I have taken byjus product for my son for 10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list. Hope the brand ambassador mr shahrukh khan is also listening.

    My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

      Sir,
      I had purchased byjus the learning app for my two kids on 27/2/19. Receipt notnl[protected]. Two sd cards were delivered to me. We changed school of our kid so we have decide not to go in for byjus app. Hence i cancelled my subscription within 15 days of delivery of the sd cards. Even though the executive ruchi dinghra accepted that i have cancelled within time as mentioned by their terms of cancellation i have not received any refund of the 4800/- initial payment, also they have deducted one more instalment of 3600/-from my bank. Also when i contacted them as to why they are not giving me refund they told me that we tried contacting you but you did not answer the calls. Its plain impossible that for 15 day a person will not pickup calls. Also there is no need to call as i have e mailed them my cancellation. These guys are promise of refund but when you ask for refund they will not give you refund as per their terms.

        The delivery of the happened last evening we tried to use it today but i find it to have installation issue. The content is corrupt and the video stops after every 10 sec. The amount that we have invested on the product is huge and it is a direct lose for us. Please understand a middle class works very hard to make things available for their child. Kindly respond urgently.

          Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible or i would like to request for a refund if this case continues with no useful response from any staff at byjus.

            I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

              My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for 4 years course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.

                My parents bought a course for for me. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

                  I have been disappointed by the experiences i have had with byju's business development focal points and customer support. I enrolled for gmat content and acs on 1st of april and did a partial payment with emi option of 9 months for rest of the amount. The content was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 working days. It has been more than a month. I have dropped them several emails to follow up without having a single acknowledgement. The logistics team says they have not received the confirmation from their third party loan disbursement agency. They have not even bothered to keep me updated. This is a very unacceptable behaviour from a brand like byju's.

                    Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details. If this does not resolve the problem, i will post details after two months

                      Tablet is not working properly, videos are getting interrupted in between. Called 2-3 times at customer support, they said you will get a call back from tech team within 24 hours. But i haven't...

                      From last 24 hrs i am struggling with this tablet. I have wasted a lot of time on this, moreover its weekend (The only time when you get extra hours to read). How will compensate for this?

                        I bought the app recently, paying 15000, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will lose interest in such things.

                                Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
                                I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help.

                                  I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They claimed that they take only 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed from the date of delivery then also i didn't got my order. Every time i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. I have also made the entire payment at the time of placing the order, now i have lost all the hopes and i feel duped by them.

                                      I purchased a test series ias prelims from byjus.com.
                                      Even after calling for 7-8 times about refund status and mailing for a confirmation about refund process initiation, they don't assure anything.
                                      They are so annoying, every time i call customer care, they say it is in process.
                                      Please beware of byjus commercial classes. They are least bothered about students career.

                                        Received the tab on 26th feb. Informed on march 9 and march 11 that my want to return your product. I was told that mentor will call up. Mentor convinced my daughter (12 years) to use the tab. But she is not using. We went for out of country and couldn't follow up. Once we came back, i started writing emails that i want to return the product. My credit card has been charged and i paying for it. I want refund if i don;t use your services or product.
