cancellation of the product

I had purchased byjus product for my son in july2018. I have already paid 5 emi 's for it. Now due to medical issues my son is not able to use it and he has changed his stream of subjects. I have sent all medical documents n asked for refund but they r not interested. Such a inhumane reels they have. Even on medical grounds that r not ready cancel it. Really disgusting....

refund of credit card interest charges

Purchased byjus learning course for my kid for grade8-grade 12th. The payment of rs83300 was made using my citibank credit card. Byjus team (Shubham chaudhary, syed najamul saqib) told me that they would get this converted into 24 instalments at 0% interest. However this turned out to be incorrect. I have purchased a course from byju's for my daughter and we have recived tab with added course on it on 02.02.2019, she tried to learn by using you app on tab but she is not comfortable with that and she refuse to study with this.
So as we request you to take your product back and refund our payments.

I am bhavesh khanpara. I have orderd the kit and given the down payment if ₹40, 000 and rest ₹80, 000 were made emis by mr. Neelava chaterjee (Counseller) on 2nd feb 2019 bt the very next day i sent a cancellation mail as i changed my mind. I even told the counseller to help me bt said he cant help me because this is not his job. Please cancel and refund....

Your senior student counsellor vikrant lohia contact my brother on phone and come to home for counselling and there was he made lots of fake and fraud commitments, which are now proved. So, tell me why not legal action will not taken against your company and your counsellor for trying to cheat.
So, revert us by investigating this matter on your part as soon as possible.

return request for tablet

I purchased the ias tablet course in september 2018 and was told that in case of technical issues, the course will be refunded. The issues are as follows:

1) a lot of time was wasted in patching up with mentors.

tab not working

I bought the product recently for my son and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved...

delayed delivery

I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They claimed that they take only 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed from the date of delivery then also i didn't got my order. Every time i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. I have also made the entire payment at the time of placing the order, now i have lost all the hopes and i feel duped by them....

Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list....

packaging issue

I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know...

I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. unresponsive mentor

I am a cat aspirant with byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying....

wrong product

I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. hardware/software issue

I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried...

My parents bought a course for 16, 000 bucks for me. Placed the order last night the product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet......

tab not working

I bought this byju cat tablet this january. I opened it today. The date is old. So videos are locked. I am unable to access videos. Message is displayed that correct date by connecting to network. But since nothing can be done in this tablet, i cannot change date and hence videos are not working. Mentor details are not provided by salesperson even after multiple follow ups....
