We were given a wrong info that byju's covers igcse board studies also and we were asked to pay for the application usage till my kid goes to std 12. When we tried to use it the topics which my child had do not show in that particular grade. When i apporached the mentor he/she tells me to map the app to check if the topic are in the higher grades everytime. Eg if my son is in 4th std he had to check and search for his topics in 5th or higher grades which was a total watse of time slowly my kid lost interest in it as he couldn't find the topic which were of his use so i approached the byjus team to help me with this or give me a refund all i get a answer is sorry that's it. Please can u consider my case and help me get a refund of the rs 1lac which i have paid them for which i am still paying the bank the emi for it.

    Byjus customer support line never connects. I bought the product almost a week back and i have not received it yet. Due to some reasons i have not been able to call and check the status. But i have called them 3 times in the last 24 hours. Everytime im put to wait. Such questions should be answered at the right time and not callback after day or two. They should not make people wait like this and treat issues like this as priority. I have a mail which says it is dispatched. But it has not reached till now. How do we track it if the calls don’t connect immediately?

      I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

        My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me. My studies stopped because of this.

          Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details. If this does not resolve the problem, i will post details after two months

            I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

              Hi,

              I am writing this complaint to bright to attention problem i am facing with getting my incentive from byjus.

              I have resigned from the company last month and my full and final is also not done yet before that only. I get the news that the company will not be paying me any incentive for the month of jan which clearly qualifiy for.

              Its because they have changed their policy on ' for an employee to be eligible for incentives, he or she should be employed with the company at the time of incentive disbursal'

              Well this was not the clause when i worked so hard to make that incetive. I feel cheated and helpless at such a time when the situations are so difficult.
              Please consider the exception and request you to release the incentive amount i qualify for i ask for nothing else

                We had got byjus for classes 8-12.
                Now that my kid had finished std 10 i realised that another sd card is needed for class 11 &12.
                When i contacted the customer care they said it was delivered along with the tab.
                I don't that the sd card.
                Sharing delivery of the tab no specifications regarding the items in the box is told.
                How do we know what is inside before open it.
                #byjus should have given a check list for the products it sends
                # why should the syllabus be given one year ahead when there are so many changes in ncrt ever time
                # we realised that the kids dont have much time to do both school work and byjus.
                # byjus does have a very good marketing team that knows the pluse of the parents well

                  I just received the byjus product few days ago. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both it is a feedback to the company to improve the packing. The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                    I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered. Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told me to change my handset. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4. Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended.

                      "i am of grade 7 studing in bangalore. My tab is not functioning properly from october. It is like freezed and if i need to type anything if the letter does not come i need to make it from portrait to landscape and then try i need to press a button atleast 10 times for it to accept that button or sometimes nothing happens. I waited thinking it as a temporary problem but it is there for 4 months. I would like to continue watching byjus. Please replace my tablet as soon as possible. Please.

                        I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case. Kindly check and see what is to be done.

                          I am cat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying

                              Emi deduction through ecs date is on 10th of each month.

                              Byju financial person informed that emi deduction via ecs may not be possible for this month (April) and hence i have to pay/transfer the emi amount directly to avanse.

                              Avanse person was giving huge pressure on me to pay for this month either on account or through linked. Due to constant pressure, i get disturbed mentally. Many times, i asked them about their authentication and asked to give detail information via mail why and where to transfer the money for my record.

                              Finally, avanse share the link for payment on 6th april evening. Being a true member of byju, immediately, i transferred the said emi amount on 7th april. I also share transaction details. Even after payment, many calls come to me for payment (Why). Due to frequent calls i gets disturbed mentally a lot.

                              Thereafter, avanse mail me that they did not receive the paid amount. It might be portal problem or online system as transaction was done online. I assured that it will be paid if the transaction found unsuccessful by the bank (Icici). To get clear picture, we have to wait 3-7 working days for exact transaction status. However, rs 5137 (Emi) was debited from my account on 7th april. (See attachment)

                              On 9th april, without any information, avanse financial have deducted amount rs 5137/- (Using ecs even before 10th).
                              Overall, repetitive (Two tomes) emi deduction have been done from my account and mentally disturbance is other additional part.

                              Before joining, byju i had strong faith on this institution and hence join it with very supportive way.
                              But, at the start of journey with byju, i have never imagine about the ill behavior and unsupported customer service.

                                The byjus premium app needs update. I am fed up using it. While watching the video i can't go 2 or 3 minutes back it is taking me at some other time. Ex : vector algebra class 12 there is a practice set of 7 hours mobile watching the video let's just say it's 30 minutes i have watched it now i want to go back at 28 minutes but it is not taking me back it is taking me at some other time. I think the atmosphere a little like youtube where we can go 10 or 20 seconds forward or backward please solve this problem.

                                  I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe. Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.. Its just money making company by giving dummy tab.

                                    I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

                                      I bought byjus app. I tried a lot of times, but the tab would not switch on. Initially i thought this was because of low/zero battery charge. I charged the tablet overnight and tried switching it on, the next day. Even then it would not switch on. I spoke to one of the senior managers and asked for refund. He is insisting on replacing the tablet and is telling me not to go for refund without actually using the app. To replace i’d have to send this back and wait for the new one. He couldn’t give me a proper answer as to why it does not work. He said sorry and told me this was not supposed to happen. If such things are not taken care of before sending, our valuable time is actually wasted getting things sorted. I have not yet decided what to do.

                                        I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.
