I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

    Registration for joining in byjus classes has been made by me on 28.04.2019 but due to some problem i am unable to take admission and i have mailed [protected]@byjus.com for refund my registration fee ie 3950/- and given full detail of account for refund the same. After so many conversation with support team and mail, no any concrete resolution made till date.

      Have purchased byjus product appx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...
      I really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling cx support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.

        I am really surprised by the pathetic customer care service that your organisation is offering. Inspite of sending the email below and innumerable phone calls for the past 2 weeks, there has been no action from your end. Not even an explanation why the order was not delivered and why i cannot cancel my order. But yes.. You have not failed to debit the money from my account promptly.

        This is very disgraceful for an educational institution to go to this level of money making. I am going to report this with the consumer complaints and the social media and will make sure none of my acquaintances avail your services.

          I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
          Kindly check and see what is to be done.

            We have taken byju's learning product for our son for 10th, 11th and 12th initially. We are not returning product as per policy with in 15 days
            We only want to change options that is we want to enrol only for 10th std.

            Emi for loan 65000 has not yet been initiated. We are not cancelling product but want product only for 10th std only.
            Byju's leaning is not allowing to do so, it is not good marketing strategy to force upon us 11th and 12th study course when my son has not completed 10th the yet.

            We are not sure what my son will pursue after 10th he may join diploma or arts.

            We are forced to pay 65000 for 11th and 12th study even though we are not interested.
            Sent email to [protected]@byjus.com. But they said i have to pay for all standards there is no other way. They even told to ahead with complaint to consumer court in a brazen manner
            I was planning to pay for 10th, review it and if good would have definitely purchased 11th and 12th.
            But now with this bad experience and their greed for money is same making me rethink.

              The tab that was sent to me does not look like a new tab but its an old tab repackaged and sent. I as told i would be getting a brand new tab and that is not case clearly which i can see now. Either charge less if sending an used tab or send new tab. Any which way, make it clear to the customers that such and such is the case. Do not lie and close a sale and then create a bad impression on the customer.

                  I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                    I have already informed you that regarding my son byjus product 4=5+6+7+8 cbse in the name of mrs manashi rajkumari loan no-ban 18e[protected].
                    We want to close this learning product because there is no any service and support and guide line to support how to learn the app. Because of that my son is not interested also we are not able pay the payment due to financial issues in the meantime capital float customer care are call to us again & again and pressure to us. Kindly requesting close this loan and please give us the address of byjusso that we will return the tab or product to the organisation..

                      The product and services of byju's is very unsatisfactory so i made a return request through email to there cancellation team within prescribed time limit but they do not respond to my cancellation email and also do not reply my call that i have make to customer care, they always said that you will receive call back from our cancellation team but not call back ever, if i call again to customer care they said we call you but you didn't pick our call that is completely wrong, and 2 day's back they said that after this long period we cannot cancel our return the product which is quite embarrassing.
                      Please help me...

                          I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

                            I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know why the same the same thing happened twice and no one is correctly explaining what to do next. It had been huge inconvenience.

                              I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                                I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They claimed that they take only 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed from the date of delivery then also i didn't got my order. Every time i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. I have also made the entire payment at the time of placing the order, now i have lost all the hopes and i feel duped by them.

                                  I bought the product recently for my son and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                                    My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last week. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

                                      I placed an order for the course content for 8th standard igcsc (Cambridge board) through the online link provided by the executive of the company. I realised that the product was of icsc and not what i have ordered for. I kept complaining about it to various tiers and the sales head of the company very well know what happened he promised proper redressal and even after 15 days of the assurance and my continuous follow up nothing happened till now. The company does not even cared to check the fate of the situation.

                                        The byjus premium app needs update. I am fed up using it. While watching the video i can't go 2 or 3 minutes back it is taking me at some other time. Ex : vector algebra class 12 there is a practice set of 7 hours mobile watching the video let's just say it's 30 minutes i have watched it now i want to go back at 28 minutes but it is not taking me back it is taking me at some other time. I think the atmosphere a little like youtube where we can go 10 or 20 seconds forward or backward please solve this problem.
