I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

Please assist and close the same at earliest.

    I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

      I have never gone through such a bad service till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them. I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted the package thinking about the brand and services. But trust me it is good for nothing. After investing money this is the service i get.

        I bought the product recently for my son and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

          I placed an order for gmat course but i have received is not gmat but cat course. How can anyone goo[censored]p with gmat and cat. I am pretty sure you guys have different people for both the courses.

          This has to be sorted with utmost priority that you could give. Time is running out and i dont want to bear the burnt of your goo[censored]p.

          Kindly exchange and send the correct product.

            My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last week. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

              I placed an order for the course content for 8th standard igcsc (Cambridge board) through the online link provided by the executive of the company. I realised that the product was of icsc and not what i have ordered for. I kept complaining about it to various tiers and the sales head of the company very well know what happened he promised proper redressal and even after 15 days of the assurance and my continuous follow up nothing happened till now. The company does not even cared to check the fate of the situation.

                The byjus premium app needs update. I am fed up using it. While watching the video i can't go 2 or 3 minutes back it is taking me at some other time. Ex : vector algebra class 12 there is a practice set of 7 hours mobile watching the video let's just say it's 30 minutes i have watched it now i want to go back at 28 minutes but it is not taking me back it is taking me at some other time. I think the atmosphere a little like youtube where we can go 10 or 20 seconds forward or backward please solve this problem.

                    My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

                      When your representative mr alex mathew visited our place on 24th february 2019 and introduced to bijuys. I agreed for an trial package, wherein alex confirmed that

                      1) that it will be trial period for 15 days from the date of receipt of the kit, and
                      2) that if required an additional one month grace period will be given to understand the app, for which i will have to bear only one month emi installment and that i was at the liberty to cancell the order.

                      Now as per the present situation none of above commitments seems to be fulfilled.

                      Alex was not in my contact after 25th feb. On 14th march when i contacted him and raised doubts about my daughters poor response to the app and wanted to cancel, he told me to wait for a day and that he will be issuing a study plan for her.
                      On 15th march i conveyed my message to alex for cancellation and also wrote mail to you.

                      But to my surprise alex expressed his inability to cancel the order by telling me that 14th march was the last day for cancellation, since i received the kit on 28th february at 16:30 hrs.in that case he should have not made to wait me for a day to cancel the order when i had called him on 14th march itself. This was the first breach of trust he committed from his end

                      Secondly alex requested me to give my personal documents to cross check with the financer, whether i was able to fulfill the criteria of getting finance for the product. He confirmed that i could get the product financed and that the installment shall start only after i opting the product after the 15 days trial period which was in progress, but to my surprise i received mail from zest money that my emi period has started from 3rd march 2019, when my trial period was still not over. How can this be?

                      I have mailed a message to zeast money that i have cancelled the order, so i request you to please once again to cancel the order, because your rep mr alex has misguided me and i also i as an customer is not satisfied.

                      Lastly my daughter is not showing any interest in it. It will be useless for me now and in future. So please take your stuff back. Iam ready to pay any decent penalty amount.

                      Please do the needful or else i will have to resort to some other legal means

                        unnecessary phone calls

                        As per their requirement they asked for my contact number for further assistance, and now i keeps on receiving unnecessary phone calls and emails which i find really annoying. Almost 3 to 4 calls i receive daily are from byju. They are envading my privacy which is highly inappropriate.
                        And earlier i asked them how to delete my account permanently but the steps they told doesn't work on their app. So i asked them not to call me anymore...

                        I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
                        Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.

                          I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help.

                            I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

                                We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                                  I have applied for the cancellation and refund for the byju's ias tablet cource.
                                  1. I took the counselor advice in the first week of november.
                                  2. I followed the steps suggested by counselor to enroll for the course.
                                  3. Before submitting the registration form and nach agreement i requested counselor that i may not be able to take the course immediately because of my job so i want to stop the process.
                                  4. He asked me to complete the enrollment process by submitting the required documents then only he will be able to help me in applying for the cancellation.
                                  5. I followed the instructions counselor gave me for enrollment and i submitted my documents and details.
                                  6. I received the first kit from byju's on 26/nov/2018 after which i didn't receive any materials from byju's.
                                  7. I started receiving the mail from byju's from 6th december.
                                  8. I was calling my counselor from the day i asked for refund i. E, before i received the kit. I was been told that the cancellation is in process and i will get a call from the team but i didn't get.
                                  9. I contacted with abhidha from byju's finance team as my counselor suggested. She said that the cancellation process is going on it might take 15 days (Twice i got the same reply). After which she didn't responded to my call neither message.
                                  10. Then i got to know about byju's cancellation and refund contact details from internet. Then i tried calling the cancellation team for help as i didn't get any confirmation for my cancellation/refund.
                                  11. After continuous call with byju's cancellation team i was suggested to drop a mail where i want my refund amount.
                                  12. Again i was suggested by cancellation team to get a proof that i have requested for cancellation in month of december. Because i lost my previous phone from which i have requested for cancellation i dont have any text message proof with me.
                                  13. I have made a down payment of 12, 500/-, from the two months i didn't pay the emi amount (Every month some amount is been debited from my account as a penalty fine for not paying the emi). I informed same things to my counselor several times and also i informed the person (Bt-byju's - [protected]) from whom i received the emi payment message.
                                  14. Now team is asking me to pay the 3 months emi amount instead of refunding my amount. Where as i asked for refund before starting of my first month emi process (Before the enrollment).

                                  Please take a necessary actions towards my refund.

                                    We were promised by the mentor Mr.Suraj that in order to place the order, complete payment is to be made. So we made the payment of Rs. 78000, on 6th March 2019. After that as he did not puck up the call for giving the OTP for order confirmation, we had to contact the student helpline. We got fed up with inaction and requested for cancellation.
                                    Even after providing the details of payment done, we get the response as these number are unregistered and no such payment has been received. These are total frauds who we should never believe. These people are just taking our hard earned money and saying no such payment received.
                                    Even after giving the employee ID of the concerned employee Suraj, they havent taken any action till date. They are also trying to cover up the fraud. These people are talking about our children's future, when these people dont have any ethics.
