I have purchased a course from byju's for my daughter and we have received tab with added course on it on 04.02.2019, she tried to learn by using you app on tab but she is not comfortable with that and she refuse to study with this.
So as we request you to take your product back and refund our payments.
I have following up for my refund since 2 days but no one is replying for refund. I have send back tab to byju's office addres location
2nd floor, tower d, ibc knowledge park, bannerghatta main road, bengaluru, karnataka, india - 560029. They stated threatening that you have to use tab as we will not refund your money.
Byju's is not working on principle of customer is king. If you do not change your policy of refund then it will harm you business model. It will effect you on social media. India is country where you have to listen to customer. Else if you make money important then customer then you will lose your business in future.

    I had purchased the ias course of byju's, and got my tablet and materials on 31st of december and a few days later in two packages. Even though i called for the first time on 7th of jan to return the product, they didn't give any response. The whole customer care was lethargic in their response and only after the 15-20 days window was over, did i get a definitive response. That too was after having requested and pleaded with them for over 10-15 days. And guess what the response was. As i had surpassed the 15 days window, the return was impossible. Then i talked to my guide on byju's and she also told me the same thing. Then they offered me the course of 2021 (I had bought the course of 2020) along with the existing course for no extra fee and i agreed on the sole basis that i will have to pay the emis during the 2020-21 period and not 2019-20 period. But in feb, the monthly emi was auto-debited from my bank a/c and after querying with my guide, i got to know that they can't change the emi tenure or delay the payment, even after promising me to do so. Then she told me to contact my bank to convert the existing 12 month emi to 24 month emi. Over the whole experience with byju's, i feel cheated. They told me that any one in their return team will call me within four hours, every time that i called. But sometimes no one called, and on other times, i was asked to mention all the details again and again and they pretended like they were listening to this matter for the first time. Now, 55000 is not a small amount by any means. And how can you dupe a customer by not accepting return requests within your return window and then saying that you can't return as the window is over? Please help me.

      He is not put up phone.
      My problem is regarding payment.
      I am not sure how much i pay.
      My two children studying by byjus app. But one was left month of august. Then i call to anshuman srivastava.
      He will ignore. The don't have satisfaction answer
      He told me one call by company or mall.
      I am waiting call & mall.
      It's so long period.
      Please help

        I have been purchase tab for my son from byjus, they told me that they map my school book in tab but when i get tab it was not as per commitment, i'll give back to byjus person with in 10 days. As per company policy tab should be return with in 15 days, when i pressurized byjus person then they take back after 10 days. At 21/1/19. From that day i make more then 75 call to concern person of co to refund and cancellation of my tab but they not taking any action and not giving clear answer.
        My invoice no is. Invoice byjus[protected]. Name of children is agrim gupta. Registered mo no is [protected]. Registered email id is [protected]@yahoo.com.
        Please help me to take back my rs.12500. And cancellation of the product.

          I have taken byju's product for class 9 and the marketing man told us that the product is mutual for both side, i. E if we will not interested then within 15days the product will returned back or if the institute will see that the product is not used properly byju's will returned back. After so many follow up to institute to returned it but the institute is not taking back and giving allegation that 15 days already over and the same payable in emi. We have already told to deduct the suitable amount for class 9 and returned back the amount. The company is cheating and the marketing man are cheating. No body is helping and simply cheating for money only. The product is not a helpful product and simply wastage of money only

            Received the product on december 18 as per the agreement of 15 days trial.. On december 28th (10th day) i have called my sales person but no answer, so i informed him through whatsapp message for my cancellation. He confirmed that he had informed to bangalore team and no response after few days and no response for my calls and not picked. After some days messaged me that he will check and get back to me. Again no response for my messages..

            When i informed to mentor about this but they informed that we have not received cancellation notice before 15 days, hence we can't do anything and asked to contact the sales person. But sales person is not picked the calls and no response.. They are not taking any action against sales person and not solution for my complaint..

            When i reject the product initially, the sales person was pushed me to use this product for 15 days and return the product because of his sales performance would be affected. His motive only for sales and no customer support. * now it is clear.. *

            From zest money (Emi payment partner for byju's) they informed that auto debit is failure for some reason for my account and asked to pay manually. But for last month suddenly emi debited automatically.. Cheated everywhere around byju's

              My son downloaded the byju's app and started studying on it initially. Post few days i got a call from byju's to avail the premium subscription. Few days later a counsellor from byju's came to our house and he told us about the course for the students we were impressed by that and he told me that if we bought the course it would be very helpful for my son studies.

