Byjus app asking for setup of class 10th and when I'm trying to setup it ..formation of PIN validation occurs. My problem is that I didn't knew the code of PIN validation.

    A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.

      I want byju's to take the tab back and the material too. I paid for maharashtra board, instead of that they have sent cbse board. The materials are of no use anymore to me and my son. I have also called the customer care and the guy who came for the demo class, but no help yet. Lets just be very clear and take your tab back, and give me my money back since you guys are not interested in replacing it with the right product. I dont want the product anymore please give me my money, this is ridiculus how can someone study from the board whichb he does not belong to. Solve the issue asap

        The product was delivered to me this afternoon. To my surprise when i unpacked it i found the product to be in damaged condition. My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for 4 years course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too. Please help us in resolving it asap

            Byju's — cancellation & refund

            I had raised my cancellation request on 29th march, 2020 by text message as student is not taking interest in course & we are going through financial problems due to lockdown.
            We have requested byju counselor mr. Aditya {21823941} to refund our payment and cancel our loan due to above mention reason who is unable to understand the problem. Lack of responsibility is what you show and the commitment. I couldn't believe how could you not understand that we do not want anything from you except cancellation of the loan and refund of the paid amount.
            It's been almost a month and i haven't got any confirmation on this. I have paid 1st installment also. Byju offers worst customer cancellation services. I highly recommend never ever go for byju's tablet and the course. It's just a trap they are running business. I m very disappointed with this and i want strict action on this asap. Please cancel my loan application and refund my whole amount.

              I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues. The tab is not working and might have some hardware/software issue which you guys would be able to figure out better.

                  I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                    Got it for 2 kids. But no mentor is there to guide except the name of the mentor after a lot of complaining. Just one day before the exam the mentor calls up and asks the kids to cram up the subjects. Wow. Isn't it great. Wasted 90k + for this service. And kids lost interest in studies completely. Can't put them in coaching institutes as paid a lot to byjus and our pocket doesn't allow now. Future of the kids appear bleak.

                      I had been bought a byjus premium 3 months ago yet i couldn't open it about 2 months . When i try to open byjus premium it showing "your sd card is missing and error 2002 .

                        I have purchased byjus product approx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible..."i really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling customer support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.                           I have paid the full amount to byjus, i had been told that i would be provided a new sd card but they are not sending the replacement. They are simply giving reasons saying my phone is not reachable, they are delivering today and all that, it has already be more than 20 days since they are not doing anything regarding this. I need some resolution on the same. I think they do not want to send so are giving reasons.

Also kindly look after your packing outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

                              I received a product from Byju's and it came in a very dilapidated package. the outer package was soggy and torn as if it was tossed a puddle. I was very apprehensive while accepting it, but i guess i went with the brand. but the kind of packaging it was in was not acceptable from a company like Byju's. Please look at these small things also while the product is good but the customer care is not that good.

                                  I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

                                    "tablet is not working properly, videos are getting interrupted in between. Called 2-3 times at customer support, they said you will get a call back from tech team within 24 hours. But i haven't... From last 24 hrs i am struggling with this tablet. I have wasted a lot of time on this, moreover its weekend (The only time when you get extra hours to read). How will compensate for this?

                                      I recently ordered a byjus monthly trial pack for std.10th cbse.When i got the delivery, the product i got was 10th icse, which means that i ordered for cbse and i got icse. I called the customer care and they just kept arguing with me that cbse and icse are same and it is a foundation and the portions would be there in it. I said them that the portions are not same then also they just kept arguing with me about the same. Are the customer care people illiterate that they cannot even differ between cbse and icse

                                        I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case. Kindly check and see what is to be done. Kindly issue a new tab and exchange this or fix the glitch that is happening and give me a standby tab for the timebeing so that my study does not get hampered because of the gap. Therefore, i request you to kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
