Dear sir/madam

My daughter, 14 yr old, a class 10 student has used byju's app once or twice during the lockdown period.

Now she has been getting calls from byju's customer call centre ([protected]) even in late evenings (That also on saturdays) insisting that she answers certain queries.. Even on being told not to do so, the call centre executive from bengaluru was insistent & kept on calling back repeatedly.

Just use of an app available free does not give the company the right to interview/conduct survey of children. This practice may be considered harassment of minor children and need to be stopped immediately.

    "i really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory.       We have bought the byjus product for our kid who was in 9th standard and now promoted to 10th. We're no more interested to continue the product for class 10 as we found their product and service is useless. We have contacted them many times for cancellation. But, they simply said it's not possible.

        I was sold a byju's app in 2018 by one of byju's representative visiting our home. Had taken this for my son, who was in std 7th then, for the 4 year course. The representative visiting us made us buy the product by sweet talking in to buying the product, we had purchased the product and had paid 60, 000/- for the product. We were promised a tab along with sd card and was also promised that any fault or damage to the equipment would be taken care of when asked for the warranty of the product and we'd receive a replacement equipment if the equipment is damaged. However, after 2 years o[censored]se the equipment one day slipped from my sons hand while studying and was damaged. When contacting byju's we were told that they wouldn't be able to do anything about it even when we were promised that any problem with the equipment would be taken care of. I am now being asked to either buy a refurbished equipment or a new equipment from them by paying them more money. I feel that i have been cheated and have been sold a product in a misleading way. I would like to raise this complain to have my equipment replaced so that my son is able to continue with his course for the money that we have spent. Hope to get a response soon.

          I have purchase byjus ias product i have given first 6000 rupees instalment in which i got tab and books but after observing 1 month i found byjus mentor and assistance service is very pathetic they have not follow up and records where students have progress after observing this and no mentor call for 1 month i have decided to cancel for this i have requested and email to byjus customer care and the person through wwhich i have purchase the product but they mentally harrass and pressiresed to do next 69000 emi payment for which i have acciently sign and agree for their mental harrasing call i block the call from byjus i can return all that they have given. Pls help me i donot want to continue with the product.

            I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

              I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will...

                Byjus customer support line never connects. I bought the product almost a week back and i have not received it yet. Due to some reasons i have not been able to call and check the status. But i have called them 3 times in the last 24 hours. Everytime im put to wait. Such questions should be answered at the right time and not callback after day or two. They should not make people wait like this and treat issues like this as priority. I have a mail which says it is dispatched. But it has not reached till now. How do we track it if the calls don’t connect immediately?

                  I had purchased the item on 18 march 20 vide receipt number tnl[protected] and received the product on 23 march 20.
                  I had applied to return the product within 15 days trial period i. E. On 04 april 20.
                  I had sent reminder mails on 05, 06, 07, 12, 15, 19, 23 april asking them the address where to dispatch the item. I have not received any reply except we tried reaching you.
                  I got couple of assertive phone calls stating that tablet will be replaced and that refund will not be made. I wish to receive my refund including emi from bajaj finance.

                  I subscribed only for trying the product and I was assured that if I cancel my subscription within 15 days, full refund will be made, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. In case Byjus want's to know the reasons, there is none except that for my child, it is just not the thing. Did I do a mistake by trying your product? That too by trusting you with hard earned tax paid money? My child rejected it the very first day and we kept on pushing. I can't push anymore. I am a liberal parent and don't want to force things upon without child's preference. What do I say more? Will you take my frank answer or do I need to cook up some story? And please don't try to convince me. I have believed in Gauravs word. I don't want to interrogate my child and must tell you also not to try that. Live up to your brand image and refund my money as I have cancelled the product within trial period.
                  Byju's marketting booked a trial class for my kid and the class was scheduled at 8:00 PM and after an hour we ( parents ) were involved and product explanation was given and was forced to make an advance to block that price at 11:00 PM .
                  Next day i emailed them that i am not ready to buy the product and would require the refund of my advance . Intially they said it will be refunded in 10 days and they kept increasing the 10 days and it's almost a month and still yet to get the refund. This is without buying the actual product / Tablet . Pathethic .

                    I m very much satisfied with the study which is done by byju's in there videos. They made my concepts really clear. But i want that byjus must introduce s. St in the course which include history, geography, political science and economics). Specially the lines written in the book of history is very boring and hard to learn and if byju's will introduce the same all will really be benifitted. If my request is taken in consideration then our nation will do more good as sst is a major problem of students of ncert.. I feel very boring when reading about history if it will be in video form then it will be fun to learn, kindly introduce sst also in your course its a request.

                      I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe. Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.. Its just money making company by giving dummy tab.

                        "i have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered. Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4. Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended.

                          I have purchased byjus product approx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible... Also kindly look after your packing outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

                            Their customer service is bad quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work there must be some technical issue because of which the tab is not working.

                              I bought the product recently for my younger brother and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                                This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues. The tab is not working and might have some hardware/software issue which you guys would be able to figure out better.

                                  I have paid the full amount to byjus, i had been told that i would be provided a new sd card but they are not sending the replacement. They are simply giving reasons saying my phone is not reachable, they are delivering today and all that, it has already be more than 20 days since they are not doing anything regarding this. I need some resolution on the same. I think they do not want to send so are giving reasons.

                                    One byjus salesman came to me and i bought it for class 10-12. After using it for some months i realised that it was not helping me to learn so now i want byjus to replace this tab and give me the new one it was bought on 2019 for the price 1 lakh. But when i ask it to my friend he bought that in only 60 thousands. This is how byjus had made a fraud with us. So i request byjus to give us our money, take the tab back or get us new one.

                                      I had raised my cancellation request on 25th March, 2020 as student is not taking interest in course & we are going through financial problems.
                                      We have requested byju Sr Manager Ayushi jayant to refund our down-payment and cancel our loan due to above mention reason Who is unable to understand the problem.Lack of responsibility is what you show and the commitment. I couldn't believe how could you not understand that we do not want anything from you except cancellation of the loan and refund of the paid amount.
                                      It's been almost a month and I haven't got any confirmation on this. I have paid 1st installment also. Byju offers worst customer cancellation services.I highly recommend never ever go for Byju's tablet and the course. It's just a trap they are running business.I m very disappointed with this and I want strict action on this asap. Please Cancel my loan application and refund my whole amount.
