My parents bought a course for 16, 000 bucks for me. Placed the order last night the product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet...

    I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will...

      I am a cat aspirant with byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

        I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

          I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know why the same the same thing happened twice and no one is correctly explaining what to do next. It had been huge inconvenience.

            I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

              Byjus representative came to home for product info and they told refund policy is 30 days, and handshake will be from both sides and after confirmation from customer they will start emi but when i called byjus before 15 days for cancellations and i wrote mail to byjus on 19-20 days for refund then all representative, mentor called me and there is no handshake from both the side. Emi started and i asked then for refund but they are not ready. They are cheating to people.

              Bjyus Representative are saying different and doing differently, not providing acknowledge once form filled up. Mentor not doing handshake with parents course confirmation . They are doing late to customer so that refund policy lapse and EMI will start.i request them we are common people but they cheat the people's.

                Issues with Byju's point by point as follows :
                1. Cheating from Ms.Ayushi- Counselor :
                2. Promissed to give package for 3rd standard but issued 4th standard package.
                3. Not Refunding by Byju’s
                4. There is no transparency in Byju’s and
                5. Without information to parents intimated bank to debit EMI amount
                6. They will not allow their office for discussion
                7. every time different counselor will be trying to contact
                8.
                Byju Counselor Ms.Ayushi approached package and we have paid Rs.20175/- on spot on 27.03.19,
                Request you activate after 1st of April whearas received package on 3days before imdtly we called to her and requested to take back but she advised it will be consider from day usage after 1st only.
                promised for package to my son for 3rd standard whereas received package is 4th standard to 12th standard and again and again she convinced its 3rd standard don’t worry like that if your not ok this package you cancel this package in 15days,
                Ms.Ayushi : if package is not satisfied can be refunded imdtly whereas now they were demanding to return back tablet without making payment to us wait for 20 – 25 days .
                We have clearly informed to Ms.Ayushi if we ok with package i may pay cash Rs.114500/- since i have process of home loan, whearas wthout my knowledge she is done ECS facility to my bank account, i have submitted to her for address proof but submitted to bank as loan.
                We have been waiting for a long time for refund 10days is over from my date of intimation to Ms .Auyshi, your executive informed us if we not interested for any reason she will be getting refunded imdtly whereas she is cheated us and also she stated this course from 3rd standard whereas it's from only 4th, same as been you also accepted and apologies to me over phone today.
                Ms. Sowmya have given offer for 20% of discount to this package because of wrong committed by Ms.Ayushi .
                Without my knowledge loan is processed by Ms.Ayshu and Byjus, this is eligal activity done from your end.
                We don't any have hopes on you people as she committeed kindly collect kit after hanovering cheque or RTGS details.
                There is no transparency from your team and there is no escalation matrix, nor there is no seniors are coming to picture.
                Please refund amount imdtly before we go legally.
                If require I can organise delivery to your door step once payment is refunded.
                If in case your not supporting I have to go legally with your organisation and Ms.Auyshi for mis conducting and cheating.
                Immediatly stop the ES facility if amount debt from account i have other transaction going of my personal as I already mentioned to Ms Ayushi and Mr Akhilesh regarding my loan and Ecs facility other wise have to go legally as I mentioned earlier to Ms Ayushi she miss guided us that amount will not be Ecs facility

                Ms Ayushi and Akhilesh told us amount will credit with in the day of cancellation. Kindly stop Ecs facility as soon as possible.

                  On[protected] mr. Rajnikant (Salesman of byju's) sold us the product of rs. 35, 000/-. He took rs. 3500/- as down payment, saying 10% of the principle amount have to be deposited at the time. He said that remaining amount i. E. Rs. 31500/- will be paid as 12 months installment of rs. 2625/- without any interest and that installment will be paid from april-2019. He also called his concerned senior infront o[censored]s to confirmed the same. But in march-2019 only bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs. 3500/- from my bank account. When i asked they said that it is a 9 months installment product not 12 months. After that i am continuously talking to byju's officials and bajaj finance officials for the resolving the issue. But both of them are denying the case saying that 'it is not in our hands and you have to talk to the other one'. I am not denying to pay the amount, but 9 months installment is unable for me to pay. If bajaj finance is ready to make it an installment of rs. 2545/-, i will pay the amount.
                  I would also like to say that byju's sales person mr. Rajani kant rai mislead us and did not give the correct information also. But byju's did not take any strict action towards him. If seniors are not taking any actions against those who mislead/misguide its customers, then sales person are going to always manipulate customers.

