Byju's employees with no self-respect were found pretending like a Loan recovery agent of illegal IIFL loan. I have ordered for a course for my daughter sanjana goswami and paid the initial amount of rs5000. But we are not satisfied with the course and thereafter opted for its cancellation within 15 days of delivery through my registered mail to their cancellation mail. I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case. Kindly check and see what is to be done....

My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last night the product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? We got this product on 20 january 2020, on 5 febuary 2020, we asked our salesman to return this product because we were not able to understand and were facing eyes issue, he said to solve but after few days when no step was taken then, we call him again but he ignore our call. I received a product from byju's and it came in a very dilapidated package. The outer package was soggy and torn as if it was tossed a puddle. I was very apprehensive while accepting it, but i guess i went with the brand. But the kind of packaging it was in was not acceptable from a company like byju's.
