A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me. Please help me as soon as possible

    Emi deduction through ecs date is on 10th of each month.

    Byju financial person informed that emi deduction via ecs may not be possible for this month (April) and hence i have to pay/transfer the emi amount directly to avanse.

    Avanse person was giving huge pressure on me to pay for this month either on account or through linked. Due to constant pressure, i get disturbed mentally. Many times, i asked them about their authentication and asked to give detail information via mail why and where to transfer the money for my record.

    Finally, avanse share the link for payment on 6th april evening. Being a true member of byju, immediately, i transferred the said emi amount on 7th april. I also share transaction details. Even after payment, many calls come to me for payment (Why). Due to frequent calls i gets disturbed mentally a lot.

    Thereafter, avanse mail me that they did not receive the paid amount. It might be portal problem or online system as transaction was done online. I assured that it will be paid if the transaction found unsuccessful by the bank (Icici). To get clear picture, we have to wait 3-7 working days for exact transaction status. However, rs 5137 (Emi) was debited from my account on 7th april. (See attachment)

    On 9th april, without any information, avanse financial have deducted amount rs 5137/- (Using ecs even before 10th).
    Overall, repetitive (Two tomes) emi deduction have been done from my account and mentally disturbance is other additional part.

    Before joining, byju i had strong faith on this institution and hence join it with very supportive way.
    But, at the start of journey with byju, i have never imagine about the ill behavior and unsupported customer service.

      The byjus premium app needs update. I am fed up using it. While watching the video i can't go 2 or 3 minutes back it is taking me at some other time. Ex : vector algebra class 12 there is a practice set of 7 hours mobile watching the video let's just say it's 30 minutes i have watched it now i want to go back at 28 minutes but it is not taking me back it is taking me at some other time. I think the atmosphere a little like youtube where we can go 10 or 20 seconds forward or backward please solve this problem.

        I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe. Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.. Its just money making company by giving dummy tab.

          I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

            I bought byjus app. I tried a lot of times, but the tab would not switch on. Initially i thought this was because of low/zero battery charge. I charged the tablet overnight and tried switching it on, the next day. Even then it would not switch on. I spoke to one of the senior managers and asked for refund. He is insisting on replacing the tablet and is telling me not to go for refund without actually using the app. To replace i’d have to send this back and wait for the new one. He couldn’t give me a proper answer as to why it does not work. He said sorry and told me this was not supposed to happen. If such things are not taken care of before sending, our valuable time is actually wasted getting things sorted. I have not yet decided what to do.

              I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                My daughter name is anupama anish. My name is anish babu. I pay an emi 5775/- every month. I run a factory and my factory is closed from march 22nd due to lockdown. I have 15 employees. I have to take care of them also. I do not want byjus emi to get debited this month and next month. Please credit my amount back to my account. If not getting credited, i won't be able to pay this emi further

                  I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                    As i bought a byjus course, and at the time of selling this product to me byjus team has promised me to provide all the possible services but as i am using there product, i am not getting a good service. I have raised this issue a no of times but no solution is coming from them. Thats why this is my last resort to make them listen to me. Please resolve.

                      I am a student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries.                         I want byju's to take the tab back and the material too. I paid for maharashtra board, instead of that they have sent cbse board. The materials are of no use anymore to me and my son. I have also called the customer care and the guy who came for the demo class, but no help yet. Lets just be very clear and take your tab back, and give me my money back since you guys are not interested in replacing it with the right product

                          Have purchased byjus product approx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible... Really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling customer support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.

                              I have purchased your learning app since last year in the month of august 2020. I am really very dissatisfied with the app and your coordinator of the app who is managing the child performance.
                              The app is not as per the expectations. The child is getting more and more distracted with the study videos and working on the app. My children are not willing to study in the app as they are feeling very bored.
                              I feel that the app is not really very good for a child to learn any new concept without any human interference.
                              I was promised while registering the app that the teacher will be looking after the child performances but there is no interaction with any of the teacher. Since we have registered for the app we have received only two calls in the whole year from your mentors. It is very disappointing issue.
                              I request you to please look into this issue and i feel that there should be a compensation offered by the company for this very disappointing experience and also a very dissatisfied parent and student. As a child and the parent are the back bone of your study plan.

                                The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. Which i find weird since they are having the money for both the classes in advance then why they are holding up the sd card for class 7. Tab + sd crad was sent to my with payment mode as cash on delivery but on invoice it is written prepaid which makes the thing more weird and doubtful though i still have the invoice but there is no mention of byju's classes on it. The only proof i have is their sd card. Please help me to get back at least half of the money of class 7. I dont want to continue with their classes.

                                  The tab provided by byjus is not working properly. The video gets stopped abruptly which breaks the flow of study. Kindly issue a new tab and exchange this or fix the glitch that is happening and give me a standby tab for the timebeing so that my study does not get hampered because of the gap. Therefore, i request you to kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    I m very much satisfied with the study which is done by byju's in there videos. They made my concepts really clear. But i want that byjus must introduce social studies in the course which include history, geography, political science and economics). Specially the lines written in the book of history is very boring and hard to learn and if byju's will introduce the same all will really be benifitted. If my request is taken in consideration then our nation will do more good as sst is a major problem of students of ncert. I feel very boring when reading about history if it will be in video form then it will be fun to learn, kindly introduce sst also in your course its a request.

                                      I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab. Change the tab give a new one, i think issue is in the tab only how can battery drain so fast. Please do the needful
