    Despite my request to byjus to cancel their byjus ias product, no concrete action has been taken from their side. I bought a product on 15th of march and from april onwards i m making complains and requesting them to cancel their product. Nothing is done from their side. A lady named prachi who heads their doesn't cooperate with the things and playing spoilsport and shifts the blame on customers itself. Entire team is doing a kind of harassment and not taking back it's product and not refunding the hard earned money in such hard time of lockdown.

      "my daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

        I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

          I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab. Change the tab give a new one, i think issue is in the tab only how can battery drain so fast. Please do the needful

            I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

              I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying

                I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case. Kindly check and see what is to be done.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I have taken Byju learning app service for my daughter Debdutta Ghosh on Feb 2020. As per agreement I have paid 13000 initial payment and rest of the payment with 12months EMI. First EMI 4888 got deducted on march 7 th. After that from 22 march lockdown has been started and I have requested Byju on 1 April to not to deduct EMI for Apr and May. I have called them also and they have agreed verbally. Due to critical situation I have withdrawn all the amount from my account as my parents are very aged person. But they have triggered EMI on 7 Apr. EMI bounced and Rs 590 has been deducted from my account. After that they have forced me to pay and called me 15-20 time in all my numbers registered with them. Finally 3 may they have again agreed with that they will wait till 6 Jun. They will start deducting EMI from 7 June and sent me email confirmation. I have agreed to pay interest for non payment of 2 EMI. But suddenly on 7 May again they deducted EMI. In this regard I would like to complain against Byju and refund my money back and would not continue any relationship with them. I will return back the things given by Byju. As of now I have given 13000 + 4888*2. Along with I need EMI bounce charges. Also note that from march end to 4 may they have block the tab and my daughter was unable to use it. They have unblock it on 4 may after when I have sent them that they have agreed to wait till 7 June.
                    I would like to request you to take necessary action on this issue and help me out.

                      I downloaded byju's app for me and my brother. I received a call the next week and they want us to buy their product. My mom clearly said that we didn't need anything.
                      Still i'm receiving unnecessary phone calls from the byju's app. They want us to buy their products even after saying that we don't need that. It is really annoying. I've blocked many numbers but still they call from different numbers. Please do something as soon as possible. Thank you.

                          I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 8th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it then it worked fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will...

                            Their customer service is bad quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work there must be some technical issue because of which the tab is not working.

                              I buy product from byjus and as per policy cancel my product in 15 days its date is 25/2/2020 and today date is 7/5/2020, i am doing mail on regular base and receive call from byjus but they still not cancel my product i have to pay emi. So beware from byjus because they cant refund you after purchase and they told fake is cancel your product in 15 days. Today 80 days but product not cancel and my 80k stuck in byjus. This information for my brother and sister you please dont in trap, if you buy one then you will not cancel product.

                                The lenova tab provided by the byjus is defective now and they are least bothered to attend the complaint.They insisting to download the app in some other smartphone for continued use.Such a nasty fellows

                                  My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for 4 years course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.

                                    My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last night the product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet...

                                      We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday.. It was a partial cod order wherein the part payment was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.
