We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

    I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

      I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

        I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

        I want to give back byjus products as they are not able to teach for jee?
        They do not teach well . Byjus is not good for IIT JEE preparation. Tablet does not work . It stops anytime.

          I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

            Loan number= kar18e[protected]. I am extremely sorry to say that my son, pankaj is not interested in byju’s products.
            So that i request you that i want to terminate the study loan or close the loan (Loan number= kar18e[protected]. At present we are facing financial issues also please provide us the address of byju’s office so that we can return the tab (Product-course).

            Hence please suggest us how we can close this loan.

                I am khushi and i'm a costumer of byju's premium and have taken a three year subscription of class 8, 9 and 10. Currently, i am in the second year of the aforementioned endowment. Just recently, i have been facing trouble for solving the practise questions which are regularly provided along with the educational content. On further investigation with my father, mr jaya krushna swain, we realized that the learning content/media was astonishingly different as cited to the accompanying questions. To some extent we even realized that many of those questions were even out of my ordinary 9th class syllabus. I had my hopes incredulously high for byju's, but incidents like this have caused my trust to wither slowly. I sincerely request the consumer complaints department as well as the byju's group to look into this inconspicuous yet relevant piece of fault in the byju's app/educational content.

                  I know a lot of people who use the app for free forever, by using fake otp bypass numbers available on the internet. I deeply recommend you to stop these scammers right now. They are using such a wonderful product for free, while people like me spend our hard earned money. I know blocking scam numbers will result in reduction o[censored]sage of the app, but many people who used it for free will buy the tab.
                  I highly recommend blocking all fake numbers or, limiting the number of journeys seen each day to only 2-3.
                  Another method to stop scammers would be to keep free users from completing the whole chapter by limiting no. Of videos available to them. (Although that's a bad business means)
                  Also you can limit usage per day for 15 days to be merely 1-2 hr.
                  Or else allow only indian numbers to avail trial (As fake indian numbers aren't available on the internet) plus the rare authorised foreign numbers.
                  I hope you have a better way than all of these to stop scammers. These methods were just suggested by me to you in less than 1 minute of thinking.
                  I use byju's and i'm contended.

                    Byju representative mr. Jagadeeshwaran contacted me on 22nd april 2019, for jee course for my kid who is studying 12th, (Eventhough my kid was not interested), i called him home, as per him if we dont like the course we can cancel it any time, but later i found in their terms and conditions it is given as 15 days.
                    I believed him and ordered for the course on 23rd april 2019, he took my adhar card, pan card details and also signature for loan application. He told the course fees is 60000 rupees and i paid net banking transfer for 6000 rupees.
                    After registering the course i discussed with my colleagues and teachers and also surfing online i came to know that the course is not suitable for jee, so mailed byjus on 24th morning for cancellation of the course, i received mail from support team and ticket number for my mail is 2105538.
                    From byjus, mr. Jagan and mr. Mukilan contacted me and i clearly told them that i am cancelling the course and no need to send me the lenova tablet and to refund the advance amount of 6000 rupees, but they are insisting me to take the lenova tablet and not interested in cancelling the course, as per the terms and conditions with in 15 days i can cancel the course, today it is only 25th april 2019 (3 days gone), still they are not accepting my cancellation. Byjus are not respecting their own terms and conditions, their only aim is to cheat the customer's, byju is a fake and fraud company looting and cheating people in the name of education.
                    Today i received mail from my bank for mandate registration and payment for remaining 54000 rupees from paysense (Finance company partner with byju for providing loan), i also mailed to paysense stating that i have cancelled the course and dont want to proceed with the loan, but still paysense proceed with loan.
                    I have all evidence (Both audio and mail evidence for my cancellation).
                    Request to all parents who read this please dont allow any byjus representative to your house, by sweet talk they will convince you and cheat you.
                    Request byju team to stop such cheap tactics to earn money and to respect their own terms and conditions and pay back my money.

                        Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for 12th classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible...

                            I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
                            Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.

                              I have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
                              I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help.

