Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for 12th classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible...

    I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

      I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
      Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.

        I have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
        I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help.

          I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

            I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

            Please assist and close the same at earliest.

              We are extremly sorry to say that our son shemon sinha is not interested of byjus products
              So that we request you that we want to terminate the study loan or close the loan. At present we are facing financial issues also please provide us the addres of byjus products so that we return tab.

              Hence please suggest us how we can close this loan.

                I booked class 10, 11 & 12th study material with 10’ lenovo calling tab on rs 75000/- in nov’18 and paid 10% @ rs 7500/- as advance. Sales executive – mr. Sanchit-tnl21819143 has committed that they will guide the student regularly & visit at home to take care of the performance of child on monthly basis etc. To get the order.
                First of all, i received my order after passing almost a month whereas they have committed 7 days for delivery. I have booked 10’ tab but i received 7’ used tab around 1 year old on cdma technology (Which is not applicable presently). Battery backup is also not good. I have lodged complain to customer care same day. They have committed to resolve the issue asap but they were just passing 15 days refund policy timeline by given different kind of excuses smartly.
                After passing 15 days, they had changed their statement. Neither they are replacing product nor responding on the mails. Beside that nobody visited at my home till yet to check the performance of the child as already 4 month passed. Sales executive-mr. Sanchit is also not picking the phones. His 10th exam also completed without using byjus course. This is totally wastage of money.
                Now, customer executive/mentor clearly refused the call/complain received during 15 days of product received. Either they have manipulate the call records or trying to misguide us whereas i have call record in my call history.
                The accent of the tutorial is also in south-malayalam language which is not easily understandable to my child.
                They are following up for their installment only not for your problems. They are cheating to the people smartly. Once you passed 15 days refund policy period, you will be responsible for any type of problem either related to product hardware/software or child performance. Byjus will not support any thing beside that to commit false statement & recover his dues. This is totally wastage of money. Poor backend support. Not recommend at all.
                If my problem is not resolved within 7 days, i will again put the complaint on same portal to show the seriousness of the byjus on the customer pain.

                  Please refer to the above quoted order number.in this connection i would like to state that the home counselor mr. Suvam saha, emp id no. Tnl21823172, visited my residence on 7/04/2019 and stated that byjus learning app is available from class 1 but the website is not updated yet, since my child ahana bandyopadhyay is studying in class 3 he advised us to purchase byju's product for class 3 - 4 for 2 years at the cost of rs. 39000/-. As per his advice and guidance, i have paid rs.3, 900/- (In cash 10% of the total amount) on 07.04.2019 to byju's vide receipt no. Tnl[protected] and rest amount of rs. 35100/- on emi (@ rs 2925/- for 1 year) from iifl through byjus.
                  After receiving the order number dated 09/04/2019, i came to know that the product is for class 4 only and also byjus learning app is available only from class-4. Accordingly i informed byjus head office bangalore and home counselor about the miss guidance, again as per their advice instead of cancelling the order i agreed to change the order from class 3-4 to 4-5 for the same amount. The home counselor assured for the same telephonically and informed us that the order has been changed accordingly.
                  But it is very astonishing that after passing of 17 days i have not yet received the product and in spite of trying to contact several times with the right person regarding the issue, no one is ready to solve the problem properly and i have not received any written assurance from byju's regarding receiving of the product. I was kept totally in darkness regarding the cause of delay and miss guidance.
                  In view of above, after being faced this kind of miss guidance and harassment as well as unprofessional approach from a renowned company like byjus, i am compelled to decide to cancel the order at this stage and accordingly stop the recovery of emi from my bank account. This mail may please be treated as notice of cancellation of order against receipt no. Tnl[protected].
                  Please do the needful within 72 hours to refund my paid amount i. E.3900/ to avoid any legal compulsion.

                    My parents bought a course for 16, 000 bucks for me. Placed the order last night the product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet...

                      I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will...

                        I am a cat aspirant with byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

                          I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

                            I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know why the same the same thing happened twice and no one is correctly explaining what to do next. It had been huge inconvenience.

                                Byjus representative came to home for product info and they told refund policy is 30 days, and handshake will be from both sides and after confirmation from customer they will start emi but when i called byjus before 15 days for cancellations and i wrote mail to byjus on 19-20 days for refund then all representative, mentor called me and there is no handshake from both the side. Emi started and i asked then for refund but they are not ready. They are cheating to people.

                                Bjyus Representative are saying different and doing differently, not providing acknowledge once form filled up. Mentor not doing handshake with parents course confirmation . They are doing late to customer so that refund policy lapse and EMI will start.i request them we are common people but they cheat the people's.

