My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me. My studies stopped because of this....

I purchased maharashtra ssc board 9th and 10th standard app for my daughter, mentor came to my home and explained the details, but he never said that we don't have ssc maharashtra board lessons, they sent tab and 2 sd cards too. Its working was perfect, but the problem, it was cbsc board, most of the cbsc and ssc board common chapter is same, but teaching and answer method is deferent. My daughter getting explanation from school is one type...

I have booked your learning apps in last month. And given a token money 1000. But till date material not recd. I have already mail to your teacher regarding this matter. Now i am sorry to say i don't have any requirements of your apps. Kindly return my token money at earliest. I ordered this last month only and you said ill get it in 7 working days. 30 days have passed still no sign of delivery....

I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.....

The content is not nice all the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics
They cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. The most important part that half the content is locked...

I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix...

I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund....

I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying....

I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as...

I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help....

I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab....

When they wanted to sell their products they always received my call and now when i have paid the amount, all of them have disappeared. Inspite of cancelling it many times no one is resolving my problem and in fact deducting amount. It is an useless product not worth the money they charged. All fake promises have been done and now when i want those promises to be fulfilled all have disappeared...

The team has hired goons to molest and threaten its customers and families.
It's alarming for parents like us as the organization has no control over it's employees and no one cares.

I am lithin c g of grade 7 studing in bangalore. My tab is not functioning properly from october. It is like freezed and if i need to type anything if the letter does not come i need to make it from portrait to landscape and then try
I need to press a button atleast 10 times for it to accept that button or sometimes nothing happens. I waited thinking it as a temporary problem but it is there for 4 months. I would like to continue...

Misleading parents who doesn't have much knowledge. They are not giving money back if parent request them. With out knowledge of parents they have started emi on bank. Also intimate them to do cancellation. Also told to customer representative when they callled to parents that we are not interested please come and take your kit and please refund money back....

I paid 15, 000 for that and now the emi is 6000per day the total cost was 1lakh 15 thousand but the app is not convinient the syllabus doesn't match to my sister syllabus and the tablet studying is not worth foe her they havent informed us about the returning policy so we didnt knew about it. I bought this subscription 3 months ago with the course of pcmb for 67, 00. That time we paid 14, 000 and then we have to pay an emi for 4000. But now we are not in such position of paying them back.