              So we agreed for taking that course of class 6 to 10 then he told it would cost 80000 inr post he did analysis of my kid. Thankfully our initial payment failed for the full amount and then he suggested that we should lock this offer by paying 10000 in cash and can pay the rest in emi's. Therefore we agreed and gave him 10000 inr cash to procure the offer. As of now we have paid them 10000 and 1st emi of 5000 inr.

              However post few days my son stopped studying on the same and we requested to cancel the subscription becuse my son is not showing any interest in the app. To which we were told that it can only be cancelled within the first 15 days of availing the services which was never told to us at all. We were told that byju's analyse the study pattern by the mentors and would be automatically cancelled by the mentor if my son is not shorwing any response or improvements.

              I tried to contact their customer service team several times explaining that this is a subscription and i should be able to cancel it anytime however nothing so far from them at all.

              We were also told there would be onboarding/welcome calls from byju's and a mentor would be assigned to my kid but till date i have not got a welcome call or a mentor call to talk to my son. The only time i had conversation with byju's is when i was trying to talk to them for refunds.

              Looking at the complaints regarding the same on forums i could foresee this is a shady product where byju's just want to make money with no refund policies. I will not pay for the services so stop sending me sms or calls, even if i have to cancel my bank account.

              Get this sorted or i would take a legal case against byju's and it's shady schemes. Even a small product comes with 30 to 90 days money back guarantee whereas your product just comes with 15 which is not even told.

              Additional 18 days has passed ... the only thing i have heard from BYJU's is messages asking for payments ... I dont think BYJU's understand the concept of customer service.

              All they need is the hard earned money from people. Atleast waiting for a reply.

                After multiple forced sales, i brought the subscription for my son for class 4 to 8, after few days i found product not making sense and it no way meeting the requirements. I called on 15th day and sent a mail on 17 the day, but refund is denied
                Even our hr head feel cheated by then false commitment by byju personal.

                  A fraud was conducted by the BYJU”s in the name of trail and refund of their learning tablet.

                  Suddenly one day I received a call from Byjus and they requested me for a session with their educational counselor named Akhilesh for advising my child and providing a scholarship program of their learning course at a subsidized price.
                  It was explained to me that if the program doesn’t work for my child it will be refunded within 1 month. And there is 15 days trail period from the day your child start using the tablet he will be tracked and contacted that if the child is reading or not but no such thing happened and if it does not work for him it can immediately refunded.

                  He insisted me to process the payment today itself as the discount will not be given after wards, I ordered 2 program (1 is for Class 6 to 10 and other for class 11-12 ) for my two children which cost me around Rs. 1, 16, 000/- (Rs. 16, 000/- paid through my credit card Rs. 1, 00, 000/- is through loan from Capital Float)

                  One Child used the program for hardly 7-8 days and didn’t find it useful and other child not at all used the program till date.

                  When I asked for refund the executive guided me to mail for the same and assured me it’s not a problem it can be refunded as the trail period of 15 days as well as 1 month period not expired.

                  When I mailed for refund the customer care executive named shipra said me that there is 15 days refund policy and denied me for refund and also said no such trial period option and they don’t know who the executive is and what is said by him and when I said that your refund policy is vague as it only says that it is 15 days refund policy but not from where and your executive explains me that it is the 15 days trail period which starts from the day you start using the product she didn’t take the responsibility of the executive who said all this and said me it is my fault that I took the product without reading proper documents.

                  When I again called the earlier executive and said about the same then he again said me it can be done and ask me to again mail me and say his name and also informed me that he left the job and cannot do anything.

                  I continuously mailed again and again and because of my repeated calls, I was called by another executive named damini saying the executive i.e. shipra who is handling my case is out of office and we cannot do anything just can inform her and refused to process my refund.

                  This is not expected from BYJU’s, such a big organization but after this it seemed as if nothing but a money minded and fraud organization who by misguiding the people by providing misleading information do sales and complete their target and later on deny refunds and harass people.

                  My hard earned money is trapped here because of misleading information of the executives and I want refund of the credit card payment of Rs. 16, 000/- and cancellation of the loan agreement with capital float.

                    Subscription purchased for my son for class 4 to 8, later on i found that product is not useful and not meeting my requirements, hence i called the call center on 15th day and there after i got called back saying i cannot returned the product and the need to pay for it
                    Even after writing mail and phone call, no one is responding and willing to cancel.

                        I have purchased from byjus 6 to 12 std programme for 1 lakh. I had paid 15000 already. Remaining balance will be taken from my bank account by ecs by byjus. As i found it is only marketing scam i am not interested is this product. Counceller told me i will get worksheets according to my child's school syllabus. But when i asked mentor for worksheet she told she can't provide it. As 1 lakh cost is for tablet and memory cards only. None of byjus mentors will know your childs std in which child study... How child is performing in school. This is only a marketing company. I don't believe they r interested in giving education. So i want byjus to stop ecs deduction from my account. I also want refund of my 15000 rs which i have paid

                          So i am informing you that i have some voice clipping for the same and will go to consumer court and local police also, would request you to please confirm me that you are able to cancel my registration or not? Please reply me on via email not on call.