                                  Issues with Byju's point by point as follows :
                                  1. Cheating from Ms.Ayushi- Counselor :
                                  2. Promissed to give package for 3rd standard but issued 4th standard package.
                                  3. Not Refunding by Byju’s
                                  4. There is no transparency in Byju’s and
                                  5. Without information to parents intimated bank to debit EMI amount
                                  6. They will not allow their office for discussion
                                  7. every time different counselor will be trying to contact
                                  8.
                                  Byju Counselor Ms.Ayushi approached package and we have paid Rs.20175/- on spot on 27.03.19,
                                  Request you activate after 1st of April whearas received package on 3days before imdtly we called to her and requested to take back but she advised it will be consider from day usage after 1st only.
                                  promised for package to my son for 3rd standard whereas received package is 4th standard to 12th standard and again and again she convinced its 3rd standard don’t worry like that if your not ok this package you cancel this package in 15days,
                                  Ms.Ayushi : if package is not satisfied can be refunded imdtly whereas now they were demanding to return back tablet without making payment to us wait for 20 – 25 days .
                                  We have clearly informed to Ms.Ayushi if we ok with package i may pay cash Rs.114500/- since i have process of home loan, whearas wthout my knowledge she is done ECS facility to my bank account, i have submitted to her for address proof but submitted to bank as loan.
                                  We have been waiting for a long time for refund 10days is over from my date of intimation to Ms .Auyshi, your executive informed us if we not interested for any reason she will be getting refunded imdtly whereas she is cheated us and also she stated this course from 3rd standard whereas it's from only 4th, same as been you also accepted and apologies to me over phone today.
                                  Ms. Sowmya have given offer for 20% of discount to this package because of wrong committed by Ms.Ayushi .
                                  Without my knowledge loan is processed by Ms.Ayshu and Byjus, this is eligal activity done from your end.
                                  We don't any have hopes on you people as she committeed kindly collect kit after hanovering cheque or RTGS details.
                                  There is no transparency from your team and there is no escalation matrix, nor there is no seniors are coming to picture.
                                  Please refund amount imdtly before we go legally.
                                  If require I can organise delivery to your door step once payment is refunded.
                                  If in case your not supporting I have to go legally with your organisation and Ms.Auyshi for mis conducting and cheating.
                                  Immediatly stop the ES facility if amount debt from account i have other transaction going of my personal as I already mentioned to Ms Ayushi and Mr Akhilesh regarding my loan and Ecs facility other wise have to go legally as I mentioned earlier to Ms Ayushi she miss guided us that amount will not be Ecs facility

                                  Ms Ayushi and Akhilesh told us amount will credit with in the day of cancellation. Kindly stop Ecs facility as soon as possible.

                                    On[protected] mr. Rajnikant (Salesman of byju's) sold us the product of rs. 35, 000/-. He took rs. 3500/- as down payment, saying 10% of the principle amount have to be deposited at the time. He said that remaining amount i. E. Rs. 31500/- will be paid as 12 months installment of rs. 2625/- without any interest and that installment will be paid from april-2019. He also called his concerned senior infront o[censored]s to confirmed the same. But in march-2019 only bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs. 3500/- from my bank account. When i asked they said that it is a 9 months installment product not 12 months. After that i am continuously talking to byju's officials and bajaj finance officials for the resolving the issue. But both of them are denying the case saying that 'it is not in our hands and you have to talk to the other one'. I am not denying to pay the amount, but 9 months installment is unable for me to pay. If bajaj finance is ready to make it an installment of rs. 2545/-, i will pay the amount.
                                    I would also like to say that byju's sales person mr. Rajani kant rai mislead us and did not give the correct information also. But byju's did not take any strict action towards him. If seniors are not taking any actions against those who mislead/misguide its customers, then sales person are going to always manipulate customers.

                                      I have been writing mails for cancellation of the product but no one is bothered each time they are making false promises this is very unprofessional approach from byjus & i feel like i have been cheated.                                         On 14.04.2019, we were approached by a counselor from byjus. Day before yesterday we had received a call from byjus regarding the same. The counselor was very talkative and was quite smart. He approached us first saying that he wants to analyse my child. We being gentleman allowed him for 2 hours at our house and in turn he convinced us that we should enroll our child in think and learn programme of byjus. We agreed. He sent us a link and we made a payment of rs 64000

It will automatically be credited back to the account/card.. On that very day and mailed them about the same. Then they replied their representative would contact us.. It seems they want to make me tired so that i stop following them up and they eat my money.
                                        It seems that they have captured the entire education business on the basis of fraud and cheating
                                        BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
