I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from Byju's. As far as I could understand the SD card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. please get it checked once. this should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
kindly check and see what is to be done.

    Dear sir/madam

    On 9th of november, 2018, i visited nearest mall. We were approached by one of the representatives of byju (Think and learn) regarding free counselling for the student. Since it was related to education, two people visited my house on decided sunday, dated 18 nov, 2018. The meeting went on from 8:30 pm - 10:45 pm.

    One of them named salman shaikh introduced himself as member from education department. He was accompanied by sagar rane, introduced as member from byju. They explained me everything about the product.

    After explaining we discussed about the fee structure. The courses provided by him were for std 8/9/10/11/12, in the discounted amount of ₹90, 000. The subjects were physics chemistry biology and maths. They also promised to provide a lenovo tab to my child. My child is in 8th grade. I discussed about my child to them as he is a learning disability and if they have any such course for the same. They denied, fine. But then we also tried convincing them that as per the child's counsellor (Provided by school for ld) we are not going to opt science and maths in 9th and 10th. So i expressed disinterest but they convinced me by saying that to register now and incase he opts for commerce in college we will switch the subjects for him.

    All set and done we requested them to give a days time to think. They denied saying the scholarship offer (For discount) might end anyday by tom or day after, after which we shall have to pay ₹1, 10, 000.

    So we decided to pay the amount in emi's.
    So he requested us to pay ₹10, 000 as initial payment. While paying them we asserted them that we shall take a firm decision the next day and depending on that, we might take a step whether to continue or no. They strongly agreed to it then. After confirming with our counsellor the next day i. E. 19 nov, 2018, we immediately called salman for the refund as we wanted to opt out... But his intentions had already changed. He tried convincing me for better and cheaper rates. Still i was firm on my refund. And after that day he did not even once help me with the refund process.

    So we contacted the customer support through their mail id: [protected]@byjus.com. After two days we received a call from mrs. Hena rafi, the manager of byju's, bangalore. Her way of talking was quite considerate. We got a good response from her requesting for fee receipt. We provided her all the details she had asked for. So we thought something would workout. But after that there was no phonecall, no message, no mail from her end too and the refund procedure didn't move ahead.

    More to it, salman kept on sending otp messages for confirming some order. I recieved a call on 21st november, 2018, requesting me to give the otp as he can initiate the order of lenovo tab to my place. I denied for sending me any parcel. And that i am not interested in the product anymore. The entire day and the next day i kept on recieving otp msgs.. Which further harrassed me. And on 22nd nov, 2018, to my surprise i get a new message which said, your order has been confirmed. After three days i recieved that order at my door step, but i did not even entertain the courier fellow. Its not his fault. So i handled him politely and sent the parcel back.

    From 20th of november to 26th of november, i. E today i have been conversing with them through their support mail id.. As no call worked. This is the email id: [protected]@byjus.com

    I fear if this is the case... Then soon people will start fearing education.

    Please help me get the money back.

    P. S.: as per the terms and conditions provided. The refund request has to be made within 15 days. As per the condition, the payment and registration was done on 18th november and i requested for refund the next day i. E. 19th november. And the funniest part is salman who introduced himself as member of education department has provided an employee id in the fee receipt (In the fee receipt attached)

    I also fear if the action is not taken soon they might start deducting the emi amount through bank account. Although i am going to inform about this to my bank too, but i would be obliged if you help me soon as possible in this matter.

      The tab that was sent to me does not look like a new tab but its an old tab repackaged and sent. I as told i would be getting a brand new tab and that is not case clearly which i can see now. Either charge less if sending an used tab or send new tab. Any which way, make it clear to the customers that such and such is the case. Do not lie and close a sale and then create a bad impression on the customer.

        I placed an order for gmat course but i have received is not gmat but cat course. How can anyone goo[censored]p with gmat and cat. I am pretty sure you guys have different people for both the courses.

        This has to be sorted with utmost priority that you could give. Time is running out and i dont want to bear the burnt of your goo[censored]p.

        Kindly exchange and send the correct product.

          Sales representative has recommended the course with verbal commitment to us that we can try the course and if we did not like then it can be returned without any additional charges and we will not even single question on the same.

          We have communicated that we can cancel the course any time before ECS transaction.I think as customer, we have made a mistake and consider Byju’s as Professional organization and its customer policy and what has been communicated by sales representative
          But now they are sayiing it is in papers that it is only a 15 days refund policy.

          I have been following with them for the past 2 months but the issue has not resolved. The executive who talked with us was mukthikam.He gave all false information just to get his target done.

