On 23/12/18 representative of byjus visited my home he explained the details of the app and insisted us to try it for 15 days. And said that he will contact us and if the app is not liked by us we will get refund and nothing will be processed without our consent but now they have started to send emi in our accounts.

    Hi, this is bharti from lucknow, and the registered mobile no is [protected]. I purchased the membership in somewhere december 2018 and after that we have been applying for the cancellation from so long and byju's people are not even responding to mails and calls. They are just saying it has to be cancelled in 15 days, but we were not told this thing while purchase of the product. Mohd usman from lucknow is the guy who came to us and sold us the product but he never mentioned that there is a loan which u will have to pay monthly and if wanna cancel u will have to cancel with 15 days only. So, this is not a customers mistake that we were not informed. And after that i tried reaching those people like zillion times but then every time they issue some token nn and that's it. Is this the way you deal with your customer??? Every time we get call from capital float using rubbish languages and abusive language. Being a girl its disheartening to listen all those # things. I request you to kindly cancel the membership. Please

      I had taken a trial version of byjus and for that i was asked to pay through bajaj finance.

      Before the end of trial period i had purchsed the byjus for rs 1 lakh. (Rs 1, 00, 000/-) for class5 to class 12 fro my daughter ksgt arunima..

      An emi of rs 10, 417/- is also being charged every month for last 4 months even after i cancelled the same with 10 days..

      Mr. Hemanth reddy and ms harika reddy are being sent reminders to solve (Over a 100 emails) but still my amount is not being refunded..

      I made over 300 calls and complaints in email and phones.. They that the issues is being resolved but still not done..
      Kindly let me know whom to contact... And get my double payment of rs 1, 25, 000/- of emi to be refunded.

        Sir i taken byjus leaning aap for trail for 15 days as his representative offer me. My order no was tnl[protected] dt 02.02.19. His tab received on 20.02.19. His reprentative ensured me that if not satisfy with the app /product., it will be cancelled without any question. I paid him 10000.00 cash and remaining 90000 sanctioned loan form capital float on zero interest. I made a request for cancellation on 25.02.19 but still they not cancelled the order. No response from him

          I have enrolled for bjyu's tablet ias programme, paid consecutive first 3 instalments, but later due to unavoidable circumstances, i wanted to cancel the programme.

          Regarding this, i tried to reach byju's many times, regardless with no positive response or revert from their end. The only assurance i used to get is "the executive will call you and solve your issue in 4 hours."

              Dear sir,

              I had paid rs 68000 through bajaj for igcse learning app from mr saurav chakrbarty employee no 21817757

              Reciept number no: tnl[protected] dated 28.10.2018

              I want to cancel the order and return the material received from byju’s for below reason
              1 my son is studying in rbk international cambridge (6th grade igcse) and we want byju’s learning app for igcse board
              2 i was offered learning app for icse and your counsellor told we will provide igcse material and map the contents of igcse in icse board (Fake promise). I had received the tablet it shows icse contents only. Dashboard cleary indicates icse contents
              3 i had checked on the website also, there are no courses offered for igcse.
              4 i had done the online chat also on www.byjus.com but counsellor clearly told me they do not have learning app for igcse board.
              5 even when i got the sms clearly indicating it is for icse board, i had given call to mr saurav, he told me that is typing mistake and it will be corrected and you will receive the email for igcse again fake promise.
              6 while buying, mr saurav told me that you will get lenova tablet 10 plus, i got the sms from byjus that lenova tablet 10 will be delivered, i had given call to mr saurav, he told me do not worry i have stock, i will arrange for you but when i received the tablet it was lenova tablet 10, again it was fake promise.

              It is my request to m/s byjus, that you are in education do not make the people cheated by selling the things which you do not have.

              I did not get the response from the byju's, once they sell the product and receive the money they did not give the reply.

              After sometime i got call from mentor, she told me do not worry, we will map the contents and provide the online link.

              My question is quite clear to byjus, i bought the product of byjus for igcse grade 6-10, which byju's said it will be pre-loaded in the tablet.

              So at the time of receiving the material the contents of icse was there, we informed but nothing happen.

              I had sent of email to yukti. [protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com but standard reply we call back within 24-48 hours or our senior person will call you with in 1 hour.

              I had contacted on [protected] (Bangalore office number) and contacted on [protected] with different persons but got the standard reply, it is under process, they were not sharing the email address of senior management so that we can explain our issue of selling the wrong product to us.