                                I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

                                  I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                                  Please assist and close the same at earliest.

                                      I booked class 10, 11 & 12th study material with 10’ lenovo calling tab on rs 75000/- in nov’18 and paid 10% @ rs 7500/- as advance. Sales executive – mr. Sanchit-tnl21819143 has committed that they will guide the student regularly & visit at home to take care of the performance of child on monthly basis etc. To get the order.
                                      First of all, i received my order after passing almost a month whereas they have committed 7 days for delivery. I have booked 10’ tab but i received 7’ used tab around 1 year old on cdma technology (Which is not applicable presently). Battery backup is also not good. I have lodged complain to customer care same day. They have committed to resolve the issue asap but they were just passing 15 days refund policy timeline by given different kind of excuses smartly.
                                      After passing 15 days, they had changed their statement. Neither they are replacing product nor responding on the mails. Beside that nobody visited at my home till yet to check the performance of the child as already 4 month passed. Sales executive-mr. Sanchit is also not picking the phones. His 10th exam also completed without using byjus course. This is totally wastage of money.
                                      Now, customer executive/mentor clearly refused the call/complain received during 15 days of product received. Either they have manipulate the call records or trying to misguide us whereas i have call record in my call history.
                                      The accent of the tutorial is also in south-malayalam language which is not easily understandable to my child.
                                      They are following up for their installment only not for your problems. They are cheating to the people smartly. Once you passed 15 days refund policy period, you will be responsible for any type of problem either related to product hardware/software or child performance. Byjus will not support any thing beside that to commit false statement & recover his dues. This is totally wastage of money. Poor backend support. Not recommend at all.
                                      If my problem is not resolved within 7 days, i will again put the complaint on same portal to show the seriousness of the byjus on the customer pain.

                                        Please refer to the above quoted order number.in this connection i would like to state that the home counselor mr. Suvam saha, emp id no. Tnl21823172, visited my residence on 7/04/2019 and stated that byjus learning app is available from class 1 but the website is not updated yet, since my child ahana bandyopadhyay is studying in class 3 he advised us to purchase byju's product for class 3 - 4 for 2 years at the cost of rs. 39000/-. As per his advice and guidance, i have paid rs.3, 900/- (In cash 10% of the total amount) on 07.04.2019 to byju's vide receipt no. Tnl[protected] and rest amount of rs. 35100/- on emi (@ rs 2925/- for 1 year) from iifl through byjus.
                                        After receiving the order number dated 09/04/2019, i came to know that the product is for class 4 only and also byjus learning app is available only from class-4. Accordingly i informed byjus head office bangalore and home counselor about the miss guidance, again as per their advice instead of cancelling the order i agreed to change the order from class 3-4 to 4-5 for the same amount. The home counselor assured for the same telephonically and informed us that the order has been changed accordingly.
                                        But it is very astonishing that after passing of 17 days i have not yet received the product and in spite of trying to contact several times with the right person regarding the issue, no one is ready to solve the problem properly and i have not received any written assurance from byju's regarding receiving of the product. I was kept totally in darkness regarding the cause of delay and miss guidance.
                                        In view of above, after being faced this kind of miss guidance and harassment as well as unprofessional approach from a renowned company like byjus, i am compelled to decide to cancel the order at this stage and accordingly stop the recovery of emi from my bank account. This mail may please be treated as notice of cancellation of order against receipt no. Tnl[protected].
                                        Please do the needful within 72 hours to refund my paid amount i. E.3900/ to avoid any legal compulsion.

                                        At the time o[censored]PSC course registration The councilor (Rounak Joshi) told me that due to my personal economical problem the EMI amount they will start from may month and I became happy and agreed to take part in byjus.But yesterday they send me a message that the EMI amount will be cut on 15 th may.

                                        At the time of UPSC course registration The councilor (Rounak Joshi) told me that due to my personal economical problem the EMI amount they will start from may month and I became happy and agreed to take part in byjus.But yesterday they send me a message that the EMI amount will be cut on 15 th April..
