I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended

    I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

    According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund.

      My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me. My studies stopped because of this.

        I bought the product recently for my younger brother and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

          I came in contact with the byju's through their apartment campaign, two months back. I asked them for a cancellation around 10 days after talking to that guy they gave me a call and told me to use it once i agreed and also asked the person to start cancellation process (Around 26 feb.) and thought the matter is closed. They did not cancel the registration.
          I sent the email to byjus support team many reminders for cancellation & refunding the amount, and taking the tab back. They did not cancel even after sending many reminders. One of the person mr rahul dixit told me that cancellation is not possible because already two months is over. I don't want the product. They are cheater. Please cancel and refund the amount.

            I have submitted my application via mail for cancellation of membership on 22nd mar19 as per their point no.9 of terms and conditions. Still they are deducting my emi directly from my bank. After 7 reminder mail they do not bother to revert any kind of communication. They have initiated a ticket number 1867306 after my first mail but after that no written communications.

            As per their norms they will give 15 days trial for their product and 100 % money back after cancellation of membership. They have lied to me. After their product delivery on 17th march19, i have initiated cancellation mail to their given mail id: [protected]@byjus.com on 22nd march 19 for personal reason. Obviously i have applied on time.

            It is therefore request you to lodge a complain against m/s think and learn pvt ltd for harassment and noncompliance of their own rules. Arrange my refund amount of (Rs. 7167 + 2000) rs. 8167 as on date.

                I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

                  I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                    I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
                    Kindly check and see what is to be done.

                      The tab that was sent to me does not look like a new tab but its an old tab repackaged and sent. I as told i would be getting a brand new tab and that is not case clearly which i can see now. Either charge less if sending an used tab or send new tab. Any which way, make it clear to the customers that such and such is the case. Do not lie and close a sale and then create a bad impression on the customer.

                        I have enrolled for byjus ias course and recieved my tablet on feb 14. The following week i recieved my study materials.

                        On feb 26, i have contacted for discontinue of course as i was not able to spend time on it as i am already working. They told they will arrange a call back.

                        Later i got a call back from mentor, i explained her my problem. The mentor gave suggestion like to continue for one more month and try to spend time in non working hours.

                        I was not able to go with the course because of professional issues. Recently i requested for the cancellation of course. They are telling it cannot be cancelled.
                        As i am not using it and loan has to be paid for which is not used.

                        I need help in cancellation of the course.

                          I have purchased byjus ias course on 4/4/19, no. Of false promises were made

                          1. False trial period (Told 45 days when contacted to customer care the say only 15 days)
                          2. False statement - inclusion of optional subject in course, giving scholarship of 1 lakh after clearing mains exam.
                          3. Counsellor not responding any calls and message
                          4. Not responding properly to cancellation request.
                          5. Said no initial amount would be deducted during trail period only credit will be blocked but they deducted ₹12, 000 from bajaj finance without giving prior information.

                            I enrolled for byju's leaning app for my daughter. We received the product on feb 28. March 7 and 9th i informed that i don't want the subscription. They said mentor will call.

                            My daughter had exams during that time and she did not use the app. Not she is not using it. Post that we were travelling out of country for 3 weeks.

                            Post which i spoke to the mentor and told him to cancel. They said that it is not crossed the 15 days trial period.

                            If child does not use the app, why should i pay. We are talking about 12 years and not an adult.

                            They are not giving refund and my daughter is not using the app. Why should i pay for it if my child doesn't use it.

                            They are big fraud please do not take their product.

                              The mentors should check the progress of every childay and talk to them about their problems at least every months so that the child can learn well
                              We don't see any kind of approach from the mentors and are very dissappointed.
                              We would surely like that the mentors call and try to resolve any issues relating to studies as they do for other children.
                              I have a friend who also took the scholarship but are getting calls regularly from mentors
                              We would like some co operation please..

                                I e dineshkumar father of ej abhiram have taken byjus (10th to 12th - 3 years)
                                3 years course through bajaz loan bearing order no 408remec545508 for 40000 with the help of your executive avinash. But it was cancelled by byjus itself as the downpayment was not received by your byjus executive avinash. So new loan applied again with the order no 408remed403141 for 36000 by paying 4000 down payment to byjus. Here your byju's executive avinash informed that they cancelled the order no 408remec545508 and now telling that they had applied to bajaj company for cancellation and pending with bajaj. so please cancell the order no 408remec545508 immediately as already 1st emi for both the orders recovered from my account. Now the 2nd emi will also be recovered on may 5th. I had already informed bengalore byjus people somany times. And used to make calls also frequently to your refund team members like ruchi, anju, hari etc and even the our abhis mentor sahithi also. Even then no response. So please look into this matter seriously & immediately and cancell the order no 408remec545508. It is also your responsibility to see the customers security and should not loose their amount unnecessaryly for your executive's mistake of non collection of downpayment.

                                When we informed the bajaj company regarding cancellation they are asking for cancellation proof of order 408remec545508. But your byjus people are telling that they are not supposed to give the cancellation proof to the customer and they would process the cancellation procedure. Already 2 monthes over. No response. Why should customer bear this nonsense? Ultimately we are loosing faith in byjus.

                                Plaese take action immediately.

                                  I shakti Seth, purchased the learning app from ur senior education consultant Anyway Sharma. We were told to pay 2000rs for the trail period of 15 days which was as per him would have started when we wanted.He a also made us sign the Byjus application form and ECS form.

                                  I found the service fraudulent and I am highly disappointed by the same.The following issues were faced by me:
                                  1. The trail period don't start as per us.It was started by your team.
                                  2. I never applied for any loan for the same yet I was contacted by the Capital Float Loan to pay the due amount.
                                  3. The consultant by the n a me of Akshay Sharma didn't reply to asny of our calls.
                                  4. No one from your service c centre/ customer care helped us.
                                  5. I had to freeze my funds so that my ECS could stop.

                                  Kindly stop my service for the same. I would never r recommend your product to anyone. Request you to revert at your earliest.

                                    Himanshu Sagar, Employee ID TNL21822264 visited my place on Saturday 27th April2019 and told us that we can purchase 10 inch Tab CAT2019 course for Rs, 32500..We paid the said fee by Credit Card .Later we received a call from Utkarsh Vikas that we have been told wrong price and now the order cant be punched as the quoted price is below the lowest price your system accepts..Now 4 days have passed we have been undergoing mental trauma ..No one is helping us getting our money back and now I get a mail from cancellation team that says I have not provided u order ID and registered phone number..Sir, didnt u go thru mail forwarded by me o[censored]tkarsh Vikas providing the details

                                      Dear all,

                                      This complaint regarding my refund case. Your customer care not giving proper response. Not provide any suitable answer regarding my case. This is not to ways to treat a customer. My feed back regarding this is very poor. From 29-03.-2019 i call near about 20-30 calls to your customer. But every body in your byjus company play with my patience and they transfer my call to another department by saying that it is not comes in his area.

                                      If anyone in byjus are really a good member and try to solve my queries. Please resolve my issue.

                                        I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                                        Please assist and close the same at earliest.