            Hi,
            I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

            Cancelletion days 15 it mins working days or only days just a clearlfly.
            From byjus theyre contact me whether i was selected by 1000 people and they told to buy the courses then i'm also bought that my family was not so rich. So i used to pay emi and the time of the emi was 9 months but they take the money for 10 months and they didn't response to me...
            So plz kindly make my refund money as soon as possible..

              I bought the product recently for my son preetham and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                Hello team

                This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues. The tab is not working and might have some hardware/software issue which you guys would be able to figure out better.

                  I received the tab but the sd card is not really working. There seems to be some problem with it and it might be corrupted or something. It would be really appreciative if the company could replace the card with a new one or simply fix whatever problem the sd card has. I have not even used it once because it was not working since day 1. Kindly check and revert as soon as possible.

                    I had submitted rs. 1000 for tablet program last year due to some reasons i was not interested and asked for refund to your representative. But i didn't received the refund yet.
                    Its been a year already and its high time it should be refunded. I know it is not a big amount for them to pay attention to this but its till my money i paid for something i did not even use.
                    Please refund it as soon as possible.

                      I have never gone through such a bad service till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them. I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted the package thinking about the brand and services. But trust me it is good for nothing. After investing money this is the service i get.

                        I have submitted a down-payment for upsc tablet course. My counsellor is gopaliya and she did not complete the procedure of my study kit. Even she does not answer to my call frequently. It had been past days when i had submitted the amount. I have not received any word on it since then, no confirmation, no tab received yet. Please help me regarding this inconvenience.

                          I had bought byju's 9th and 10th standard package for my son and already paid 4 emi of 3500/- each and now i would like to cancel my order with byju. After repeated requests, byju has still not been cancelled my order. I have send many emails to byju's customer care center for cancelling my order but as of date i have not received any positive response from them.in between i started receiving calls from their loan provider capital float asking for payments. The tone of the caller was very rude and threatening. Is this their modus operendi, delay cancelling the order so that they keep on getting the money. They are just doing business and not bothered about providing quality educational services to the customer.

                          I really feel misled and cheated by byju's sales representative to buy this product. I don't' see any value addition to my son's education. All the thing he explained during this transactions turned out be false.

                          Through this forum, i really seek help to get this issue resolved, get my money refunded and be out of this stress.

                            I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
                            Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
                            It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
                            The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                              I placed an order with byjus on 15th aug. It was already delayed delivery. The product was delivered to me this afternoon. To my surprise when i unpacked it i found the product to be in damaged condition.
                              My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.
                              Please help us in resolving it asap.

                                The byjus premium app needs update. While watching the video i can't go 2 or 3 minutes back it is taking me at some other time. Ex : vector algebra class 12 there is a practice set of 7 hours mobile watching the video let's just say it's 30 minutes i have watched it now i want to go back at 28 minutes but it is not taking me back it is taking me at some other time. Kindly update this.

                                  I have ordered a tab from byjus. It was couriered to me and the way it is packed was very bad. Thankfully there was no damage to the tab but the way it was packed did not guarantee that the tab inside was secure. It is a costly item and we are paying such huge amount for it, so we expect it to be properly packed, assuring it is safely packed. Not at all professional, not expected from such a big brand.

                                    I have been trying to call the customer care since a week and no one is responding on any of the numbers provided. I am tired of trying to reach you guys. This is not done and this is definitely not the way to treat your customers. At the very least when i am requesting you guys for a call back, you guys should call back. No one calls the customer care for fun, i must be having an issue that is why i have been calling.

                                      On[protected], byju's counsellor had booked a session with us for my brother. He convinced us to buy the product for 6th to 10th class. He asked us to pay 70, 000 which includes 1000 down-payment and the rest of the amount would be taken as loan. I paid the down payment and my aadhar card and pan card details were taken.
                                      My loan amount was disbursed on[protected] even before i got the product. Now, i called them back to cancel the product as my brother wasn't really satisfied with it and nor us but was not able to reach them for a long time. Finally when i got in contact with them, they are refusing to take it back and i'll have to pay ₹5000 emi amount for nothing.
                                      I just want them to take back their product which was barely used and cancel the course and loan also.

                                        I had scheduled a demo for my daughter on last weekend but that day as scheduled no one came, i was trying to reach the customer care as well but they were of no help. At first no one was picking up the call, finally when someone answered, no one could get me the solution.

                                        The demo did happen but the next weekend from that of scheduled.
                                        Customer care is very important in companies like these. They should take care of this.
