While opening Byjus premium app an pop up is shown saying that the desired sd card is corrupted.And when I tried to fix the card formatting is the only option available which will delete all the data and recovery is not possible.
Its not been even a year of subscription and the sd card is corrupted.
I am using the lenovo tab offered by Byjus

    I got the tablet + sd card for pcmb content for xi std science for my son. The content seems okay. But the tab had lots of niggles. The questions pop up randomly unrelated to the video lecture and then jump to a latter part of the video. She took my complain and was to forward my call to the technical team... Which as it turned out was busy and would call back in 24h. Not good enough if student needs immediate support. Overall not a very satisfying and trustworthy experience. Still in look in period. Very inclined to give it up.

      I received a product from Byju's and it came in a very dilapidated package. the outer package was soggy and torn as if it was tossed a puddle. I was very apprehensive while accepting it, but i guess i went with the brand. but the kind of packaging it was in was not acceptable from a company like Byju's. Please look at these small things also while the product is good but the customer care is not that good.Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

        We received the product in feb it was working well till yesterday while using today but i find it to have installation issue. The content is corrupt and the video stops after every 10 sec. The amount that we have invested on the product is huge and it is a direct lose for us. Please understand a middle class works very hard to make things available for their child. I dont know why its is stopping after every 10seconds i am not able to understand please do the needfull.in this time of crisis where schools are also closed this the only platform where my kids can study. Please resolve.

        I have purchased byjus product approx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...

            Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details

              Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. Please provide me the good mentor, i have many queries which i need to ask. Please be good at after sales service also. I cant deny the app is not good its very nice. Need a good mentor please assign as soon as possible.

                Tablet is not working properly, videos are getting interrupted in between. Called 2-3 times at customer support, they said you will get a call back from tech team within 24 hours. But i haven't... From last 24 hrs i am struggling with this tablet. I have wasted a lot of time on this, moreover its weekend (The only time when you get extra hours to read). How will compensate for this? Please do the needful as soon as possible. My children are not studying now because of this i request you to please resolve my issue the earliest.

                  I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

                    I bought the product recently for my younger brother and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                      Hoping best from byjus.

                      I am arvind kumar father of dhruv. My son is studying in 5th standard in satyam school (Sonipat, haryana). I'm not financially rich. I earn 15k per month to a private company.

                      On 23 feb, 2020 byjus representative vikas shekhawat visited my home to pitch byjus asked us to buy this kit in 81000 for 5 years. I managed to buy it for my son's education and his future.

                      Due to severe financial problems happened suddenly., so i decided on cancellation.

                      I sent an email for cancellation on 9 march 2020 within 15 days of receiving the kit. After a few days of discussion with them, a lady monishita roy (Senior manager) and ask me to take offer for 20000 rs. Deduction, but i denied as i am not able to pay emi.
                      There byjus kit is packed as new as it was and we are waiting for picking it back. Now i am mailing and calling continuously for refund my hard earned money. They are not answering my mails and calls.

                      My simple question is that why they extending my cancellation.

                      Please help me

                            How fraud is done by Byjus.

                            I am Babulal Kumawat father of Parth Kumawat. My son is studying in 7th standard in Jaipur school(St. Mary's Convent School). I'm not financially rich. I earn 15K per month to a private company.

                            From last two years Byjus representatives visited my home to pitch Byjus, last year I refused to buy it but this year they came with special offers and asked us to buy this kit in 56500 for 3 years. I managed to buy it for my son's education and his future.

                            My son started received a kit and started learning it but in a couple of days, he faced hardship as kit syllabus didn't match with school books syllabus. so he refused to learn from a kit. I pushed so many times but he really couldn't understand the kit and apparently he got confused between two syllabus. so I decided on cancellation.

                            I sent an email for cancellation on 19 April 2020 within 15 days of receiving the kit. After a few days of discussion with them, a lady Diksha Roy(Senior Manager) called me and extends my cancellation policy days for further 15 days on 1 March 2020 even after my reluctance. Now in the next few days, I got sick and hospitalized. so couldn't email them for cancellation which already sent by me in the first place but now Byjus are refusing to cancel it on date 31st March 2020 and they not refunding my hard-earned money.

                            My simple question is that why they extended my cancellation against my will even after 15 days.

                            Please help me

                              I purchased byjus tab and sim for class 4 to 7. But from last 2 months it is not working. Hardware is damaged. I called byjus several times for the same. But no call back from their side. They are not trying to solve the problems. Now i am requesting them to take the product and refund the money that also they are not doing. Still i am paying for the product of no use. I informed them if you are not solving the matter further payments will get delayed. Really very bad service.

