Greetings of the day.
I had purchase byjus kit for my younger sister, but it is totally waste of money. She is not comfortable with byjus, even she is not able to understand study material of byjus. I bought this kit in november 2019 and from that day she in not used that kit more than 40, 50 times. Byjus in unable to clear her logic's. From the date i bought, i got a call not more than 40, 50 times till date july 2020. Now i am asking with byjus to cancel my subscription and refund my amount, but they are denying. We dont want byjus kit even byjus kit is not helpful for my sister. She dosent use byjus not more than 40, 50 times. We ready to share the records. Now we hired a home tutor for her studied and she is satisfied with home tution. And i am not able to pay to peoples for same. The fees of home tution is rs. 3500 per month.
This is the humble request you to please help me on this matter and please support me for cancellation from byjus.
