I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

    When they wanted to sell their products they always received my call and now when i have paid the amount, all of them have disappeared. Inspite of cancelling it many times no one is resolving my problem and in fact deducting amount. It is an useless product not worth the money they charged. All fake promises have been done and now when i want those promises to be fulfilled all have disappeared

      Hello,
      This is an extremely painful and unfortunate experience with byju's learning app team.
      The team has hired goons to molest and threaten its customers and families.
      It's alarming for parents like us as the organization has no control over it's employees and no one cares.

      I've bought byju's tablet pack for my daughter around 6months ago. I already paid around 17000rs as a down payment and remaining amount was supposed to be debited through ecs.

      Now, last month i decided to change my bank account and hence the ecs was not cleared. I recieved call from the finance team and i requested them to change my account details.
      Seems, no body actually cared for that and they started calling repeatedly for the payment instead of resolving my concern.
      3days ago, my wife also recieved a call and the lady started threatening her for the payment. To which my wife directed her to call me.
      Again, yesterday my wife got another call from someone named arun from byju's finance team. This guy started using unreasonable and sarcastic comments for not making payments. When my wife told him that she would check the same first, the guy got into unnecessary arguments and started threatening her.
      Later, she handed over the phone to me as the conversation became unbearable for her. The guy continued threatening and was extrrmely unprofessional.
      When, i asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor, he simply replied that he was the supervisor.
      I lost all my hopes at the moment and decided not to continue the conversation anymore.
      The organization is extorting parents by selling their packages and have hired goons to collect payments. Believe it or not, the team can call your family, threaten them, i am not sure what's next???
      How would they help our kids to build their careers if they cant train their employees on how to talk to parents specially females???

      Now, i've given up all hopes and decided to close my account forever with byju's. I infact have asked the person to collect the material as i dont want any association.
      But i would definitely tell all my friends, relatives and other people i know, not to go with byju's.

      I know this would fall against deaf ears, but i'm letting my vent out and also alarming other parents to avoid mistakes i made.

        I do not want to do ias course from byju's because it did not seem interested to me and when they come and tell about this course they also misguided us about the course and policies of your company that's why i gave the information not to continue the course but they still cut the installment from the my bank account and not stopped it yet i want this course to be stopped already we are having too much trouble due to this and also with your careless and miss guided staff please stop the course quickly

          I am lithin c g of grade 7 studing in bangalore. My tab is not functioning properly from october. It is like freezed and if i need to type anything if the letter does not come i need to make it from portrait to landscape and then try
          I need to press a button atleast 10 times for it to accept that button or sometimes nothing happens. I waited thinking it as a temporary problem but it is there for 4 months. I would like to continue watching byjus. Please replace my tablet as soon as possible. Please.

            Misleading parents who doesn't have much knowledge. They are not giving money back if parent request them. With out knowledge of parents they have started emi on bank. Also intimate them to do cancellation. Also told to customer representative when they callled to parents that we are not interested please come and take your kit and please refund money back.

              Hello i have a bought a byjus product from them 3 months ago. I paid 15, 000 for that and now the emi is 6000per day the total cost was 1lakh 15 thousand but the app is not convinient the syllabus doesn't match to my sister syllabus and the tablet studying is not worth foe her they havent informed us about the returning policy so we didnt knew about it. The sales girl which came to our house after selling the product she stopped picking up the phone so we didn't knew to qhom to complain. We want to return it but they are know forcing us to pay the money at any cost but our financial condition is not worth to afford as it is also not good product. Please help me. We are also ready to give all the material as it is to them but please take your material away and stop bothering us. Please help me please someone help me

                  I bought this subscription 3 months ago with the course of pcmb for 67, 00. That time we paid 14, 000 and then we have to pay an emi for 4000. But now we are not in such position of paying them back. Please help me regarding this. I am ready to give all there material back and im not even asking for refunding my money. Jst please cancel the subscription and stop the further transaction.

                    Mr. Shivam saran from byju's had appraoched us after they conducted a camp in our society premises in last week of nov / 1st week of dec 2018 under the guise of offering development idea's for my kids. He took us through 2-3 hours session of how byju's will be great for my kids. We were however reluctant and did not want to go ahead with the same.

                    He then introduced a offer of trial period of 15 days for us to decide if we would like to go ahead and enroll for the programme (Vi std to x std) for my twins. The package price under the siblings programme was offered as 95000 and he took bajaj finance details for the emi programme. The agreement was that if we decide to go ahead with the programme after 15 days trial period, then the first emi through bajaj finance will be triggered.

                    The tab / prgramme was delivered to us on 6th dec and the 15 days trial period started after that. Our kids did not develope liking in first week and we communicated to the mentor that was appointed from their end. She informed that she will modify and send some other learning package and we can then decide accordingly. But my kids stopped using the programme after 2 weeks from the date it was delivered to us.

