I have submitted a down-payment for upsc tablet course. My counsellor is gopaliya and she did not complete the procedure of my study kit. Even she does not answer to my call frequently. It had been past days when i had submitted the amount. I have not received any word on it since then, no confirmation, no tab received yet. Please help me regarding this inconvenience.

    I had bought byju's 9th and 10th standard package for my son and already paid 4 emi of 3500/- each and now i would like to cancel my order with byju. After repeated requests, byju has still not been cancelled my order. I have send many emails to byju's customer care center for cancelling my order but as of date i have not received any positive response from them.in between i started receiving calls from their loan provider capital float asking for payments. The tone of the caller was very rude and threatening. Is this their modus operendi, delay cancelling the order so that they keep on getting the money. They are just doing business and not bothered about providing quality educational services to the customer.

    I really feel misled and cheated by byju's sales representative to buy this product. I don't' see any value addition to my son's education. All the thing he explained during this transactions turned out be false.

    Through this forum, i really seek help to get this issue resolved, get my money refunded and be out of this stress.

      I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
      Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
      It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
      The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

        I placed an order with byjus on 15th aug. It was already delayed delivery. The product was delivered to me this afternoon. To my surprise when i unpacked it i found the product to be in damaged condition.
        My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.
        Please help us in resolving it asap.

          The byjus premium app needs update. While watching the video i can't go 2 or 3 minutes back it is taking me at some other time. Ex : vector algebra class 12 there is a practice set of 7 hours mobile watching the video let's just say it's 30 minutes i have watched it now i want to go back at 28 minutes but it is not taking me back it is taking me at some other time. Kindly update this.

            I have ordered a tab from byjus. It was couriered to me and the way it is packed was very bad. Thankfully there was no damage to the tab but the way it was packed did not guarantee that the tab inside was secure. It is a costly item and we are paying such huge amount for it, so we expect it to be properly packed, assuring it is safely packed. Not at all professional, not expected from such a big brand.

              I have been trying to call the customer care since a week and no one is responding on any of the numbers provided. I am tired of trying to reach you guys. This is not done and this is definitely not the way to treat your customers. At the very least when i am requesting you guys for a call back, you guys should call back. No one calls the customer care for fun, i must be having an issue that is why i have been calling.

                On[protected], byju's counsellor had booked a session with us for my brother. He convinced us to buy the product for 6th to 10th class. He asked us to pay 70, 000 which includes 1000 down-payment and the rest of the amount would be taken as loan. I paid the down payment and my aadhar card and pan card details were taken.
                My loan amount was disbursed on[protected] even before i got the product. Now, i called them back to cancel the product as my brother wasn't really satisfied with it and nor us but was not able to reach them for a long time. Finally when i got in contact with them, they are refusing to take it back and i'll have to pay ₹5000 emi amount for nothing.
                I just want them to take back their product which was barely used and cancel the course and loan also.

                  I had scheduled a demo for my daughter on last weekend but that day as scheduled no one came, i was trying to reach the customer care as well but they were of no help. At first no one was picking up the call, finally when someone answered, no one could get me the solution.

                  The demo did happen but the next weekend from that of scheduled.
                  Customer care is very important in companies like these. They should take care of this.

                    The tab provided by byjus is not working properly. The video gets stopped abruptly which breaks the flow of study. Kindly issue a new tab and exchange this or fix the glitch that is happening and give me a standby tab for the timebeing so that my study does not get hampered because of the gap.

                    Therefore, i request you to kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      I have ordered for the tab and its been more than 15 days but it has not yet delivered. This is highly unprofessional, if you are saying that the tab would reach me within a week then it has to reach me within a week. I have been calling the poc but they keep on stalling me. What is this apology and saying it will reach me soon. Have you guys even dispatched it?

                        Byju's should change their logistic partner as the current one does not know how to behave with a customer or even a normal person. The courier guy who came to deliver the tab i had ordered does not know to talk properly, also he was giving us the lecherous eyes. This was highly inappropriate behavior shown by him and byju's should take proper action towards it. I am not saying they are at fault here but they should know who they are working with; who can create a bad name for them also.

