I had purchased the item on 18 march 20 vide receipt number tnl[protected] and received the product on 23 march 20.
I had applied to return the product within 15 days trial period i. E. On 04 april 20.
I had sent reminder mails on 05, 06, 07, 12, 15, 19, 23 april asking them the address where to dispatch the item. I have not received any reply except we tried reaching you.
I got couple of assertive phone calls stating that tablet will be replaced and that refund will not be made. I wish to receive my refund including emi from bajaj finance.
BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Akhilesh Pandey igloo I subscribed only for trying the product and I was assured that if I cancel my subscription within 15 days, full refund will be made, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. In case Byjus want's to know the reasons, there is none except that for my child, it is just not the thing. Did I do a mistake by trying your product? That too by trusting you with hard earned tax paid money? My child rejected it the very first day and we kept on pushing. I can't push anymore. I am a liberal parent and don't want to force things upon without child's preference. What do I say more? Will you take my frank answer or do I need to cook up some story? And please don't try to convince me. I have believed in Gauravs word. I don't want to interrogate my child and must tell you also not to try that. Live up to your brand image and refund my money as I have cancelled the product within trial period.
Next day i emailed them that i am not ready to buy the product and would require the refund of my advance . Intially they said it will be refunded in 10 days and they kept increasing the 10 days and it's almost a month and still yet to get the refund. This is without buying the actual product / Tablet . Pathethic .
