When your representative mr alex mathew visited our place on 24th february 2019 and introduced to bijuys. I agreed for an trial package, wherein alex confirmed that

1) that it will be trial period for 15 days from the date of receipt of the kit, and
2) that if required an additional one month grace period will be given to understand the app, for which i will have to bear only one month emi installment and that i was...

As per their requirement they asked for my contact number for further assistance, and now i keeps on receiving unnecessary phone calls and emails which i find really annoying. Almost 3 to 4 calls i receive daily are from byju. They are envading my privacy which is highly inappropriate.
And earlier i asked them how to delete my account permanently but the steps they told doesn't work on their app. So i asked them not to call me anymore...

I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working....

I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs....

I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved...

I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. 1. I took the counselor advice in the first week of november.
2. I followed the steps suggested by counselor to enroll for the course.

I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as...

One agent of byjus charged rs. 5000 and sold palm top on 15 days trail base. As this product was not useful for my ward, so i contacted that agent of byjus just after 8 days to return it back. But after first call he didn't pick any of my call and no one ever contacted me to take that useless app back. Now i hv been threaten by capital float fin company to deposit rs. 80000 otherwise they will take some legal action. Recently they hv notice...

Byjus is fraud. One counsellor came to my home and he insisted me to get the tablet. I believed him. He said i[censored] don't like it u can return it in 7 to 15 days. I don't like that tab so i called them for cancellation but they said ur refund will be do immediately. And now they r ignoring calls and not responding. I lost 60 thousand money in byjus. Don't trust them they are just... Never trust them they are fraud...

One guy Shashank([protected]) from BYJU's(I hate taking this name also now!!!) called me up about delivering a demo about the product and appointment was fixed and when he visited my place he gave the demo and then started to upsell the product saying take a 15 day trial just and if you don't like it you cancel the thing.
I said I would start may be next year. He forced a 15 day trial to me and asked me to pay which I agreed ok just...

Two persons came at my home and told me that there is an opportunity for your kid to get an offer she will get a tablet from ourside it will be charged about 1000 and if you are not satisfied with that product you will get refund of it but they are now charging 5000 per month as emi by my account. They will charge it for 60000. They collected 4 times 5000 remaining amount is left... Please stop this process then the remaining amount will...

My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me. My studies stopped because of this....

I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund....
