Mr. Shivam saran from byju's had appraoched us after they conducted a camp in our society premises in last week of nov / 1st week of dec 2018 under the guise of offering development idea's for my kids. He took us through 2-3 hours session of how byju's will be great for my kids. We were however reluctant and did not want to go ahead with the same.

4 years class vi to x pgme: cancellation and refund

1. Last week of may 2017 byjus representative, sh aman malhotra visited my house and impressed upon my wife, mother of arnav mittal to enroll for a subject pgme of 4 yrs at a price of rs 60000.00, he took a cheque for rs 10000 and for balance payment, he got ecs mandate signed from her.
2. Tablet was received on 24/27 may2017. They, arnav and his mother came to my place of posting, guwahati during summer break on 30 may 17.

regarding cancellation of the product ticket no.1463263

I had purchased the byjus products on 2/1/19. It reached on 9/1/19. Since 13/1/19 i am continuously trying to call the concerned persons regarding cancellation and refund within the trial period. I was assured everytime that the person incharge ms dua will call me but she did not call. She only used to send messages that she tried reaching me. regarding declined the loan amount 85500.

I have declined the loan amount 85500. But money deducted from my bank account. We are not in a position to pay the money. Please cancel this order as i have already declined the loan. I also want to return the product as your executive told me that he will confirm after one month. Around 15days before phone has come and i have declined the loan. They told me ok....

cancellation request not addressed since a month

I had requested for cancellation within time, however the byju’s team delayed to action which led deterioration of situation. After repeated calls nobody upgdates on the status. My loan emi started deducting even after repeated follow ups. After almost a month they postpone days and tell they will check and call back.

Having bad time to get the loan cancelled...

I joined byjus through their invoice byjus[protected] dated 27th oct 2018 and paid 20000/- towards 2 nos 10" tabs provided.
It was a subscription for 2 of my daughters in class xi and iv.
It was promised that the lookin period is 60 days and i can cancel the subscription any time within 60 days. After 32 days i found it is not doing any benefit and wrote for cancelling through mail to the gentleman visited my place....

On 12-Jan-2019 a counsellor named Pratik Chandrayan from byju's came to our house and he told us about the course for IAS Preperation i.e. IAS Tablet Program and he said that its scholarship program and we will get a discount of 40k for 2 year course.
I told him that need some time to check the course material and content, so counsellor adviced to go for a trial 0f 15 days and if we didnt like the course we can return anytime within...

We have subscribed for byjus service for ur child education and over period of time did not fin it useful and our child performance really went down and also was not finding the source material useful.
We were unhappy earlier as week but they kept requesting us to extend and try for some more time.
Finally we have given cancellation notice but still keep getting calls and they have not cancelled our subscription and not provided...

I have enroled for Byjus course for 6th to 10 grade. When the councellor visited he promised that a mentor will be assigned immediately. But even after one month, there is no mentor assigned. When i call the helpline numbers everybody is a mentor there. There is no specific guidance given to the enrolled students.

When called in the helpline they say as per their cancellation policy, Cancellation can be done only within fifteen...

cancellation and get refund from your purchase

I applied for byjus course under the influence of the counselor deovrat dwivedi. We got the course on 20th december 2018 and i was not satisfied with the course so i told them many times to take away with in the period of time which was of 15 days. We told them by making a phon call and send a email for cancellation on 27th december 2018 but they refused it and said that we didn't informed them on time and it now impossible to take it back....
