Had made a down payment of rs 5000/- for byju's course material on 15 th december 2018.. Rest 90000/- had to b given by loan from capital float.. But before the dispatch of the course material i had cancelled the order on 29.12.18.. I had also mailed capital float to stop the disbursal of the loan the same day. But capital float disbursed the loan amount to byju's on 4.1.19. On my repeated requests, my down payment of rs 5000/- has been refunded.. But the loan amount of rs 90000/- has not yet been refunded despite my repeated reminders.. And capital float has started to deduct the emis..
I want byju's to refund the loan amount to resolve the issue...

    My son being selected on byjus exam conducted in our appartment in madurai, the company offered the product for trial period for 15 days and asked to try the product if not satisfied return them back. We called the team on the 3 rd day of its arrival to cancel the product. They did not give any proper reply to us but just sending the message that "we will call within 24 hrs". Cancellation mail has also been sent thrice to the company but no proper measures has been taken but i receive only false promises, and now the 1st month due has been generated. Kindly close the scheme immediately. We are very much disappointed with the service you are providing to the customers.

      I am Raghu M S, I had taken Byjus coaching classes for UPSC as I desired to have the best career. So I heard BYJU's is good, later I joined the institution. But later due to some issues I was not able to attend the classes. Later I asked for cancelation of my classes and refund my EMI payment for the same. I has first put mail to Byjus team in the month of December first week. But still today I have not received my EMI back nor my EMI cancelation is done. I have put several mails more than 60 plus mails to them. But not even till now they have taken action. They reply telling that it will be done. But don't know when.
      Kindly resolve my issue. Or else I have to take this issue very seriously and complain to higher officials.
      Not even single person takes initiative there to do work. But still my EMI is getting debited from my account.

        Complete fraud business. The policy of the company is so bad.
        I will not be giving details of the order no. Here because of my personal security reasons.

        Initially they said that they will assign a mentor, but the mentor never calls up and discusses on the topics, the mentor herself is so poor in her concepts and also no proper guidelines.

        Within 1st 15 days nobody will call you. After that when they call they say they can't refund the amount because 15 days is over.

        I am not interested in the course because i don't see the approach and concepts are correct and beneficial to me. Within first 15 days we cannot go over each topic to judge on how the teaching is. If anyone wants to drop the course in between they do not allow for cancellation and auto debit the amount.

        This is not the way a institute must be. I want to fight for my money when i am not utilizing the learning app.

        I am definitely recommending my school authorities and all possible relatives and social media to not opt for byju's learning course

          They asked us to try out trial app with tab for 1000.. But don't verify later if we are willing to continue. Directly you will get call from capital float asking for emi.. They never confirmed from me if I will opt to continue or cancel. I am house wife and got no source of income. They should have checked as its not small amount. Charging 78000 was too big to pay in emi for me.. I don't want any refund of 1000.. Please take it back as I am fed up of all calls happening..

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            This refers to trailing mails from My Wife Mrs. Vidya Adka since 22nd December, 2018 to you all requesting to cancel the Your Product Byju for 6th std... Mix board - CBSE and Maharashtra board and tp take back the Lenova Tablet supplied by you.

            Mr. Shivam Sharan, Senior Educational Counsellor who has visited our home in the 1st Week of December, 2018 to brief about your product. During his conversation he has promised us that we can cancel this product anytime during 5 years tenure and take out the refund whatever applicable that time. First of all he has not solved our querries in respect of English, Marathi, Hindi, history civics and geography subject inspite of mails from my wife. He has also promised us during his visit to our house that we can return the Tablet before 15 days anytime by contacting him and he will support all the time. But when we mailed regarding other subjects he has not bothered do anything, accordingly we have decided to cancel this product and mailed him.

            But to our surprise he has not responded to my wife's mail and also her call. Is this the Service Your people give to your customers. Then my wife contacted Ms.Anasuya, from where also we have not received the positive response.

            Now once again I request through this mail to collect the Tablet Lying at our home immediately by returning an amount of Rs.3000/- and also instruct your finance Company not Debit ECS on 2nd February, 2019.

            If this issue is not settled amicablly, we have to stop the ECS payment and may have to approach the concerned Consumer Protection Cell to claim our right. Please also train your representative to not to give false promises to Customers just to achieve their Sales Targets. Kindly also give us your MD/Director's or any Higher authorities E-mail IDs so that we can put this case infront of them.

            Awaiting for your amicable solution and positive reply.

              I had purchased byjus product for my son in july2018. I have already paid 5 emi 's for it. Now due to medical issues my son is not able to use it and he has changed his stream of subjects. I have sent all medical documents n asked for refund but they r not interested. Such a inhumane reels they have. Even on medical grounds that r not ready cancel it. Really disgusting.

                Purchased byjus learning course for my kid for grade8-grade 12th. The payment of rs83300 was made using my citibank credit card. Byjus team (Shubham chaudhary, syed najamul saqib) told me that they would get this converted into 24 instalments at 0% interest. However this turned out to be incorrect. They never called the bank nor updated me that i was supposed to get this converted. After following up they said it was me who was supposed to call the bank and get this converted into 24 instalments and that the interest amount statement from the bank had to be shared with byjus team and byjus would refund the interest amount charged by citibank. The refund would be done between 5-10 working days was the promise made by byjus team. This happened on 2th dec. On 2nd jan2019 i shared the bank interest statement of amount to rs25144.50/ that was supposed to be refunded. It is 3rd of feb and i am still awaiting the refund. Byjus team neither picks up my calls nor replies to my mails. I have been following up for my money since 15 days but it is of no avail. I feel cheated by byjus team.

