I mailed many times for the cancellation of the active packages since february but no mail/contact regarding that. And now they are asking for EMI money, why should I pay for that when I am applying for the cancellation and they are unable to cancel it. I am receiving SMS and calls for the EMI Pay. This happened for a month. And then threatening for legal actions, when they are not paying attention to the queries, but they call every day to remind that to pay.

    Dear all
    I want to return my order.
    I want to cancel it
    Below points show not to go with byju app
    As they are fraud and got hidden charges
    My emi should be deducted on 7of every month
    1-On June 2020 my amount have not got deducted as they put my name on morotorium without asking me and said there is interest charges on this and then again forced me to pay on 26th of June
    2-Again after 10days byju asked me to pay loan emi on 7 July as because they delayed my earlier payment
    3- I requested finance team it's only difference of 10days give me extension till 26th of July but they said please make it before 10
    4- today 7july 2020 account does not got sufficient balance so it got bounce as I was intention that I can pay till 10th
    5- they charged me with 500rs auto got debited because they fine me penalty of 500rs my cibil got low
    I have sent several email marking byju support and press byju
    I have not got any reply from past 2month
    I suggest to take action as still want to cancel my order asap.

    Hi Shivani,

    As per the conversation, I am looking for the cancellation of pending EMI's as it is not helpful to us anymore. Manaswi is not even attending the classes from April month and no one informed us about this as well. The sessions are completely different from her curriculum. There is no advantage of having classes. In fact we see our kids are going negative with all those sessions as she is not able to relate it.
    We cannot burn our hard earned money like this. This is ridiculous to get such a response from your team that cancellation cannot be done. Is it really an education industry?. We cannot commit crimes or beg around to pay byju's fees. This is pure mis-selling of your services and product to us unnecessarily. It was even told to us that we can cancel the EMI's at any time and even seek a refund if it doesn't go with our expectation. The person who sold us the scheme is not even picking up or responding to our calls[protected]. I have never seen any education industry make payment mandatory if a student doesn't want to continue with it. If you forcefully want us to pay for the EMI's thent that is not going to happen, I am looking to get some help from you and not to create any unnecessary troubles to both o[censored]s. Please help to get this matter solved amicably.
    My kids' education has already impacted post joining your classes and I just simply want to cancel the subscription and pending EMI's.

      Hi i purchased this product only on the commitment given by the sales man that he will give us the refund at any point of the time if we are not satisfied with the course but when i called them after few days they are saying that they cannot refund

        I have bought bjus ias course for one year. They initially charged 14k for installation.
        Within 15 days o have asked for the cancellation due to family situation. I have informed through mail [protected]@bjus.
        But they not respond me late of one month.
        After one month back they called me and said your refund validity was expired.
        More than 17 times i have send mail.
        They keep on telling the same thing again again.
        What i have to do?

          Already completed are not getting marked as completed and in parent tab also it is showing as nothing is completed. Its more than one month my kid is using it please do need full.

              I recently inserted my sdcard for 11th std and the card is not getting accepted and when i open the app it says error 2002 so i want an exchange or i want a refund of my product and its the worst app ever so i want an exchange.

                I bought 3 package from byju's costing more than 1.5 l, where 85k already paid, rest are getting deducted from my account, i have raised the concern with the company for stopping the deduction but not listened, now when i don't have enough money to pay, they are bugging us like any thing, calling my dad 5 times a day and to my brother.

                Please stop it, we don't want your product and already paid enough, we have some financial crisis, i[censored] want ur product please take it back and please provide us the refund, and stop bugging my family.

                  My byjus subscription has been enrolled in the name of aryan goyal
                  My registered phone no is [protected] and [protected]. With due respect i would like you to pls cancel my registration and refund my money. I spoken to my mentor regarding this but they say it’s been more than 15 days so they can’t cancel it. But i was regularly informing regarding my issues with the concerned person whose no is [protected]
                  Every time he use to convince that to try for some more time. But we are not comfortable with the online class and as know he is not responding so i request you to pls cancel it and make my refund asap

                      As i am not satisfied with the course content and mentor support as they promised i want to return the product. The time for return was 30 days as told by the sales person. It was delivered to me on 27 th of may, 2020. Still 4 days left within the trail period.
                      Please do the necessary and resolve asap.

                          Byju's employees with no self-respect were found pretending like a Loan recovery agent of illegal IIFL loan. They introduced as Accounts Manager, IIFL but takes the salaries from Byju's, use Byju's Phone, SMS and email. All those have no moral courage to answer my questions now. Ms. Sunitha Krishnan, Assistant Vice President, Byju's, and Mr. Preejet Muralidharan of IIFL submitted a forged NOC of IIFL claiming to be a system-generated pdf file. One class V student can also create such a pdf file. They used office 2007 applications to create that fake document to deceive the customer. Mr. Preejit is not accessible now. It is so shameful that a billion $ company is involved in cheating, forging, and telling lies like ordinary thieves. There are hundreds of pieces of evidence of their unethical business practices. I am attaching only the NOC document. The pdf file can not be uploaded S I am uploading the document in another supported format. Some of their phone calls prove that they are really shameless. I am so sorry to say like this but that is the reality. One of the audio recordings is attached. The same Phone Number sometimes becomes IIFL Customer Number and sometimes Byju's Customer care number. What a Joke!

                            I have ordered for a course for my daughter sanjana goswami and paid the initial amount of rs5000. But we are not satisfied with the course and thereafter opted for its cancellation within 15 days of delivery through my registered mail to their cancellation mail. Order was delivered to us on dated 20.05.20 and we mailed for its cancellation on dated 02.06.2020. Still after sending cancellation mail, daily byju's new representative calling me and asking me for emi rather than cancelling the order and refunding money.

                                I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case. Kindly check and see what is to be done.

                                  I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 8th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it then it worked fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will...

                                    I bought the product recently for my younger brother and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back she said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                                      My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last night the product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive?                                         A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.
