I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved...

I have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs....

I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working....

I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. I have submitted 10000inr for upsc tablet course. My counsellor did not completed the procedure of my study kit. Even she does not answer to my call frequently. It had been past days when i had submitted the call back request.

Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for 12th classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment...

My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. The byjus premium app needs update. I am fed up using it. While watching the video i can't go 2 or 3 minutes back it is taking me at some other time. I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. I placed an order for the course content for 8th standard igcsc (Cambridge board) through the online link provided by the executive of the company. I realised that the product was of icsc and not what i have ordered for. I kept complaining about it to various tiers and the sales head of the company very well know what happened he promised proper redressal and even after 15 days of the assurance and my continuous follow up nothing happened...

I got the tablet + sd card for pcmb content for xi std science for my son. The content seems okay. But the tab had lots of niggles. The questions pop up randomly unrelated to the video lecture and then jump to a latter part of the video.
She took my complain and was to forward my call to the technical team... Which as it turned out was busy and would call back in 24h. Not good enough if student needs immediate support. Overall not...

My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last week. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? We have been experiencing total ignorance from byju's inspite of sending repeated reminders by my daughter who is in 12th science taking her board exams soon in 2019. They charged money but i can feel the pinch now and can never recommend anyone. The mentor a;llotted is not responding

No one from their top management is bothered to neither take up the issue nor instructing their employees to reply to emails....

Please note that i enrolled my daughter for 8th std package and i paid the fees in full. We got to know after 4 classes that the portions are not icse but cbse. We sent a note to byjus to withdraw. No one got back to us for 3 months and they were very rude in the conversation. Every area manager needs to check with superiors for refund. It's been a year and no refund so far...
