We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

    Hi,

    I bought the learning kit from byjus on 31/12/2018 (100, 358.45 at m/s www thinkandlearn byjusgurgaon incurred on 31/12/2018) and p[ayinmg the installment through hdfc bank credit card ref m-www thinkandlearn by, p:04, 0000429 (Ref# 09999999980408001792635).

    I have stopped using the byjus kit because my son is now studying different course, for which byjus study material will not help us. Even byjus also stopped calling us for the last three weeks.

    I am kindly requesting you to stop the monthly payment initiation from byjus for the same.

    This is pending for more than two months. No one called me. As of now are not using the BYJUS product for last four months. My financial condition is also not good. Kindly I am requesting you to cancel the EMI

      I request all those who read this complaint on byju's and their cyber crime they perform to get benefit from third grade behaviour of extending the term after 15 days intentionally to collect more money from consumer.

      Inspite of continuous suggestion that we cannot afford for highly charging byju's kit, the representative mr. Arjun of byju's imposed the kit to us and said he will collect after 15 days. After 15 days no response and we were waiting for returning back the kit. For one week after 15 days of period they intentionally avoided the calls and extended the time so that they can charge more and have performed cheap cheating. I request others not to buy byju's or even receive it for trial period. A fraudulant move is done now to somehow reap the hard earned money of customers.

        I submitted a cancellation of the subscription byju's was trying to give regarding use of 15 days trial and if not interested then cancel the subscription and money would be refunded.
        I've called 3 times for cancellation. After 3 calls they took my cancellation request. Now i've called 4 times for the refund process. They said that they will arrange a call back from cancellation team within 1 hour everytime i called. I waited for one hour but still no call back from byju's.
        I want my refund. They have taken rs. 4000 right now and if subscription is not cancelled, they'll start deducting an emi of rs. 3000 per month.
        I want my refund and cancel the subscription asap.

          My name is manasa on august i took a course in byjus but after 2months i was not able to pay emis because of the financial problem and i returned tab also and i payed 12000 till now after that my financial condition was not well i mailed to byjus head regarding cancellation i have proofs also but today i. E[protected] i received legal notice from byjus regarding to pay remaining money right now i am unable to pay money what should i do even i returned my tab they file complaint against me please do favor for me.

            I pramod jituri father of manisha pramod jituri joined the course of byju's but there was no proper response from team byjus. So i sent the tablet back to the byju's team they asked me to do so. After sending back they are trying to collect the emi and using abusing language. If tablet returned to them no emi will be charged thet they said. But they didn't kept there words

              My daughter s. Poojashree joined bijus product 10-12 tlp (As per receipt) on 23rd november 2018. Mr. P. R. Vigneshwar proposed this course which includes even classroom session for 11th and 12th standard. He told us that the total program cost about rs. 150000/- but he honored the final price of rs.69000/- after negotiation. But on 23rd march 2019, we have received a call from another mentor mr. Mani saying that this program would not have the classroom session. Hence we are disappointed in this issue, the earlier mentor p. R. Vigneshwar had made a fake promise. Hence on[protected]. We applied for cancellation of course and refund the total amount by them. Again the same mentor was contacted & he was very talkative and was quite smart to foolish me.in addition with email cancellation, i also approached to mr. Jabesh, manager, chennai, mount road office for 2 times in this regard, he told that the classroom session was removed and hence he would recommend for cancellation. After a lot of pursuing they told that the cancellation process was initiated, it would take 15 days times. But. Till the time no refund made & nobody was contacted to me. It seems they want to make me tired so that i stop following them up and they eat my money. It seems that they have captured the entire education business on the basis of fraud and cheating.

                Hello, im afshan khan noushad and i want to make a complaint aint for byju, s. A madam named sweta came to me and recommended me to buy your product which was a tablet (Lenovo). I bought that item in a down payment at rs 2500 for 15 days trial. They told me if you returned the item you will get your payment back in 7to10 working days. I used it well and returned after 20 days through indian post. But i didnot get my money back. So now i want my money. Now it is about 2 months and didnot get my money. I will wait for your response as soon as possible.

He told us the amount after consulting his boss over phone 3-4 times. He canvassed that they will be supplying a 10 inch tab, the model of which he has brought along with him.                   I have take the learning app for my son class 6th-8 package kerala state on march first week, which one marketing executive mr alwin came to my home. He assured me that if i wish to discontinue the app it is possible with in 15 days. I have given a cheque of rs 3500 and he takes signature in applications from me. After getting the product i feel my son cant go with that, with in 15 days i have made a call to mobile number given by the executive for cancellation. From then onward i am not using the product and keep it in packed
                  I think they will return the amount of rs 3500 and will cancel my applications. They call once from there to discuss this and i express my difficulties. Then around one month i am in busy with a death of my relative.
                  But in this period no communication done from byjus regarding this. I strongly think they will send back my money ans get back their product.
                  After this on may 9th from my bank records i understand that rs 2625 was debited in favoring byjus from my account. Then only i have understand the cheating of this company.in the applications they have take my signature in nach for electronic payment. By using that they take my amount of rs 2625. I made so many calls to company person. They said that the cancellation was not effectively happened. So amount will debited in monthly rs 2625/month for 12 months). This is clearly cheating that taking mony for a cancelled product. And it is not used after 15 days grace period, (The company can check it)..                   This is really cheating and so happen I may loss Rs 2625 every month for 1 year. So I need an immediate decision regarding this.

