Byjus customer support line never connects. I bought the product almost a week back and i have not received it yet. Due to some reasons i have not been able to call and check the status. But i have called them 3 times in the last 24 hours. Everytime im put to wait. Such questions should be answered at the right time and not callback after day or two. They should not make people wait like this and treat issues like this as priority. I have a mail which says it is dispatched. But it has not reached till now. How do we track it if the calls don’t connect immediately?

    In dec ending marketing person called me to take byjus product free for 20 days. They ask to pay 4000/- a this amount is returned by them, and they taken my cheque photo copy by what's up. This transaction done through what's up. When i am not interested. After 15 days they called me but i not confirmed them to take the product.
    From that day today i told them i can't afford the amount to pay through loan.
    But they forcing to take this. Please help me or suggest me what to do.

      Byjus has fraud counselors. One day a counselor visited me as i wanted some guidance about ias online course. He said me to register for their online course but i said i'd do that later as i had some problems then he insisted me to do that course. He said if i wanted to cancel the course i could call him within 15 days of receiving the study material. Within 7 days of receiving the study material i made a phone call to him to cancel the membership, he said me not to worry about that he would cancel the course immediately. Two days later i called him and he said that he had cancelled the online course and said i didn't need to call cancellation customer support and he would refund the amount within 15 days. 15 days later i didn't get any cancellation mail and i informed him about it but he said that the refund is under process. See how fraud he is. At the start of the next month i got a message from byjus for deducting the installment amount and i got worried about that then forwarded the message to the counselor. What the hell he was doing i didn't know. Then he told me to make the payment and they would refund all at once. I shouldn't have believed him. Then i called him many times but he kept saying that they would make the refund. It has been 3 months they have been deducting the money. I requested him many times and called customer support but they said refund was not possible. How fraud they all are. After some days when i told about the counselor to the customer support team, the counselor started avoiding my phone calls and didn't say a single word about the refund. I'm totally helpless now. No one of them didn't bother to help me.

        I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
        Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.

          I have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
          I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help

            I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

              I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

              Please assist and close the same at earliest.

                We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                  I had taken the gre course in march 2018 and i had ₹35, 000 for the same. However, i was later disappointed as i received upsc materials. I later got to find out i was registered to a upsc course. I tried to contact the customer care for three months for an exchange but to no avail.in december, i returned the materials for cancellation after a long attempt to get it exchanged and even gave the bank account details. Now it’s march 2019, i haven’t received any refund from them even though i have been placing complaint everyday but i haven’t received any call from the refund team. Now i’m fed up and have lost all my patience. I hope someone can help me out with this.

                    I have taken byjus product for my son for 10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list. Hope the brand ambassador mr shahrukh khan is also listening.

                      My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

                        I have submitted 10000inr for upsc tablet course. My counsellor did not completed the procedure of my study kit. Even she does not answer to my call frequently. It had been past days when i had submitted the call back request.
                        I need a mentor to clarify my doubts. Im not geeting any help from the mentor given to me. Please change mymentor. Please help me regarding this inconvenience.

                          I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                              I bought byjus app. I tried a lot of times, but the tab would not switch on. Initially i thought this was because of low/zero battery charge. I charged the tablet overnight and tried switching it on, the next day. Even then it would not switch on. I spoke to one of the senior managers and asked for refund. He is insisting on replacing the tablet and is telling me not to go for refund without actually using the app. To replace i’d have to send this back and wait for the new one. He couldn’t give me a proper answer as to why it does not work. He said sorry and told me this was not supposed to happen. If such things are not taken care of before sending, our valuable time is actually wasted getting things sorted. I have not yet decided what to do.

                                I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

                                    This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues. The tab is not working and might have some hardware/software issue which you guys would be able to figure out better.

                                        I had purchased the package on trail basis for 15 days and the concern person told that on dissatisfaction the product can be returned within 15 days. Its been more than 2 months there's no response from your side.
                                        100's of calls and emails have been sent from my side but the authority is still yet to proceed the same. The emi's are been continuously deducted from my account.
                                        Everytime new person attends me.
                                        Never expected this kind of failing services from your end. This has lead to disappointment.
                                        I request you to solve my problem asap orelse need to take some other route for the same