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          i have sent so many mails regarding to cancel of my son j yomesh rao's admission, order no.[protected] in byju's. Mails dated 16.09.2018, 17.09.2018, 25.09.2018, 04.10.2018, 12.10.2018, 15.11.2018, 19.11.2018, 23.11.2018. Despite of so many reminders, my loan was not cancelled and my money for rs.5000/- was also not refunded till date. I am getting phone regular from financial institute (capital float) from where bujus was set loan. Due to this my cibil is also being bad.

                          I have sent mails to [protected]@byjus.Com, [protected]@byjus.Com, juhi.[protected]@byjus.Com, harshit.[protected]@byjus.Com.

                          I have mentioned my problem in mail for cancellation that i am facing huge burden of deduction and i am not able to pay single paise to any other deduction.

                          Despite of this, my loan was not cancelled and my rs.5000/- was not refunded till date.

                          Byjus and their sales person, jishnesh mishra was promised that if i sent cancellation mail within 15 days of received product, they will make arrangement of cancellation and refund immediately.

                          I have sent mail within 15 days 2 to 3 mails for cancellation and refund.

                          But 3 months completed, byjus was not done any thing for loan cancellation and refund y money.

                          So many reminders, but my loan was not cancelled till date & also my money was not refunded to my a/c [protected] till date.

                          Please do the necessary action against byjus and arrange to cancel loan was set by byjus and also arrange to refund rs. 5000/- to my account at the earliest.

                            I have been having issues with the tablet, about 10 days back. I stay in Allahabad, UP, and I was given the solution to send the tablet back to Bangalore, get it repaired and then it would be sent Allahabad. The whole ordeal would take about 15 days, which I could not afford to waste. After a lot of arguments the representatives agreed to send demo tablet to me which my tablet gets repaired. It has been more than 8 days since the the office got the tablet, and yet there has been no intimation on the company's side regarding the status. Only when I would pester them to send the tablet to me, they would start resolving my issue. I have also been trying to get a mentor since March. But to no avail. It is tiring and irritating to keep on calling the the customer care again and again to help me solve my issues.

                              I have taken tab for my son for trial period of 15 days and returned the same in due course of time and they have accepted that the tab has been received but it has been over 12 days since the tab was received by them but they have not cancelled my bajaj finance loan for which i am repeatedly getting calls. I also sending them the mails but they keep on saying that the same will be done in 4 to 5 days.

                                I have purchased byjus app for my 2 kids one is for 10th std & another for 6th std. (For 3 years & 7 years respectively) on 30 june 18.
                                During initial discussion it was claimed that the app & the byjus team will take care of my children like tuitions (Byjus app will replace tutions)
                                When i saw cource material received was not cmplete for 10 th std. I complained & received new sd card after 2 month again with incomplete syllubus for maha. State board course.
                                Till then my 10th std son was not mentored & followed up for his studies. When i asked to mentor who is assigned to my younger son she said she is not aware of the registration for my elder son (10 std)
                                Looking at the ignorance & not caring the consumers satisfaction from byjus team,
                                Now i am asking for migration of my subscription from 3 years & 6 years respectively to 1 year & refund my money.

                                  Kindly cancel the order and cancel Capital Float Loan.i do not require it anymore and have asked for cancellation. kindly take the materails and tab as well.

                                    Im very much satisfied with the study which is done by byju's in there videos. They made my concepts really clear. But i want that byjus must introduce s. St in the course which include history, geography, political science and economics). Specially the lines written in the book of history is very boring and hard to learn and if byju's will introduce the same all o[censored]s will really be benifitted.
                                    If my request is taken in consideration then our nation will do more good as sst is a major problem of students of ncert.

                                      I have been following byjus team for refund since last 2 weeks but i have not heard from the team till date. Each time i call i get consoled by the team stating i shall receive a call back but till date i have received none. The product is already given back and as per the process the amount should have been reflecting in my a/c but still i am here waiting for the call back from the concerned team. Please understand calling back does not serve my purpose but refund do.

                                        Sir i enrolled with your cat tablet programme. Your education counselor told me you will get the order in 1 to 2 days after enrollment. But i did not receive it yet. I am trying to ask your counselor but he is not being responsive after my enrollment. Because of this reason i am not able to start my preparation. I am sure you will find time to resolve this problem in your busy schedule. Thanks
