I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Jagadeeshwaran contacted me on 22nd april 2019, for jee course for my kid who is studying 12th, (Eventhough my kid was not interested), i called him home, as per him if we dont like the course we can cancel it any time, but later i found in their terms and conditions it is given as 15 days.
I believed him and ordered for the course on 23rd april 2019, he took my adhar card, pan card details and also signature...

Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for 12th classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment...

I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working....

I have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.

My parents bought a course for 16, 000 bucks for me. Placed the order last night the product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked.