                    We decided not to go ahead with it post the trial period and this was communicated to mr. Shivam saran through his official mobile number ([protected]) in the following week. Mr. Shivam saran confirmed that he will raise request for cancellation on his office at bangalore. He did not inform us that we need to raise the same online. We did not hear from him after that and my wife tried to contact him again. He stopped taking the calls from her mobile number.

                    In the meantime, i got progress report mail on my kids through a mail dtd 5th jan 2019 and against that i replied and informed about our wish to not continue with byju’s post our trial period. I also contacted shivam saran (This time from my mobile number) and he took the call. He acknowledged about our earlier request raised in december and said that same will be checked by him and he will revert at the earliest. He did not call back and then stopped taking calls from my mobile number as well...

                    The approach / response that mr. Shivam saran showed while selling the byju's product was very different than what we were experiencing now. We were wondering as to how these people end up working with company like byju's. When he was selling the product and in response to my question of choosing this as career option, he had highlighted the incentives that are even higher than salary on customer acquisitions. I was now getting the taste of the same.. It seems that shivam saran had already counted us onboard without even waiting for our consent and communicated the same internally to byju's team.

                    On the same day, my wife received the call from bajaj finance asking for the first emi towards the subscription of byju. We felt that this guy and ofcourse byju's (He is representing byju's) have cheated us in broad daylight... We were aghast that such things can happen now even in 2019 and from such companies who have shahrukh khan as their brand ambassadors... I think this should be brought to his notice as well and what damage it is creating to his image as well...

                    I subsequently wrote mail to byju's cancellation department as well on the same day and there were people who spoke to me from byju's bangalore office. They were sounding more like call center employees... Reading only a written script and not having any decision making powers... It was as if you are talking to machine...

                    Shivam sharan's behaviour and the byju, s act of informing bajaj finance to deduct first emi is totally unprofessional and unethical.

                    We have not used the tab's after the 15 days trail period and byju's can collect the same from our place.

                    Looking forward for immediate action.

                          1. Last week of may 2017 byjus representative, sh aman malhotra visited my house and impressed upon my wife, mother of arnav mittal to enroll for a subject pgme of 4 yrs at a price of rs 60000.00, he took a cheque for rs 10000 and for balance payment, he got ecs mandate signed from her.
                          2. Tablet was received on 24/27 may2017. They, arnav and his mother came to my place of posting, guwahati during summer break on 30 may 17.
                          3. First week of june 17, arnav attempted some lessons and tests and did not find interesting. Aman malhotra was contacted and requested to cancel the enrolment of pgme which he resisted initially and subsequently on our insistence for cancellation he agreed and told us that byjus a/c manager will get in touch with us and to do formalities to cancel the enrolment and refund the amount.
                          4. Manager never got in touch with us. We reminded him and others referred by mr aman telephonically in following weeks. Having received no confirmation of cancellation and refund, we emailed the request and stopped the payment of further emis through bank.
                          5. Now, almost 7 months gone, no confirmation is received. Emails sent earlier were fwd to their management but to no avail.
                          I request through this consumer forum complaint to direct the company to refund the rs 10000.00 collected and to take back their tablet please. I also further request in public interest to investigate and audit the byjus functioning where they lure unsuspecting parents and financially victimise them.

                            I had purchased the byjus products on 2/1/19. It reached on 9/1/19. Since 13/1/19 i am continuously trying to call the concerned persons regarding cancellation and refund within the trial period. I was assured everytime that the person incharge ms dua will call me but she did not call. She only used to send messages that she tried reaching me. Inspite of giving alternate numbers she has not called back or resolved the matter. I want to return the product and request for refund of full amount as promised by byjus personnel mr abhay mishra while purchasing the product.

                              I have declined the loan amount 85500. But money deducted from my bank account. We are not in a position to pay the money. Please cancel this order as i have already declined the loan. I also want to return the product as your executive told me that he will confirm after one month. Around 15days before phone has come and i have declined the loan. They told me ok.

                                  I opted to register you byju's for my daughter and paid 55, 000 by credit card and processed ecs for remaining 63, 000 on 12th jan 2019

                                  Due to my personal financial problem i would not be able to pursue with byju's. I have even requested the counselor and byju's customer care about the same on 14th jan 2019, but there is no reply.

                                  Request you to please cancel my registration and process the refund amount. Please do not dispatch the tab also,

                                    I had requested for cancellation within time, however the byju’s team delayed to action which led deterioration of situation. After repeated calls nobody upgdates on the status. My loan emi started deducting even after repeated follow ups. After almost a month they postpone days and tell they will check and call back.

                                      I am a student of 9th std studying in sncs (Shree narayana central school) i have been suffering an issue regarding sd card. My application was not working since many days so i had called you. A technical expert advised me and issued me with a new sd card but the new sd card was came locked. I am totally dissatisfied with your service and i am not able to utilize the service

                                        We had registered in byjus but now we are not finding it worth satisfying and so we want to cancel our registration and want our deposited amount back.
                                        Hoping for your positive reply as we had complained earlier but no actions had been taken by your side so please take a note of it and try to solve this case as soon as possible because it's been a long time to it.
