Sir/madam,
With great agony, i want to submit that i have purchased conceptual foundation program for the class vi to class 10 through ms. Aakansha sharma, employee i. D. Tnl[protected] on 13.04.2019. At the time of purchase, i was given following assurance and promises :-
1. That look over period will be for 15 days and i will receive a call from byju’s at the end of period and that period will be extended for further 15 days if i need more time.
2. The total cost will be blocked till then and will be released to the company only on my confirmation of continuation.
3. There will be at least one or two personal visit by the coordinator for one to one interaction with the student.
I received that tablet on 22.04.2019. On 10 th may 2019, i called company and was informed that company has refund policy for 15 days only.
I was quite shocked and told them that it was promised by sales executive and even all other promised were not fulfilled. Even the coordinator has not appeared once after the purchase of plan. The amount was released without obtaining my consent. I received the reply that they are forwarding a mail to ms. Aakansha sharma to contact me and she will contact me within 2-3 days. They will record the conversation between her and myself and consequences will follow. Since 10th may, more than 11 days has passed and she has not contacted me.
It seems they are waiting for period of one month to expire so that i will not have option left.
There you are requested to take necessary action.
