installation issue

The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. While i have ordered for class 7. Even the sd card that they have sent is not working. Either i want replacement or my hard earned money back....

software issue

A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me....

wrong product

I placed an order for gmat course but i have received is not gmat but cat course. How can anyone goo[censored]p with gmat and cat. I am pretty sure you guys have different people for both the courses.

This has to be sorted with utmost priority that you could give. Time is running out and i dont want to bear the burnt of your goo[censored]p.

Kindly exchange and send the correct product....

packaging issue

The tab that was sent to me does not look like a new tab but its an old tab repackaged and sent. I as told i would be getting a brand new tab and that is not case clearly which i can see now. Either charge less if sending an used tab or send new tab. Any which way, make it clear to the customers that such and such is the case. Do not lie and close a sale and then create a bad impression on the customer....

installation issue

I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
Kindly check and see what is to be done....

delayed delivery

I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company....

installation issue

I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix...

delayed delivery

I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund....

unresponsive mentor

I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying....

hardware/software issue

I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as...

I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help....

tab not working

I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab....

packaging issue

My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last week. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet....

Sir i enrolled with your cat tablet programme last month. Your education counselor told me you will get the order in 1to2 weeks after enrollment. But i did not receive it yet. tab not working

Have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved...

We had taken the byju's package in the month of dec'18 on assurance that within 15 days we can cancel the package and get the refund of the money paid. On 30-12-18, well within the stipulated time, we gave the cancellation request. Inspite of repeated e-mails, we didn't get any response from their side.
Finally when we could get response from them, their representative, mr. Anmol monga confirmed that he would pick up the product and...

Very unsatisfied with the services. Insisting the customer to pay the full amount(50K) for admission consulting. If a candidate drops off in the middle and the services are at the very initial phase even before the consulting started from the schools they are not refunding not even a single rupee.

unresponsive mentor

Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment...
