I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know why the same the same thing happened twice and no one is correctly explaining what to do next. It had been huge inconvenience.

    They told me that only form amt is 8832/- rs nd then that amt will be refundable but now they told me that your loan is approved and till 2 april u have to cancel the loan as send them the cancellation email. A couple of days i am trying to cancel the loan and also refund the amt but they are not responding any of my mails. Please cancel the loan and take the kit from here and refund my money.

      We bought a 11-12 pcm tab course and your sales person ramish jafery confirmed that my son will be offered revision classes for jee. I only bought the tab course for the revision classes. Now i have been told that there is no revision classes. This is unethical. I am completely lost what to do with exams in next 2 weeks.
      He confirmed over email on 29-12-17 that...
      Once the revision classes start sir, you will be notified for sure. You can get in touch with me for the same. Now he changed his phone no. Did not respond to emails. I am not sure how you can play with high school students career.

        I had bought the tab of byjus for std 8 to 10 for 66000 rs. The sales man said the life of the product is till the life span of tab and any damage to tab will be fixed by byjus at minimal cost.

        No after the purchase of the product i can find there is expiry date on each standard for 1y. That is after reaching 9 student cannot access content of 8.

        This is really a big cheating by the company. Now when i call byjus i am not even entertained by them. No one is there to help with procedure to cancel the product or extend the life of product.

          The representative imraam of byjus gave demonstrated the product and insisted on trying the product for 15 days and i[censored]nsatisfied the product will be taken back and no emi will be started without our consent. But no one contacted us and the emi started. I request you to refund the money as my daughter is not interested in it. Receipt no tnl[protected] dt 23/12/18.

            Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details

              Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
              I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing money this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team.

                I have taken byjus product for my son for 10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list. Hope the brand ambassador mr shahrukh khan is also listening.

                  Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice.

                    Just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
                    Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
                    It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
                    The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                      My son downloaded the byju's app and started studying on it initially. Post few days i got a call from byju's to avail the premium subscription. Few days later a counsellor from byju's came to our house and he told us about the course for the students we were impressed by that and he told me that if we bought the course it would be very helpful for my son studies.

                      So we agreed for taking that course of class 6 to 10 then he told it would cost 80000 inr post he did analysis of my kid. Thankfully our initial payment failed for the full amount and then he suggested that we should lock this offer by paying 10000 in cash and can pay the rest in emi's. Therefore we agreed and gave him 10000 inr cash to procure the offer. As of now we have paid them 10000 and 1st emi of 5000 inr.

                      However post few days my son stopped studying on the same and we requested to cancel the subscription becuse my son is not showing any interest in the app. To which we were told that it can only be cancelled within the first 15 days of availing the services which was never told to us at all. We were told that byju's analyse the study pattern by the mentors and would be automatically cancelled by the mentor if my son is not shorwing any response or improvements.

                      I tried to contact their customer service team several times explaining that this is a subscription and i should be able to cancel it anytime however nothing so far from them at all.

                      We were also told there would be onboarding/welcome calls from byju's and a mentor would be assigned to my kid but till date i have not got a welcome call or a mentor call to talk to my son. The only time i had conversation with byju's is when i was trying to talk to them for refunds.

                      Looking at the complaints regarding the same on forums i could foresee this is a shady product where byju's just want to make money with no refund policies. I will not pay for the services so stop sending me sms or calls, even if i have to cancel my bank account.

                      Get this sorted or i would take a legal case against byju's and it's shady schemes. Even a small product comes with 30 to 90 days money back guarantee whereas your product just comes with 15 which is not even told.

                        A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.

                          I placed an order for gmat course but i have received is not gmat but cat course. How can anyone goo[censored]p with gmat and cat. I am pretty sure you guys have different people for both the courses.

                          This has to be sorted with utmost priority that you could give. Time is running out and i dont want to bear the burnt of your goo[censored]p.

                            The tab that was sent to me does not look like a new tab but its an old tab repackaged and sent. I as told i would be getting a brand new tab and that is not case clearly which i can see now. Either charge less if sending an used tab or send new tab. Any which way, make it clear to the customers that such and such is the case. Do not lie and close a sale and then create a bad impression on the customer.

                              I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
                              Kindly check and see what is to be done.

                                I am really surprised by the pathetic customer care service that your organisation is offering. Inspite of sending the email below and innumerable phone calls for the past 2 weeks, there has been no action from your end. Not even an explanation why the order was not delivered and why i cannot cancel my order. But yes.. You have not failed to debit the money from my account promptly.

                                This is very disgraceful for an educational institution to go to this level of money making. I am going to report this with the consumer complaints and the social media and will make sure none of my acquaintances avail your services.

                                  On 10th feb byjus team member mr navdeep visited our place after discussion we agree for byjus learning app trial. Mr navdeep clearly told us that total amount will be refund if your ward not like app and even we agree for tablet, whole amount was deducted from card. On 14th feb 2019 we received kit and on 15 feb 2019 called your team for cancellation but your team told us that on 15th day i. E 1 march 2019 we will cancel and refund you. Matter is very clear when 97500/- deducted from my account than why only83795/- refunded and even you told us that we will give courier charge of 690/- so total will be 98190/-, you transferred only 83785.95 /- why?. Bill of bijyus and courier bill already sent. Even you are not answering my call. Please see the matter and refund remaining amount 14404.05/- as early as possible.

                                    I have purchased byjus product appx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...
                                    I really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling cx support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.

                                      We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                                        I am cat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.
