I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case. Kindly check and see what is to be done. Kindly issue a new tab and exchange this or fix the glitch...

They provide us product during my examination as we are a middle class family and due to examination i don't use it for some days after some days i understand it is useless when i check for cancellations there is written that u can return it only in, 7 days and it is not possible they have to give some police for return so that they give us refund according to time for that we use it...

The content of half of the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics. They cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. Now she has been getting calls from byju's customer call centre ([protected]) even in late evenings (That also on saturdays) insisting that she answers certain queries.. Even on being told not to do so, the call centre executive from bengaluru was insistent & kept on calling back repeatedly.br...

We have bought the byjus product for our kid who was in 9th standard and now promoted to 10th. We're no more interested to continue the product for class 10 as we found their product and service is useless. We have contacted them many times for cancellation.
