unnecessary phone calls

As per their requirement they asked for my contact number for further assistance, and now i keeps on receiving unnecessary phone calls and emails which i find really annoying. Almost 3 to 4 calls i receive daily are from byju. They are envading my privacy which is highly inappropriate.
And earlier i asked them how to delete my account permanently but the steps they told doesn't work on their app. So i asked them not to call me anymore...

I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.

    I have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
    I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help.

      I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

        I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

        Please assist and close the same at earliest.

          We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

            I have applied for the cancellation and refund for the byju's ias tablet cource.
            1. I took the counselor advice in the first week of november.
            2. I followed the steps suggested by counselor to enroll for the course.
            3. Before submitting the registration form and nach agreement i requested counselor that i may not be able to take the course immediately because of my job so i want to stop the process.
            4. He asked me to complete the enrollment process by submitting the required documents then only he will be able to help me in applying for the cancellation.
            5. I followed the instructions counselor gave me for enrollment and i submitted my documents and details.
            6. I received the first kit from byju's on 26/nov/2018 after which i didn't receive any materials from byju's.
            7. I started receiving the mail from byju's from 6th december.
            8. I was calling my counselor from the day i asked for refund i. E, before i received the kit. I was been told that the cancellation is in process and i will get a call from the team but i didn't get.
            9. I contacted with abhidha from byju's finance team as my counselor suggested. She said that the cancellation process is going on it might take 15 days (Twice i got the same reply). After which she didn't responded to my call neither message.
            10. Then i got to know about byju's cancellation and refund contact details from internet. Then i tried calling the cancellation team for help as i didn't get any confirmation for my cancellation/refund.
            11. After continuous call with byju's cancellation team i was suggested to drop a mail where i want my refund amount.
            12. Again i was suggested by cancellation team to get a proof that i have requested for cancellation in month of december. Because i lost my previous phone from which i have requested for cancellation i dont have any text message proof with me.
            13. I have made a down payment of 12, 500/-, from the two months i didn't pay the emi amount (Every month some amount is been debited from my account as a penalty fine for not paying the emi). I informed same things to my counselor several times and also i informed the person (Bt-byju's - [protected]) from whom i received the emi payment message.
            14. Now team is asking me to pay the 3 months emi amount instead of refunding my amount. Where as i asked for refund before starting of my first month emi process (Before the enrollment).

            Please take a necessary actions towards my refund.

              We were promised by the mentor Mr.Suraj that in order to place the order, complete payment is to be made. So we made the payment of Rs. 78000, on 6th March 2019. After that as he did not puck up the call for giving the OTP for order confirmation, we had to contact the student helpline. We got fed up with inaction and requested for cancellation.
              Even after providing the details of payment done, we get the response as these number are unregistered and no such payment has been received. These are total frauds who we should never believe. These people are just taking our hard earned money and saying no such payment received.
              Even after giving the employee ID of the concerned employee Suraj, they havent taken any action till date. They are also trying to cover up the fraud. These people are talking about our children's future, when these people dont have any ethics.

                I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                        One agent of byjus charged rs. 5000 and sold palm top on 15 days trail base. As this product was not useful for my ward, so i contacted that agent of byjus just after 8 days to return it back. But after first call he didn't pick any of my call and no one ever contacted me to take that useless app back. Now i hv been threaten by capital float fin company to deposit rs. 80000 otherwise they will take some legal action. Recently they hv notice through advocate neeraj k. Sethi mentioning to compromise with the capital float finance company. Main thing is that 'fraudster byjus' is no where in the scene now. Aside tehere call center agents use to call with changed numbers every time and uses abusive language. The agent who sold the product and byjus both are no where in the scene now and this gunda finance company is regularly doing mental torches. How could i get rid of this fraud and threatening.

                          Byjus is fraud. One counsellor came to my home and he insisted me to get the tablet. I believed him. He said i[censored] don't like it u can return it in 7 to 15 days. I don't like that tab so i called them for cancellation but they said ur refund will be do immediately. And now they r ignoring calls and not responding. I lost 60 thousand money in byjus. Don't trust them they are just... Never trust them they are fraud

                            One guy Shashank([protected]) from BYJU's(I hate taking this name also now!!!) called me up about delivering a demo about the product and appointment was fixed and when he visited my place he gave the demo and then started to upsell the product saying take a 15 day trial just and if you don't like it you cancel the thing.
                            I said I would start may be next year. He forced a 15 day trial to me and asked me to pay which I agreed ok just a matter of a few thousand rupees let me try it.

                            Post that he got signed certain papers from me and sub sequently a msg came to my wifes mobile that thankyou for choosing loan from Capital first. I got shocked on reading that, but he said its just a formality and if you dont like it, just cancel within 15 days and there will be no loan.

                            For 15 odd days my kids did not even touch the product and I also called the support to cancel the product but to no avail!!!

                            on the 14th day I called this guy shashank and he said ok you want to cancel the product? Please mark a mail to me. I did that but there wa no revert, I again called him aying there was no revert. Then he said ok you mail [protected]@byjus.com which I again did, then again there was not revert, and I contacted this person again, then he said ok you mail to [protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com, to which i sent email again. Then on the next day I received a mail stating someone would get back to me.

                            When I called customer support again, they said now 15 days are over so service cannpt be cancelled, still allow me time, I will get details and revert to you. Ever since then Ive been calling these guys speaking to somebody Ms. Vishwarupa Mukherjee, mobile number: [protected] and many more, and got many reverts saying someone will get back to me, but there was no email regarding anything nor did anyone talk to us over the phone!!!

                            We have been calling effortlessly to no avail and each time we have been told ame killing story that 15 days were over?????? But no body informed us where we need to end the product back so that there was no billing on our account!!!

                            We spoke to capital first also since January a billing was supposed to start from the 2nd of Feb 19. They aid you get a cancellations mail ent to us and we will cancel the loan thing. But despite numerous calls to these guys...we got no response whatever!!! and Feb onwards they started billing my account on the pretext of product purchased which we never ordered.

                            I NEED AN IMMEDIATE SOLUTION TO THIS COMPLAINT OTHERWISE I WILL BE COMPLELLED TO TAKE LEGAL AND POLICE ACTION AGAINST BYJUS AND THE COPY OF THE LEGAL UIT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU!!!

                            I'm literally sick and tired of this BYJUs. You guys take celebrities to upell your product and then coax people into nuying for 1 days trial and then start billing them fraudulently!!!

                            NOT DONE GUYS!!!

                            I need an immediate response to the same!!!

                            SOLVE MY ISSUE ASAP.

                              Two persons came at my home and told me that there is an opportunity for your kid to get an offer she will get a tablet from ourside it will be charged about 1000 and if you are not satisfied with that product you will get refund of it but they are now charging 5000 per month as emi by my account. They will charge it for 60000. They collected 4 times 5000 remaining amount is left... Please stop this process then the remaining amount will be with me. Please help me sir

                                  My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me. My studies stopped because of this.

                                    I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

                                    According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund.

                                      I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
                                      Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

                                      Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended
