After repeated follow up byjus is delaying the cancellation of my course. I have told them i am not interested to continue the course neither able to continue in this pandemic situation. I don't think they are taking my request seriously. Plz help me out on this.

    Dear sir/mam,
    Greetings of the day.

    I had purchase byjus kit for my younger sister, but it is totally waste of money. She is not comfortable with byjus, even she is not able to understand study material of byjus. I bought this kit in november 2019 and from that day she in not used that kit more than 40, 50 times. Byjus in unable to clear her logic's. From the date i bought, i got a call not more than 40, 50 times till date july 2020. Now i am asking with byjus to cancel my subscription and refund my amount, but they are denying. We dont want byjus kit even byjus kit is not helpful for my sister. She dosent use byjus not more than 40, 50 times. We ready to share the records. Now we hired a home tutor for her studied and she is satisfied with home tution. And i am not able to pay to peoples for same. The fees of home tution is rs. 3500 per month.

    This is the humble request you to please help me on this matter and please support me for cancellation from byjus.

        We took a product in the mid of may this year and since our child is not responding well we cancelled the subscription within 14 days. Since i cancelled it i didn't put any amount in the bank accout. But byjus support team took 10 days to respond on this and by this time the ecs was hit and i had to face bounce charges for two time of rs.1200/-.
        The question is why should we face bounce charges if the service is slow from their side? Even after many calls there is assurance that the charges will be refunded, but nothing happened.
        There is no proper link between finance dept. And byjus team. The finance team kept calling us everyday though we cancelled it. Eventually we had to face the bounce charges for which their slow service is the reason.

          I have joined UPSC IAS course plan in BYJU's. I had to withdraw from my study plans due to my personal reasons after a month. I have mailed them and contacted them but nothing resolved my issue. Its been 3 months that my money is being deducted from my account regardless of whether I need the online studies or not. This is totally unfair especially during pandemic times. One shouldn't run their business through education, it should be more like providing the service. These people are reluctant in cancelling the plan even when one doesn't need it. I will surely take this to next level because this is not at all justifiable.

            Hi

            I have enrolled for byjus classroom program 2020. It was told the validity is dec20. But now its told not so. The classes are not even completed with many subjects pending. And also issue with optional subject where we are not provided with memory card but few others are given the same. The commitment and reality are not same.

              I had purchased cat course worth of 43000, but due to some personal issue I cancelled and didnt receive courrier. No it has been more than 45 days but tgey are not refunding. I tried reaching via mail and customer care no without any luck.

              Please look into this matter. As they are cheating customers. They are trying to earn some interest by holding the refund i think.

              Hi,

              I am trying to contact several times regarding my refund. But byjus customer support is telling me you will ge a callback in 15 mins and ignoring my request. Even they are not responding to email also.

                  Had cancelled the 3 month gmat course on the 2nd day of taking up the course as the tablet could not be delivered.

                  Their manager has written on mail that the refund has been initiated but it's been 15 days and still i have not received the refund.

                    I had recently purchased a byju's course from a salesperson but due to misleading information given by the salesperson i was tricked into buying the course yet i am unsatisfied with the product and i want to return the product i have been battling with the company for cancellation but they
                    Give a response that since trial period is over i cannot return it. And they are pressuring me to pay emi when i want a cancellation and refund it has been
                    Almost two months and i have talked to many authorities about my situation
                    Yet no one is responding. Even when
                    I tried to reason with them that i already had some issues with the product during trial and had raised a complaint regarding the issue all their
                    Response was that i had not raised any complaint and that i cannot return the product

                    Due to failure o[censored]pdate on your side we are now facing EMI calls from your team I had made a call for cancellation
                    To one of your tech support team members and he had said us to wait a couple of days for completion of cancellation

                    Yet here I am complaining to authorities due to your inadequate efficiency in work

                    I need a cancellation and full refund

                        We are in such danger pandemeic corona virus we cant go outside just bcz strict lockdown in this situation your hopeless customer are calling us thrice in a day for emi payment we cant go to bank we assure you we will pay but you team is calling us from same no. And different person are speaking about payment we are from middle class family we are sitting at home business is closed how can you expect we are earning amd calling daliy for payment after lockdown we will pay all you payment just co-operate us kind request.!! Lives are important then money.!!!

                            We didn’t receive any kind of phone calls from byju.
                            Not even teachers who resolve the problem or queries.
                            You don’t even asked once that are we satisfied or not?
                            Is app is working well?
                            Is app helpful for her or not?
                            U didn’t send any notification from ur side tht how long our package will work.
                            Since 3 months it’s not working.
                            I hv tried to reach out to you but u didn’t reply well nd didn’t transfer call to higher authorities.
                            You all people are only interested in people’s money nd interested in marketing only.
                            I[censored] will not be capable to answer our questions thn i hv to go to google review to write my experience.

                              They make all possible promises at the time of selling the product... The moment i had complains related to their program, they stopped contacting me. My technical problems were solved. But my content related problems were no paid a heed to. When i stopped paying the emi they started messaging me calling and threatening me.

                                I mailed many times for the cancellation of the active packages since february but no mail/contact regarding that. And now they are asking for EMI money, why should I pay for that when I am applying for the cancellation and they are unable to cancel it. I am receiving SMS and calls for the EMI Pay. This happened for a month. And then threatening for legal actions, when they are not paying attention to the queries, but they call every day to remind that to pay.

                                  As they are fraud and got hidden charges
                                  My emi should be deducted on 7of every month
                                  1-On June 2020 my amount have not got deducted as they put my name on morotorium without asking me and said there is interest charges on this and then again forced me to pay on 26th of June

                                    I have bought bjus ias course for one year. They initially charged 14k for installation.
                                    Within 15 days o have asked for the cancellation due to family situation. I have informed through mail [protected]@bjus.
                                    But they not respond me late of one month.
                                    After one month back they called me and said your refund validity was expired.
                                    More than 17 times i have send mail.
                                    They keep on telling the same thing again again.
                                    What i have to do?