                  I have purchased a course from byju's for my daughter and we have recived tab with added course on it on 02.02.2019, she tried to learn by using you app on tab but she is not comfortable with that and she refuse to study with this.
                  So as we request you to take your product back and refund our payments.
                  I have following up for my refund since 2 days but no one is contact back me for refunds.
                  Their employee just give us answer that our service person will call you back but no one calls back.
                  Please be careful when you dealing with byju's.
                  Service for refund is very poor.
                  Please clear my payment refund urgently.

                    I am bhavesh khanpara. I have orderd the kit and given the down payment if ₹40, 000 and rest ₹80, 000 were made emis by mr. Neelava chaterjee (Counseller) on 2nd feb 2019 bt the very next day i sent a cancellation mail as i changed my mind. I even told the counseller to help me bt said he cant help me because this is not his job. Please cancel and refund.

Your senior student counsellor vikrant lohia contact my brother on phone and come to home for counselling and there was he made lots of fake and fraud commitments, which are now proved. So, tell me why not legal action will not taken against your company and your counsellor for trying to cheat.
                      So, revert us by investigating this matter on your part as soon as possible.

                          Dear Byju’s team

                          First of all, congratulations to your team on earning 100 Cr. Per month revenue and on the way to generate Rs. 1400 Cr. revenue for the next year.

                          But, it really pains me to submit this grievance against you at this juncture.

                          At the outset, I have enrolled for Byju’s classes, as my son was already a student of Byju’s, for four years i.e. 7th to 10th class through your representatives Mr. Anurag Vyas (Ph no.[protected] and Mr. Sagar Rane (Ph. No.[protected] on December 13, 2018 and the fee of Rs. 52, 000 /- for the classes was already paid through Bajaj finserv on December 14, 2018.

                          Now it has been 45 days and till now your team has neither delivered the product nor confirming the subscription form your end. I was little bit suspicious whether the amount i.e. Rs. 52K was actually credited to Byju’s account or not. However, it was confirmed from Bajaj Finserv that amount was credited to Byju’s account only.

                          Now for the last 45 days, I and my wife have called nearly 25 times to customer care, grievance redressal etc and It is unfortunate that the kind of weird replies I received from them that the concerned person was hospitalized or on leave etc and wait for some more days etc. Moreover, whenever I seek the resolution, they are playing hide and seek by transferring/ referring the calls to some other persons i.e. mentor, finance manager etc.

                          Please understand that I do not have any role or responsibility towards your internal issues or organizational lacuna. I only mind for my money which I have paid to you on expecting a timely service which you are obliged to deliver. I just want a single shot solution for this entire issue.

                          Seeing the kind of response we received from your team, I decided not to continue any more relationship with Byju’s. Since the product was not delivered at all, I request your kind office to refund my Rs, 52, 000 /- immediately without any further delay.

                          Hoping for ethical solution and speedy resolution from you.

                            I purchased the ias tablet course in september 2018 and was told that in case of technical issues, the course will be refunded. The issues are as follows:

                            1) a lot of time was wasted in patching up with mentors.

                            2) the tab was not accessible after a few days of receiving it, so i requested for a refund but it is being denied and i am constantly being asked for installments.

                            3) i have followed up more than 20 times and finally the refund was denied.

                            4) i cannot pay the installments and have wasted a lot of time due to byjus. I request for a refund.

                            Is this some kind of joke? I am again receiving messages for paying installment. It has been more than 10 days and yet the issue hasn't been resolved.
                            I am continuously being troubled with installment requests even after 3 months of cancellation request and being denied refund. I won't be left with any other option than to take legal action if the issue is not resolved at the earliest.
                            I wonder how do they claim to be providing education when all they can do is constantly harass people mentally.
                            I am raj form jodhpur rajasthan i appalled for byju premium subscription
                            for 15 day trial i am not satisfy with byjus services so i told the department
                            to cancel my subscription within 15 days but i mailed also and calling regularly
                            but they say let me cheak your detail and then cut the call
                            Hi Iam Vaishnav. I have got byjus app for my education purpose. But now am not able to use it. So I requested for cancellation nearly 30 days still now. So please make arrangements for cancel and refund the amount soon.
                            I have returned the Tab also to Coimbatore Byjus Office on January 30 2019.
                            Issue not resolved. Byjus continues to harass for more money extraction and I am forced by Byjus to take stringent actions.

                              I bought the product recently for my son and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                                I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They claimed that they take only 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed from the date of delivery then also i didn't got my order. Every time i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. I have also made the entire payment at the time of placing the order, now i have lost all the hopes and i feel duped by them.

                                  I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                                    I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know why the same the same thing happened twice and no one is correctly explaining what to do next. It had been huge inconvenience.

                                      I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

                                        I am a cat aspirant with byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.
