This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues. The tab is not working and might have some hardware/software issue which you guys would be able to figure out better....

I have purchased byjus product approx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible......

I have paid the full amount to byjus, i had been told that i would be provided a new sd card but they are not sending the replacement. They are simply giving reasons saying my phone is not reachable, they are delivering today and all that, it has already be more than 20 days since they are not doing anything regarding this. I need some resolution on the same. I think they do not want to send so are giving reasons....

I received a product from byju's and it came in a very dilapidated package. The outer package was soggy and torn as if it was tossed a puddle. I was very apprehensive while accepting it, but i guess i went with the brand. But the kind of packaging it was in was not acceptable from a company like byju's. I am not satisfied with commerce byju stream no live classes are present for commerce students and no study material is available any subjects of commerce. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a week and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!...

I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret now. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab....

I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. After 1.5 months we got call that sign is not matching, the same signature we use in other transactions, so we were asked by manually emi through links.
