I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They claimed that they take only 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed from the date of delivery then also i didn't got my order. Every time i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. I have also made the entire payment at the time of placing the order, now i have lost all the hopes and i feel duped by them.

    Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details. If this does not resolve the problem, i will post details after two months

      I purchased a test series ias prelims from byjus.com.
      Even after calling for 7-8 times about refund status and mailing for a confirmation about refund process initiation, they don't assure anything.
      They are so annoying, every time i call customer care, they say it is in process.
      Please beware of byjus commercial classes. They are least bothered about students career.

        Tablet is not working properly, videos are getting interrupted in between. Called 2-3 times at customer support, they said you will get a call back from tech team within 24 hours. But i haven't...

        From last 24 hrs i am struggling with this tablet. I have wasted a lot of time on this, moreover its weekend (The only time when you get extra hours to read). How will compensate for this?

          I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
          Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.

            It is almost about 15 days, a byjus councellor name bhupendra has arrieved our home and he tell us about byjus and ask us to pay immediatly the cash in the case between 15 days if we cancel the subscription they will refund our money but the very 2nd day i have cancelled the subscription, and from that day thw person is neither picking up the phone nor replaying the messages. Its our hard earned cash sir, we cant just waste it. Thw amount was 5700.

              I, sakina khety, the student from father angel highschool, virar east, standard 8th want to lodge my complaint as under:
              That, some byjus examination was taken up in my school and according to my school performance and/or as per the policy of the company, one sales person of byjus named bipin nair (Contact no.[protected]) visited my home and explained us regarding byjus learning app. And he gave us a time period of 15 days in which we can use the product and decide if we are interested in the said product or not. My father is a disabled man. He took all the doc from my father stating that he wants it for record. Innocently, my father provided him with all the doc. My parents agreed to his request. Within 7 days, when we tried calling him back, he deliberately did not receive our call. I can produce the call log whenever required b you. Hence, the teacher who assisted him named neha trivedi, she was informed by us repeatedly that we are not interested in the byjus app, so they can take tab back. She showed a casual approach and kept on delaying the matter, meanwhile, we also tried to called said bipin nair, he received the call and he was informed that we are not interested in byjus
              After a month, to the shock and surprise to my father, an emi of rs.4784/- was deducted from the bank of my father towards the emi of the lenovotab4.
              Thereafter, the bajaj finance people started harassing my father for further payment and till date they are harassing.
              Several calls were made to the byjus for cancellation, however, we did not receive any concrete response from there.

                I filed for refund but it is still pending from one and half months. I was promised that it will be done in 24 hrs but i think they like to tease people. I paid it through paytm. Their representative's name is sandeep choubey. Evey time i ask for refund he makes excuses. I hope its not a scam else i will file report in consumer forum. Very poor services of byju's.

                  We have been asked to take byjus product for our child by the byjus counselor by visiting our house and even though we are not willing to take the course, the counselor urged us to try their product and said that if it does not satisfy our expectations then we can withdraw from it.

                  He also stated that their team would call us within 15 days of this purchase regarding continuation of their course and we have been tricked by the counselor to take their course, so we took it by falling prey to the counselor.

                  Days passed and we haven't got a cal from them regarding cancellation and after a few days when we called them regarding this matter many times, we got negative response, even when we informed them for discontinuation the capital float guys are debiting 7000/- for month from our account towards emi.

                  As a middle class family money matters a lot for us. Even 7000/- per month is a huge amount for us. Even after many mails and contact with them we are getting a negative response.

                  Please allow us to discontinue their product and revert the amount.

                    Taken a product from byjus some time back on the condition that we will return if the student does not show interest in it. Byjus have an open offer that customer can return in 15 days if they are not interested.

                    22 march: received product
                    With in 10 days raised a service ticket 1938506 to initiate cancellation. But the cancellation team seems too unprofessional to get the job done. They are looking for excuses and not responding properly.

                    Resolution: i want byjus to take the product back and payback initial amount 4500/- rs paid down payment.

                    You can see in the attached image that sales guy promising (Promise) to take product return and not responding to calls even after 20 calls both on ph and whatsapp. All attached.

                      My son was in 3rd class which byjus forced us to buy their course along with notepad which is 4th class one, now my son is in 4th class and we haven't got the 3rd class course. Now the pad is broken which is in warranty but the authorised service centre says warranty can't covered for the broken screen. Byjus cheated us to buy which was not usable.

                        Have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

                          Sir i enrolled with your cat tablet programme last month. Your education counselor told me you will get the order in 1to2 weeks after enrollment. But i did not receive it yet. I am trying to ask your counselor but he is not being responsive after my enrollment. Because of this reason i am not able to start my preparation. I am sure you will find time to resolve this problem in your busy schedule. Thanks

                            My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last week. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

                              I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

                                I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

                                  I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                                    I booked a course for my son s. Vishal (Reg no[protected],) on 10th march 2019, and i paid rs.6375 through internet banking the invoice number is byjus[protected], whilst making the payment i have been promised that we will get our educational accessories in 3 working days, it is almost a month now. Every time i require an update i need search for people and ask them for an update, i wish, your company could be responsible for providing me frequent updates. The educational counsilor was not reachable, his email id in his visiting card is incorrect.

                                    On 31st march 2019, i was contacted by a senior manager (Mr. Deepan) from your side, who had promised that he will provide an approval for 9th standard material also as compensation for the delay, and he told us that he will mail his approval to me with immediate effect. And he promised me that the tablet will be delivered before 5th april 2019. So far, i have not received any email approval from him.

                                    Despite multiple phone calls to byjus customer care, i am not getting any update. I have attached the entire email. They have provided multiple support ticket numbers but no one in customer care knows the update on them. The educational couselor appointed by byjus mr. Satish lingam (Satish. [protected]@byjus.com) is not picking up his phone and not responding to emails also.

                                    I have attached the invoice, the receipt provided by byjus. Please help me in gettting the amount back. Thanks.

                                      I have booked your learning apps in last month. And given a token money 1000. But till date material not recd. I have already mail to your teacher regarding this matter. Now i am sorry to say i don't have any requirements of your apps. Kindly return my token money at earliest. I ordered this last month only and you said ill get it in 7 working days. 30 days have passed still no sign of delivery.

                                        Please note that i enrolled my daughter for 8th std package and i paid the fees in full. We got to know after 4 classes that the portions are not icse but cbse. We sent a note to byjus to withdraw. No one got back to us for 3 months and they were very rude in the conversation. Every area manager needs to check with superiors for refund. It's been a year and no refund so far