              Entire byjus team is trained to give the standard reply to the customers and they kill the time, so that after repeated attempts by you, you wiill stop interacting with byjus and they will earn the profit by not refunding the money.

              So it is my request to byjus to refund the rs 68000 with interest by monday 11.03.2019, as it cause lot of mental trauma and negative feeling to my son against byjus which has had make the mark in the mind of son, how you can cheat the people, you can sell anything in india by misleading the people by giving the wrong information and fake promises. My son had wasted precious time of our studies by having wrong product of icse syllabus.

              So refund the money of rs 68000 with interest on 11.03.2019 and you are requested not to sell the igcse education instead of icse material

                he was collect 10000 rupes cash for BYJU's registration of my son Gaurav Singh and he told me that if you cancelled the registration you money is refund but approx five month is completed but money was not revived till to date. when contact Mr. Parag he told me submit request on customer care, I have already raised a ticket thrice.

                  It's been 2 weeks since I am calling BYJU's customer care every day for cancellation. Every time they say our cancellation team will call you back.
                  But no response I am getting from there end.

                  I also dropped mails for cancellation, apart from ticket number I didn't receive any update.

                  They are not giving any response on cancellation and refund.

                  I have seen many complains like this on BYJU's. They 1st take the money and at the time of cancellation and refund, they are not responding to our calls or emails.

                    I have purchased this app on 20 feb, for trial basis but now i don't want to purchase this. From last 4 to 5 days i am calling their customers service center to refund for money but they are not responding, they say within 1 hours they will arrange a call from their senior. But i have not got any response. I want my money back. They are just fooling people.

                      I enrolled for cat 2019 tablet program after using it for 3-4 days i was not satisfied with the content of their videos so i requested for a refund and i have been calling them for refunding my money for the past 4 days continously and they say within 1 hour there will be a call to discuss this matter they have always done this fake promises for the past 4-5 days i din expect them to be such a fraudulent business company when they claim there is a refund policy they should act according to it but once the money is got into their hands they are least bothered about the customers worst behaviour

                        Byju's for my daughter aashita i opted for caie (Cambridge assessment international education) course of class 7 to 12 by mr. Mahesh berwal.
                        At the time of demo classes mr. Mahesh berwal told me that caie course is available with byju's and i was charged for the same course. But i am highly disappointed when byju's send me icse course.
                        If byju's doesn't have caie course then i do not want to opt for your course. Pl. Refund my money and stop instalments. And i donot want to be associated with this cheater company byjus.. I want cancellation and refund of my money

                        Inspite of your interference BYJU's is keeping quiet .They cheated me and gave me wrong course (the person Mr.Samarth who came for demonstration is also ex maths teacher of my daughter school. They purposefully cheated and gave different product and their representative Dhara admitted that they do not have the same course.
                        but still they are keeping qiut thinking that consumer is helpless
                        no resdponse from BYJUS t ill date.. it is a company built on fraud ..

                          I haven't used byjus product at all. Even that is not even opened. Since, 15 days trial period is over, byjus is claiming that this cannot be cancelled.

                          Their faculty was not told anything about this rule and when the trial will start and all. Now, simply he is telling they cannot do anything and this has to be continued as it is.

                          There is no clear team to sort this issue and they are just claiming one on the other.

                          Very poor management and mainly looking to loot others money.

                          No one is ready to take responsibility in BYJUS and just throwing the ball to others court.

                          Only interested in looting others money.

                          I DONOT WANT YOUR WORLD CLASS STUDIES TO MY KIDS.

                                I have taken byjus product for my kid for classes 4 - 7 and initially paid 10000 to byjus sales person (Simar nagpal). I have resisted to take, but he said to check for 15 days and if not intrested, they will refund the money. Also he said any time if i am not intrested, we can cancel the product and amount will be refunded prorata basis. Even they said separate mentor will be there for my kid and he /she will assist if there is any problem. Also he said they would call us to frequently to see me kids performance. Till now neither their mentor assisted us nor got call from them. We only called my kids mentor (Pallavi bharadwaj) and explained reg cancellation. She suggested if kid is not koping up with the product, it is better to cancel. My emi started deducting from jan'2019.in feb (2 months after product is taken) i have raised request for cancellation as my kid is not getting time due to other school activities and homeworks.. There is neither a call nor responce on mails (10 + mails) till now. I called them, but every time some different person is picking phone and i am explaining my problem, i am not getting any resolution. I even asked to stop auto debit, but i got message for march payment. Even i called and messaged sales person, he is neither picking nor replying on my number.
                                I have been cheated by this byjus people and because of them, i am loosing my hard earned money. I am thinking of going legally or through consumer court.

