I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

    I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

      Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
      I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help.

        We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

            I had subscribed to byju's for my daughter with a precondition for a trial period of 15 days from the date of receipt of their study material. I received the material on 1st feb 19. On 14th february, i have requested for a cancellation of refund. I had decided to cancel due to my other financial commitment which will make difficult to manage for this emi payment of rs.5, 400/- every month

            After 47 days, after so many follow up e mails and struggle they have approved by refund. This company is so efficient that they wanted 47 days to approve by cancellation when i have submitted within 15 days.in this process, they have withdrawn my 1st emi installment of rs.5, 400/-.

            I need answer why byju need 47 days to approve the cancellation

            Byju has not immediately informed the the loan agency to stop the emi deduction on 2nd / 3rd of march which resulted in 2nd installment deduction from my account for rs.5, 400/-. During my conversation with byju team they accepted that there is a delay in approving my cancellation. Also i believe they have informed the loan agency (Zest money) on 13th of april 19 for which i do not have any confirmation. I really do not see why they have to take another 10 days to instruct the zest money.

            On 3rd of may again they have withdrawn my 3rd emi of rs.5, 400/-.

            I believe the above delay tactics are done by byju to ensure they collect more money from client.

            My expectation is as follows;
            1. Byju ensure no more emi is getting deduction from my account. If any more emi gets deduction, they accept to the terms that i can sue them for any damages
            2. Byju to immediately refund my three installment emi along with interest.
            BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            It is now one month since BYJU's has instructed the ZEST Money to cancel the Loan and as per their timeline they supposed to have taken action within 21-28 days. I have not received either any such confirmation nor my old EMI has been credited to my account. I am very sure now, it is heading towards one more EMI deduction, because it is not once and it is multiple times BYJU has demonstrated that it is an organisation, one should not TRUST, lost its credibility and there can't any HOPE on the timeline it commits. Just imagine we are not 90 days is completed since i have surrendered and a parent is struggling to collect my money back. This is nothing but a serious collapse in your organisation structure and basic value system.

            I hope BYJU will not make any further mistake of further withdrawal of my next EMI. Let me alert you guys that and do not hold me responsible for any further consequences due to this.

            I keep getting calls from different executives from BYJU and every promise they they will solve my problem, but when i ask for a certain commitment with a date, every one goes silence. What is this tell you, this means, the whole organisation is well orchestrated to ensure each of the customer decision to withdraw to make sure and drag so much that the customer should get frustrated and and to operate on the customer money till such point of time. This is really a cheap business tactic in the name of providing education.

            I did not see any single senior management team of BYJU has a guts to come forward and solve the customer problem even after writing so many mails. This clearly shows that your organisation intent.

            Let me know if you can revert to my e mail with a clear response on the below. Do not even take trouble to respond if you reply is vague and can't give clear commitment.
            1. Confirmation that ZEST Money will not withdraw my next EMI
            2. Date on or before i will get my EMI back

            Expecting specific response to my above two questions by tomorrow noon.

              What a Fraud.

              Feeling like i was duped.

              1. Booked with the fuel package and there was no fuel in the tank. Then refueled for 500 took the pos reciept and now the drivezy executive is saying it will not get approved.

              2. The end timing was 2:00 am. Car got stopped and due to some problem with the engine it got stopped due to which i was 7 mins late to the drop point. Executive was in the other car was doing some app process for that car and he ended the trip after 20 mins And guess how much i was charged? Rs 621. Is this my fault?

              What kind of business do you run by cheating the customers.

              Going to put this on consumer court and the social media. Such a shame you people are. Thought of giving you a try by thinking that you are better than the competition like zoomcar. But No i was wrong.

              After even sending them the mail. There is no response over it as well.

              It was for drivezy but it fetched the automatic data with my linkedin account while I logged in for a complaint of Drivezy. It was not for Byjus. It was for Drivezy.

                This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues. The tab is not working and might have some hardware/software issue which you guys would be able to figure out better.

                  I purchased maharashtra ssc board 9th and 10th standard app for my daughter, mentor came to my home and explained the details, but he never said that we don't have ssc maharashtra board lessons, they sent tab and 2 sd cards too. Its working was perfect, but the problem, it was cbsc board, most of the cbsc and ssc board common chapter is same, but teaching and answer method is deferent. My daughter getting explanation from school is one type and byjus app lessons is another way, i called to byju and complained, around one month they were saying that this is ssc board only, but i take snap shot of book and tab and sent to byju customer care, finally they agree that there is mismatch and lessons also having changes. Finally that mentor agreed that byjus not providing ssc board books, but after one month it will be ready and give to u. And taken admission in near tuition center and told to cancel this product.

                    I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
                    Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

                    Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended

                      I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

                      According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund.

                        My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me. My studies stopped because of this.

                            I came in contact with the byju's through their apartment campaign, two months back. I asked them for a cancellation around 10 days after talking to that guy they gave me a call and told me to use it once i agreed and also asked the person to start cancellation process (Around 26 feb.) and thought the matter is closed. They did not cancel the registration.
                            I sent the email to byjus support team many reminders for cancellation & refunding the amount, and taking the tab back. They did not cancel even after sending many reminders. One of the person mr rahul dixit told me that cancellation is not possible because already two months is over. I don't want the product. They are cheater. Please cancel and refund the amount.

                              I have submitted my application via mail for cancellation of membership on 22nd mar19 as per their point no.9 of terms and conditions. Still they are deducting my emi directly from my bank. After 7 reminder mail they do not bother to revert any kind of communication. They have initiated a ticket number 1867306 after my first mail but after that no written communications.

                              As per their norms they will give 15 days trial for their product and 100 % money back after cancellation of membership. They have lied to me. After their product delivery on 17th march19, i have initiated cancellation mail to their given mail id: [protected]@byjus.com on 22nd march 19 for personal reason. Obviously i have applied on time.

                              It is therefore request you to lodge a complain against m/s think and learn pvt ltd for harassment and noncompliance of their own rules. Arrange my refund amount of (Rs. 7167 + 2000) rs. 8167 as on date.

                                  I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

                                    I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                                      I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
                                      Kindly check and see what is to be done.

                                        The tab that was sent to me does not look like a new tab but its an old tab repackaged and sent. I as told i would be getting a brand new tab and that is not case clearly which i can see now. Either charge less if sending an used tab or send new tab. Any which way, make it clear to the customers that such and such is the case. Do not lie and close a sale and then create a bad impression on the customer.
