We had taken the byju's package in the month of dec'18 on assurance that within 15 days we can cancel the package and get the refund of the money paid. On 30-12-18, well within the stipulated time, we gave the cancellation request. Inspite of repeated e-mails, we didn't get any response from their side.
Finally when we could get response from them, their representative, mr. Anmol monga confirmed that he would pick up the product and send it to the bangalore office and get the refund process started immediatel. Again for which he took 56 days to pick up the product which was not sent by him nor any information provided to the head office.
Now the head office people are co-ordinating with the mohali office for last 3 days to confirm the receipt of the package with no-one responding to our mails.
They very well know that my account would be debited withing next 4 days for the emi amount, which they want me to payand further again claim that it would be refunded within 15-20 days of cancellation.
I seriously recommend everyone not to deal with such a fraud and unprofessional company.
BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by ruchika sarabhai Please get my loan amount cancelled from zestmoney on priority so that my account is not debited with the EMI amount. As per zest money people they need a cancellation request from Byju's side for cancellation of loan amount.