                                Byju's are total fraud. They just made money by handing me one tablet which is not working at all and also they are deducting 4888 every month and they are not picking up phone also i want this program to be cancelled and want my money back if possible and do not deduct ext time because what you did is fraud because you told me at the time of purchase about the technical support and mentor which was totally # as it was not for me only and neither they were contacted easily and whatever product you sent that was also stop working few days later and after that i was unable to use it and right now it's not in working mode and you just continue to deduct money from me and continuously deducted for 7 months and i was silent till now because i was hoping that some improvement will happen but i was wrong...
                                I just feel that you just cheated on me by making false promises and handing over a tablet which is also not working at all after few days later...
                                Kindly refund my money back and stop deducting money from my bank and u better feel sorry for this cheating

                                  We want to cancel our byjus course ... it just has been about 20 days ... and now they are saying you cant cancel it because its now more than 15 days ... but we was told that we have to observe for 15 days after that if we dont want to use it .. we can return it ...
                                  But now they are not cancelling it...

                                    Fraud sales person said us it’s just for 6 months and useful for 10 th grade students and after payment of 2 months he is changing his words and saying 12 months we should pay. The people are so careless i am requesting form december to cancel and there is no response from any of them. For whom should we complain regarding this. It’s been 4-5 months i was requesting for cancellation and there is no one to respond from byjus.

                                      This is with regards to frequent change in mentors of my daughter, leading to huge discontinuity and lack of rhythm in the studies.
                                      My daughter was assigned mr vivek tomar as a mentor since we purchased byjus study material from mr aridham banerjee, who was our counsellor.
                                      The counsellor had duly ensured that all your doubts (Academic and non academic) will be taken care of by the mentors during 10 am to 8 pm and in rest of the time, you are supposed to contact the student portal.
                                      Things were fine till date and were going as assured by the counsellor.
                                      One fine day, the mentor was changed (And four of them have been changed in last 15 days: namely saif, one more, somesh and now misba). No communication (No mail/phone/sms) was made when mentor was changed.

                                      All of them are flatly refusing to solve any of our doubts (Which were previously solved telephonically by mr vivek tomar) and are now directing us either student portal or to ask a doubt or arranging a session with expert. To that extent, that they are simply not ready to listen to the doubt only and asking us to visit student portal. Some mentors are so novice, that they cannot even spell “ byjus” correctly… (Not exaggerating, one of them spelled it as bijus).
                                      In such a scenario, and because of frequent change in mentors, there is total loss of rhythm in studies and purpose of purchasing byjus gets nullified. Also, with change in mentors, policy of dealing with astudents and their issues also changes.
                                      I, hereby, request you to reinstall mr vivek tomar, as my mentor, who was taking care of daughter studies very nicely.
                                      I am sorry to say, but the counsellor is now trying to sell another product to me, if i want a better mentor like mr vivek tomar.
                                      Repeated request to take care of the same issue on mentor helpline and support helpline is to deaf ears.
                                      I have also raised the issue with counsellor, but he has now expressed his inability to sort out the same.
                                      Request you to sort out the issue at the earliest.

                                        Complaint against @ your counsellor mr, mohit priya (Emp. Id no - tnl21823684 mob.:- [protected])

                                        We want buy your tablet and your course for my son.

                                        Your counsellor came at my home 2-3 month ago, but we were not satisfied with him, the he forced to us for purchase the your course, we did not buy your course due ti his bad manner behave.

                                        Now few days ago he called again for tell your new plan, we agree for purchase the same, then he send a payment link but due to network problem payment couldn't paid successful. Next day he called again but my wife didn't pick his call, my wife and son requested to him that my father is not there when he will came then father will be pay by online.

                                        Your counselor forced them for payment and said — "all these things, am roz sunta hu..

                                        My wife say to him - sir, bahas karne ki jarurat nahi hai, i'll not able to do online payment. My husband will be release your online payment, otherwise no.. We will take after some time.

                                        Then your counsellor laungange was : — hahahaha - so unethical..

                                        Sir, i am asking you that what was — hahahaha - so unethical?

                                        Yesterday i informed your costumer care on [protected] for the same,

                                        Today i received a call of mr. Abhishke mohanty (Mob. [protected]) - he is hearing my side only forced me that why did you complaint my counsellor?

                                        Mr. Mohit pray against called me from other no [protected] and misbehave to me and said me that i m employee of byjus - apko jha complaint karin hai kar lo mera koi kuchh nahi bigad skate or bola ki apki tarah anpad or road chhap company me job nahi karta or sabun or sainitizer nah bechta.. Or bola ki chutiye rakh phone...

                                        What are these your company rules and behave of counsellor?

                                        Sir, i am surprised that you are taking action your employees. Now i will not buy your tablet and courses now,, otherwise we are interested to buy your courses.

                                        Hope you will take any action against these type employee.