                            I purchased the byjus tablet last year in july and paid rs40, 000 for half year. I stated that i will renew this next year because i am talking this for trial basis as i was in 1st year and my main aim is to crack cat 2019. She assured me that i only have to pay rs 10, 000 more and my whole course will be revised. But now when i called the company for the extension they said it will cost me rs 15000. I called the counsellor who gave me the cat course last year and she said that i am no more associate with byjus and i can't do anything. I tried everything. I asked every person that this is wrong but they talked to me very rudely and cut the phone on my face. They said don't purchase the extension if you don't want to pay 15000. She said that am the senior most counsellor and i have discussed this with my managers. That's why i paid the fees. I belong to a middle class family. I invested 40000 in byju as the assured me the total will be 50000 for both the years.
                            I made the payment yesterday and today a senior counsellor called me and said that we can provide you 10000 as she didn't know that i have paid.
                            My family has financial problems and the company has done this to me. This is fraud.
                            She said i cannot refund your 5000 because jo hogya wo hogya. Usme hum kutcher nhi kr sakte.
                            This really requires a strict actions. I waited for at least 10 days before making the payment. But everybody said the same.

                              I had purchased the tablet learning course around 20 days ago. We tried to use it. But we experienced some technical hiccups. My daughters were taking a lot of time to sort it out. We tried to contact them on a couple of occassions, but we couldn't get connected.
                              Being dissatisfied with the lukewarm response and customer service, we decided not to use it. Because we were told by the representative who visited our place and pursuaded us to purchase it that if we don't use it adequately in the first 15 days, it would be taken back.
                              As soon as i received the consignment i informed the byjus and i was promised that he would visit my place. That hasn't happened.
                              Now when i made the request for cancellations of the course, a few silly arguements were raised by the byjus.
                              I am not able to contact anyone from byjus except one representative. He keeps repeating the same everytime.
                              I need everyone's help in relving this issue.

                                I took the BYJU'S subscription in the month of Dec18. After 7-10 days of receiving the kit, I raised a request for cancellation as my daughter was not utilizing it properly. A lady called me and asked me to try for some more days. When I rejected as I will not be able to cancel the subscription after 15 days, she assured me that cancellation can be done at any time and i will be given full refund as I made the cancellation request before the given period of time, to which I agreed and decided to give a try.
                                Again within a week(22ndDec18) of our conversation, I sent a mail for cancellation as my daughter was reluctant to use the product. Since then no one responded to the emails. Now they are saying that the cancellation is not possible as the stipulated time period of 15 days is over.
                                This is not expected from BYJU'S. I lost trust in their service and I seriously dont recommend anyone to even try BYJU'S services. They are just money minded.

                                  Complete fraud business and suggest other parents to stop it. The policy of the company is so bad.

                                  Initially they said that they will assign a mentor, but the mentor never calls up and discusses on the topics and also no proper guidelines. Even no one is paying attention on it.

                                  Within 1st 15 days nobody will call you. After that when they call they say they can't refund the amount because 15 days is over. Its not worthy for us.

                                  I am not interested in the course because i don't see the approach and concepts are correct and beneficial to me. Within first 15 days we cannot go over each topic to judge on how the teaching is. If anyone wants to drop the course in between they do not allow for cancellation and auto debit the amount. Its the way to making customers fool.

                                  This is not the way a institute must be. I want to fight for my money when i am not utilizing the learning app.

                                  I am definitely recommending my school authorities and all possible relatives and social media to not opt for byju's learning course.

                                      We received a call from mr. Shubham chaudhary of byjus. He told my parents that he will take my test and analyse me.
                                      He also mentioned that he was coming from bangalore and will return the same day. He convinced my parents to purchase this package for me. But after 3 or 4 days, i didn't found it useful. I asked him on 10th day to help me return the tablet. He said ok and he will help me. But later he blocked my mobile number and didn't even replied my single message. When we approached the team, they said that its whole my fault. I even gave them my proofs but they just refused with no excuse. Now they are calling and saying that i would have to return the tablet without any refund otherwise the bank will charge me interest. Please help me. I have proof on my side. I wouldn't return the tablet without refund.

                                        Please solve the problem of quizzo whenever i start the quiz it only says that something went wrong please try again so please solve this so that i can play quizzo i also tried to clear the data of the app and also tried to redownload it but it says that something went wrong so this is very irritating and i want clear app so please solve this equation problem i hope you will solve thinking
