that they are middle class people who look up to them as saviours of child's career. People are ambitious and why doesn't this billion dollar industry byju's understand it must make billion hearts happy and a billion dollar by misleading people.
•primary and middle school advertisement going on on tv screens actually properly depict that byju's is only suitable for those students. It doesn't have that power to help students crack jee or neet that requires hard (Very hard) labour.

If i had a little more hope that this might bring a change on a large level or even on personal grounds, if i was assured that i would get my money back i would have continued to highlight more points. But i am very demotivated

    I bought the product recently for my younger brother and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

      The tab provided by byjus is not working properly. The video gets stopped abruptly which breaks the flow of study. Kindly issue a new tab and exchange this or fix the glitch that is happening and give me a standby tab for the timebeing so that my study does not get hampered because of the gap. Therefore, i request you to kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.         I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case. Kindly check and see what is to be done. Kindly issue a new tab and exchange this or fix the glitch that is happening and give me a standby tab for the timebeing so that my study does not get hampered because of the gap. Therefore, i request you to kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

            I am ias student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries.               I m very much satisfied with the study which is done by byju's in there videos. They made my concepts really clear. But i want that byjus must introduce s. St in the course which include history, geography, political science and economics). Specially the lines written in the book of history is very boring and hard to learn and if byju's will introduce the same all will really be benifitted. If my request is taken in consideration then our nation will do more good as sst is a major problem of students of ncert.. I feel very boring when reading about history if it will be in video form then it will be fun to learn, kindly introduce sst also in your course its a request.

                Sir i enrolled with your cat tablet programme. Your education counselor told me you will get the order in 1 to 2 days after enrollment. But i did not receive it yet. I am trying to ask your counselor but he is not being responsive after my enrollment. Because of this reason i am not able to start my preparation. I am sure you will find time to resolve this problem in your busy schedule. Thanks

                    I want byju's to take the tab back and the material too. I paid for maharashtra board, instead of that they have sent cbse board. The materials are of no use anymore to me and my son. I have also called the customer care and the guy who came for the demo class, but no help yet. Lets just be very clear and take your tab back, and give me my money back since you guys are not interested in replacing it with the right product

                      "have purchased byjus product approx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible... Really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling customer support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.

                        I request byju's for cancellation of product but they don't reply force me to continue as they said out of policy i request them to no deduction of emil but they not listen we have financial problem and health problem of family but they are rudely behaving. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

                          I have been requesting for cancellations of the byjus scholarship ias course since 13 march 2020. During the purchase of the course i was told by nitish sir (Byjus sales person) that an exam will be held and only if i qualify that exam and then i will be eligible for the course if i fail the exam i won't be eligible and the tablet will be taken back and the money would be refunded. I thought i was privileged that my competence would be judged and only then i will be able to join the course. But no such elimination exam was held and my first emi was deducted without the exam. Soon after the deduction i became alert that mention of the exam was just a gimmick to pursuade me to take the course. And soon after the deduction of first emi on 10th march 2020 i made my mind not to continue the course further which i didnt really like much so i lodged cancellation of course on 13 march 2020. I could have cancelled the course in the intitial 15days but since i was told that an exam will held i decided to wait till the exam but the exam never happened and i also lost the 15days window period. Byjus is intentionally delaying the cancellation. I can show all the mails and contact history with byjus.

                          This is really fraud way to cheat consumer and all the people must know how this salesman will give fake promises and does not carry out the cancellation despite repeated requests.

                            I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

                              I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                                We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. It was a partial cod order. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                                  I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will...

                                    I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                                      The content is nice but all the chapters are locked they are not teaching most of them not opening i dont know why they cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. The most important part that half the content is locked, i dont know solve my issue please

                                        Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them. I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing money this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team
