I want byju's to take the tab back and the material too. I paid for maharashtra board, instead of that they have sent cbse board. The materials are of no use anymore to me and my son. I have also called the customer care and the guy who came for the demo class, but no help yet. Lets just be very clear and take your tab back, and give me my money back since you guys are not interested in replacing it with the right product

    "have purchased byjus product approx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible... Really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling customer support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.

      I request byju's for cancellation of product but they don't reply force me to continue as they said out of policy i request them to no deduction of emil but they not listen we have financial problem and health problem of family but they are rudely behaving. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

        I have been requesting for cancellations of the byjus scholarship ias course since 13 march 2020. During the purchase of the course i was told by nitish sir (Byjus sales person) that an exam will be held and only if i qualify that exam and then i will be eligible for the course if i fail the exam i won't be eligible and the tablet will be taken back and the money would be refunded. I thought i was privileged that my competence would be judged and only then i will be able to join the course. But no such elimination exam was held and my first emi was deducted without the exam. Soon after the deduction i became alert that mention of the exam was just a gimmick to pursuade me to take the course. And soon after the deduction of first emi on 10th march 2020 i made my mind not to continue the course further which i didnt really like much so i lodged cancellation of course on 13 march 2020. I could have cancelled the course in the intitial 15days but since i was told that an exam will held i decided to wait till the exam but the exam never happened and i also lost the 15days window period. Byjus is intentionally delaying the cancellation. I can show all the mails and contact history with byjus.

        This is really fraud way to cheat consumer and all the people must know how this salesman will give fake promises and does not carry out the cancellation despite repeated requests.

          I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

            I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

              We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. It was a partial cod order. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will...

                  I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                    The content is nice but all the chapters are locked they are not teaching most of them not opening i dont know why they cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. The most important part that half the content is locked, i dont know solve my issue please

                      Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them. I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing money this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team

                        I want to give up with my course...
                        Please dont play with students...
                        Don't go beyond money..
                        When students are not interested with course please leave them... Instead don't delay there problem taking monthly emi...
                        Today's students are tomorrow citizens and officers...

                          I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe. Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.. Its just money making company by giving dummy tab.

                            The content of half of the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics. They cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. The most important part that half the content is locked. Please do something as soon as possible or i dont want to continue with the service if the action is not taken the earliest this is not the way to provide your customer with the wrong thing, customer satisfaction is the most imp thing kindly work on providing best service to yours customers.

                              I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered. Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4. Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended.

                                "i am of grade 7 studing in bangalore. My tab is not functioning properly from october. It is like freezed and if i need to type anything if the letter does not come i need to make it from portrait to landscape and then try i need to press a button atleast 10 times for it to accept that button or sometimes nothing happens. I waited thinking it as a temporary problem but it is there for 4 months. I would like to continue watching byjus. Please replace my tablet as soon as possible. Please.

                                  I have to cancle online course.in byju's they they are not responding. Last 3 month. Whenever i call, they speak will call within 48 hours but no call. They are not providing services. They are cheating on me. Plz help. According to byju's cancellation must be within 15 days from when i receive. But apply for cancellation after 5 days only.. Bcz. They not provide all materials. By the way. I have to cancle.. I am unable to pay money. I paid 9500. They gave me some material worth of almost 9500. But i want to return theirs material. I don't want continue.. Plz help.. They are torches.

                                    "i booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund.

                                      I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both.It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                                        Byjus customer support line never connects. I bought the product almost a week back and i have not received it yet. Due to some reasons i have not been able to call and check the status. But i have called them 3 times in the last 24 hours. Everytime im put to wait. Such questions should be answered at the right time and not callback after day or two. They should not make people wait like this and treat issues like this as priority. I have a mail which says it is dispatched. But it has not reached till now. How do we track it if the calls don’t connect immediately?