                                  I enrolled for byju from grade 5 to 10. Fees was supposed to be paid for all the years together.
                                  Commitments made by the sales person (Sahil):
                                  1) cancellation can be done at the start of every year. Remaining money will be refunded.
                                  2) english will be one of the courses
                                  3) courses will be highly aligned with the board (Cbse/icse etc.) and the school

                                  Now, their policy is that within 15 days of trial period only, we cna request for cancellation. However, their way of calculating the number of ways is so erractic. E. G. I received the product on 15th feb 7pm, it was counted as 1 day by them. So, when i called on 2nd march for cancellation, they said we are already out of trial period.

                                  Moreover, they said that all the information given by the sales person is invalid. So, now i am stuck for 6 years and all my money is gone. Their curriculum is so basic and not everything from the coursebook is covered.

                                  I request to the authority to take necessary action against byju's and help getting my money refunded.

                                    I have agreed to take the product in dec 2018 for my child who at present in class 7, but received the tab in the m/o feb 2019, at that time i have given the request to mr. Purushottam, the area senior education consultant to cancel my request to send the tab and refund my initial payment of rs. 4000.00. Then after discussion, mr. Purshottam agreed after consulting his senior to defer the payment to me made towards the product from may 2019 onwards.
                                    But today i was surprised to get a call from iifl (The company who has sanctioned the loan) regarding the payment to be made from march 2019 onwards.
                                    As my son's final exam are presenting going on, its really a very big headache as the concern person is not taking the phone calls and we are too helpless.

                                      My daughter shriya sudhakar she is 5 th grade early she was interested in byjus in tv she saw and she itself installed the app then the person came and told details and we asked time but he told today is last date for special discount then we have paid twenty one thouasnd above, after paying their performance was very poor and no response from their side after that we thought of cancelling and byjus people called us and we told them to cancel but they were very rude with me and with my husband and way they talk to us was totally changed we told has us to refund our money they are refuse us please kindly advise them to refund our money, they cant force us to buy their product its customer wish and please take necessary action against the team

                                        I am writing this complaint post my three months of experience with byjus and the product/service delivered to us. Below are our concern areas.

                                        1. The educational counselor, while selling the product had mentioned that byjus covers ib and igcse syllabus in the app. This was infact assured to us at the time of purchase. However, nowhere in the app there is any reference to both the syllabi.

                                        2. The counselor had also mentioned that a mentor will be allotted to the student in consultation with the parent. Till date, byjus has not shared with us the profile of the mentor, the structure of the student mentor connect and how best the mentor and byjus will be supporting the parents in the student's learning process. There is absolutely no clarity from byjus inspite of asking several questions to the representatives in the last 3 months.

                                        3. The quality of conversations between the mentor and the student has been very low. Apart from mentioning that the student needs to view atleast 1 video per day, there really has been no useful input shared by the mentor.

                                        4. The counselor, at the time of sale had positioned it as a product cum service offering, wherein the app will have the essential video content and the mentor will bring in the personal connect. He had mentioned that the mentor will clarify doubts, review the work completed by the student, share reports and regular feedback on the child's progress. However, apart from us having the access to the learning content on the app, there really is no benefit that we have received from the mentor in the last 2 months.

                                        The videos and the worksheets provided are not very engaging for younger children. The videos are difficult to follow even for adults and therefore children lose interest easily.

                                        Overall, it is extremely disappointing to know that the investment of rs.57, 000 has not been very fruitful for us. Infact we had stopped cuemath classes which were a lot more interactive and content rich so as to sign up for byjus (This too was recommended by the counselor). Overall there has been a decline in the child's interest and skill levels ever since we have subscribed to byju's product/service.

                                        Byju's staff are also not completely aware of the various modules offered in the product and are unable to answer the questions correctly whenever approached.

                                        Their scholarship programs are a marketing tactic. They conduct a test in the schools and when the results come they call parents and mention that since the child has done well in the test, we are offering the byju's learning app at a scholarship rate and that we must make use of the opportunity. Then the counselor comes home and gives all kind of assurances about byju's app and the services and then simply vanish.

                                        Once the product is purchased, there is no way that cancellation or refund is possible. They simply make one's life hell. The number of calls that need to be made, the illogical responses that we receive - they refedine the concept of refund altogether!!. As many have said before, byju's really tests your patience.