                    I have paid a total of rs 75000/- to byju's for video lessons for class xi & xii commerce & also for hard copies of the same on advice of their education counselor who visited my house. Now, i have been given a tab with sd cards loaded with study materials from class ix to xii. But the invoice given to me does not mention the amount of rs 20000/- that has been paid separately by me for the hard copies of the lessons. The invoice is also showing rs 18750/- as price for sd card for class ix & also rs 18750/- for sd card for class x. But i have never asked for materials for class ix & x. So, i think i have been overcharged with an amount of rs rs 37500/- straight away & have been supplied with items that i do not require & have also been deprived of materials (Hard copies) that i have asked explicitly for.

                      I was purchased the product and back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person mr pardhant contact but he told refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying 4000 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancell the application and refund the amount of my 4000 rs thank you

                        Sir/madam,
                        With great agony, i want to submit that i have purchased conceptual foundation program for the class vi to class 10 through ms. Aakansha sharma, employee i. D. Tnl[protected] on 13.04.2019. At the time of purchase, i was given following assurance and promises :-
                        1. That look over period will be for 15 days and i will receive a call from byju’s at the end of period and that period will be extended for further 15 days if i need more time.
                        2. The total cost will be blocked till then and will be released to the company only on my confirmation of continuation.
                        3. There will be at least one or two personal visit by the coordinator for one to one interaction with the student.
                        I received that tablet on 22.04.2019. On 10 th may 2019, i called company and was informed that company has refund policy for 15 days only.
                        I was quite shocked and told them that it was promised by sales executive and even all other promised were not fulfilled. Even the coordinator has not appeared once after the purchase of plan. The amount was released without obtaining my consent. I received the reply that they are forwarding a mail to ms. Aakansha sharma to contact me and she will contact me within 2-3 days. They will record the conversation between her and myself and consequences will follow. Since 10th may, more than 11 days has passed and she has not contacted me.
                        It seems they are waiting for period of one month to expire so that i will not have option left.

                        There you are requested to take necessary action.

                            I have bought byju's tablet (11 and 12 jee) through counsellor where he has mentioned that i can return it within 25 days. When i decided to return it within 25 days. Then byju's members said returning period is 15 days. They were not ready to accept this and clearly told us it is impossible to return now. They even asked for the proof. When i have sent them the call recording of counsellor and my father where he has misguided us regarding returning tenure. Now there is no response by byju's team. I regularly email them at [protected]@byjus.com, there is no reply. I want to return my tablet and refund of 10500 + 4542 (1st emi cost). Please solve my problem. Contact details are undersigned

                              I just made an enquiry on website with chat about product when my son was in 8 th grade (Three last months of grade 8). I wanted to enquire about grade 9 package. I live in muscat. I told right from beginning about my location. Also provided my phone number. I got a call from mr sagar gupta who is very aggressive salesman. He played with my psyche and sold me grade 9 and 10 package at 60000 rs.. And three months of grade 8 free. And also charged me activation charges 5000 rs. Told me mentor will call every week and doubts will be cleared. Nothing of that sort is happening. He created an urgency for me to buy as rates would increase in peak season. As grade 9 started, even my two friends purchased same package at 45000 rs. When i emailed them about why this discrimination in price.. I recieved only one call telling me i got charged in indian pricing as i chatted on website and others got a call from dubai. #. I recieved call from dubai number. And my friends recieved call from indian numbers. Then their excuse was that they do cloud calling. I have been asking for refund of money overcharged to me in more than 50 emails now.. Almost daily i email. The salesperson mr sagar gupta.. Bangalore office has the audacity to tell me that his job is done. I should not email him. I have record of all emails right from beginning. Calling proofs of me and my friends. Even the bills. Now i want refund of overcharged amt and also want to discontinue with byjus totally. I have lost trust in this brand. I feel very annoyed and duped.
                              Hope i get justice. Soon. I will keep doing things till i get myself justice. I will never keep quite.

                                I was sold the byjus course by its salesman on 26 jan 2019. He gave the following promises during purchase -
                                1. The product is available at zero emi for 1 year using any credit card.
                                2. Product validity is life long.

                                Both turned out to be false, the bank charged for emi which i did not want and salesman forced to for. Also the product has a life of 1 year only.

                                The customer support also cheated that they will refund all amount charged by bank if provided to them along with the device. But fefunded only product value.

                                Who will pay for charges made by me to bank and mental harassment faced by in last 4 months for getting cheated by byjus salesman.

                                  I received the tab on 4th may, 2019 and was told that my ward will be getting 15 days for demo and it can be cancelled whenever i want to within the 15 days. I sent a cancellation request and talked to customer care center and through some misunderstanding my cancellation request was closed, i never "confirmed it" and received no email about the cancellation being closed. My 15 days of demo are still not over yet so i contacted them and they said we can not cancel the premium now since the cancellation has been closed. I told him there was some miscommunication between the customer care executive and me but no cooperation and support from them was received, i requested them for refund again since the 15 days are not over yet and again they told me that i can never cancel this premium until next year. The request for loan has been sent to capital float for 35000.
                                  I have until tomorrow which is 18th may, after that there is no hope for cancellation and i expect them to open the request for cancellation again by tomorrow.

                                    I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
                                    Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

                                    Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended.

                                      The content is not nice all the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics
                                      They cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. The most important part that half the content is locked