                    I have been writing mails for cancellation of the product but no one is bothered each time they are making false promises this is very unprofessional approach from byjus & i feel like i have been cheated.                       On 14.04.2019, we were approached by a counselor from byjus. Day before yesterday we had received a call from byjus regarding the same. The counselor was very talkative and was quite smart. He approached us first saying that he wants to analyse my child. We being gentleman allowed him for 2 hours at our house and in turn he convinced us that we should enroll our child in think and learn programme of byjus. We agreed. He sent us a link and we made a payment of rs 64000
                      For course of 4-8cbse. He told that he had come from banglore and on the next day he had to return also.
                      But after consultation with my kids teacher i decided to cancel that
                      On their website it is written that if the payment has been done through internet banking/credit card. It will automatically be credited back to the account/card.. On that very day and mailed them about the same. Then they replied their representative would contact us.. It seems they want to make me tired so that i stop following them up and they eat my money.
                      It seems that they have captured the entire education business on the basis of fraud and cheating

                        I have purchased byju's application for my daughter 8th class to 10th and my son 4th class to 10th . At cost 87000 r.s which was I hardly earned . specially for my daughter's result improvement . But she get only passing marks in maths, science and english in 8th class . So I have to repeated 8th class again . No any benefit o[censored]sing byju's application . Mr. Akash who received my order not receive even my call . I called him so many times . Give me proper support to get benefit for byju's or get returned & refund which I have paid.

                          I have paid inr 8000 as down payment and also emi for inr 72000.
                          Before joining the class, i came to know it's a fraud company. I have withdrawn and cancelled my registration. But they are not refunding my inr 8000 and also they say theyb will go on taking emi from my account. I have not even attented a single class. They all behaving like a planned gang cheaters. All employees are given training how to cheat. They never response to calls.

                            This is the third installment that you have charged me for something that
                            Has not and never will be as it is not meant for ib curriculum
                            And the same was very well conveyed to kevin lawrence
                            And mentor prasad too.
                            Yet the cheques for the same has been debited and been withdrawn fraudently
                            Kevin lawrence does not answer or connect and after giving specific request to cancel the subscription on[protected]Till then the
                            Customer care had just verbally assured that the cheque for april will not get deposited)
                            I request you to refund me the entire amount and please do not try to deposit any further cheques or charge me any further
                            I dont know your cancellation process and also why byjus team is resorting to such practice...
                            Each time i call and have to repeat the entire story to a new person who has been trained to give standard reply
                            But no help!!!
                            Now i have been given the [protected] which does not exist and when i reported the same the operator said it exists (Thinks i am lying). After much deliberation
                            Was given another number [protected] which is ivr!!!
                            Hence whoever is reading this email please process my request for cancellation of receipt no tnl[protected] wef jan 2019 and refund me the complete amount

                              Though the product is returned and acknowledged by Byjus, They are not processing the refund. They are saying it will take 21 working days to process the refund while their website clearly mentioned that 10 days. They also initiated loan process with Capitalflaot without my consent. Inspite of 3 days after returning the product they have not cancelled the loan. byjus is chor company and their false promise of 15 days is a trap.
                              Kindly arrange my refund and loan cancellation at the earliest.

                                The refund from company did not happen yet. Even after 3 days of returning product.They are saying 21 working days for this refund process but why wud they need so many days? They also triggered a loan through CapitalFloat without my consent and now they even want to start installment process as well. All this is happening after me returning product. Chor Company Byjus cheating customers and playing with their hard earned money. Please act on it get the refund done at the earliest. While their website itself says 10 days for refund these people in Refund department says 21 working days for refund, total fraud comp.

                                  I aastha agarwal, applied for the byju's gmat classes of 4 months on[protected]. I paid 34000 for this course, as rs 34, 000/- in which 4 months gmat prep.in lenovo tab 3 essential would be for rs 30, 000/- and rs 4, 000/- would be for admissions blocking, that will be refunded back if you are not moving ahead in case.

                                  But as mentioned i did not avail the services and is demanding for the refund of 4000 from byjus, but got no response from them.

                                  Kindly help to resolve the issue.

                                    I took byjus for my daughter for std 8th to 12th. But she is not interested in 11th and 12th. Because she is not intended to do science she prefers arts. So i want to do it for 8th to 10th only. And due to family uncertainty i got late to msg. Them for cancellations of 11th n 12th cancellation. So they denied my request. And saying us that you will get invoved in finacial dispute.

                                      A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.

                                        The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. While i have ordered for class 7. Even the sd card that they have sent is not working. Either i want replacement or my hard earned money back.
