I have taken a course in byjus in 2022 and i cancelled at that time only. but the loan amount is still active upon me because of this my cibil score got effected and also overdued 29999, i have not at all used the course, because of this i am not getting any loan. You also deducted 2 emis. I am strucked i am not aware what to do next step, i needed loan badly for my sister marriage, Please help me on this

    Dear Team

    My Son G Akhil Kumar joined (order No SO-[protected] dated 27.12.2022) in your Park Hospital Branch for the classroom program for the class 7 to 9 class. For the last 2 year they conducted the offline classes well but from April 24, not a single offline class was conducted. We have made many calls to the branch but there is no response. Even the branch is closed, and nobody is there to respond.

    Mainly I joined my son in this branch for offline classroom seasons so that he is able to understand the classes very well and get the clarifications. Please look into this and arrange the offline classes and if not possible then refund the amount

      We have registered for Byjus classes on 09/09/2023. My daughter Saanvi Agarwal was registered in 4rt grade. Since we were not satisfied with the teaching pattern we applied for cancellation. Cancellation details: TICKET #693883 sub: Re: Case 49936837. Our refund was approved on 1+6.10.2023, but still they have not refunded our money.

        Hello sir/ ma'am,
        I have taken a byju's ias course on 17th march 2023 order id - so-[protected] register mob no - [protected] alt no - [protected]
        Through abfl but before 15 days i cancelled my course as per byju's return policy still my 1st emi 7342 debited on[protected] toward loan a/c - no [protected] as per the information given by the support team that my loan has been cancelled and my emi will be credited back to my account with in 45 days, but i didn't re. Ceive any amount back from byju's know after a year ago today[protected] again by loan 7342 is debited from my account. I was regularly getting a sms from abfl to maintain the account for futhur emi and also my cibil score decreased. Please help me in this and close my loan asap

          In February The fraudster Murari Sharma has insisting me to buy a course but we have not get the facility and write he is not responding at all and one of your representative has said to me we will get the facility but we have not get yet, just because of [censored] behaviour, kindly please cancel my course.my EMI is deducting continuously and byjus all staff is also not responding.

            I have taken subscriptions for two years for my daughter in march 2023 for
            Class 2 and class 3
            This march they were supposed to deliver material for class 3
            It’s been 6 months I have been constantly calling them and raised complaint but nothing worked

              Hello,

              I already registration for 5th grade maths education for my son. The service is stopped and teachers are not coming for class. I already pain $1700 for whole year. I tried to contact them many times for refund but no any response. $1700 is big amount for me. please help me to get my refund back.

              I fully paid for the math class on May 4th using y credit card. I have confirmation email so I can provide proof for that. Not start any single class for my son and not getting refund from them. Help me on it please. My registration email is : [protected]@gmail.com

                Hi,

                I had enrolled my son for byjus classes, before joining I clarified that he can attend classes only from 8-9 PM only, Salesperson Shabez from Byjus insisted to join a google meet call and told all meeting recorded, and in same meeting I raised concern on timing and he promised that this will be taken care . this happened on 15th May 2024. After that I followed almost 2 months to schedule classes on time, call center reps from Byjus fought with me on time and told this is how you need to manage, the person ( Shabez) stop responding to queries, after multiple follow up finally Byjus had scheduled classes but again after few weeks they have changed timing to 5-6 that is really not possible.

                All possible contact numbers of Byjus mentioned on Byju's site and on internet not working, sales man who sold me package disappeared.

                I requested for call back but no one contacting, this is really fraud and everyone disappeared form Byju's after taking money.

                  I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the services provided by Byju's. Since March, I have been unable to join my scheduled classes, and despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, the company has been unresponsive and unhelpful.

                  I have contacted Byju's customer support multiple times, and each time, I have been assured that the problem will be addressed. However, these assurances have not resulted in any tangible action, and I am still unable to access my classes. This persistent issue has significantly hindered my learning experience and caused me considerable inconvenience.

                  Given the lack of resolution and the company's continued failure to provide the services I paid for, I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid for the classes. I believe this is a fair request considering the circumstances and the prolonged period during which I have been unable to access the services.

                  I would appreciate your assistance in facilitating this process and ensuring that my complaint is addressed promptly.

                    I had taken 11th and 12th BYJUS online course for my child had been cancelled but no NOC was given by byjus company..and after sometime byjus again start deducted installation from my bank account...I want my refund of that course as no proper class, interaction and books provided by byjus and Abhishek our counsellor was offered really bad service and persisted only until he took the money from us and has completely ignored all attempt to make contact to resolve issues.I have complained multitude of time and no action has been taken. I have tried calling the customer service, but my calls went unanswered and sometimes my request is ignored. Kindly look into this and reach out to me as soon as possible. A screenshot of payment made has been enclosed for your reference.
                    Please help me provide me NOC of cancellation and refund the course amount.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I subscribed to BYJU'S services for my daughter, Aadhya Sheshakumar Goroshi, by paying Rs 56, 000 on 30th April 2022. The bill receipt is attached for your reference. I have paid the full amount. The services under this subscription were supposed to include a 10-inch workstation (with AMC provided until May 2025, as per the attached summer order), grade-wise reading material for UKG, Class I & II, and worksheets. Despite numerous calls and emails to their different centers, only the workstation and reading materials for UKG and Class I have been provided. The reading materials for Class II are still pending, and the customer care executives are unresponsive. I am frustrated with the lack of timely delivery and the difficulties in reaching BYJU'S customer support. As May is coming to an end, yhey have not provided material for Class -II. I urge you to kindly take immediate action against BYJU'S for not fulfilling their commitment and causing distress to subscribers. Additionally, they should be held accountable for the delay and compensation provided, along with interest calculated on the Rs 56, 000 for three years. I earned this money through hard work, and I did not appreciate the pressure tactics employed by BYJU'S representatives who visited my home and insisted to buy their services before my daughter and my wife.                         I have taken one course from BYJU"s in jan 2023, for that byjus have taken a loan from your app without my consent. Then I cancelled that course for some reason in the month of feb 2023 .I also got a refund from Byjus but the loan is still active . Whenever i called the customer care of byjus to close that loan they asked to wait for completion of 1 years as they settle the loan after completion of 1 year but its still reflecting and going default . This is also impacting my cibil score . I only agreed to buy the course. They gave me the option of emi but they didn't inform me that they were going to take a loan from any app. so, once I cancelled the course I thought it would cancel automatically but it's still going on .

                        I request you to help me regarding this as they were not responding positively but I also got refunded so I thought it would also cancel automatically. I am attaching the cancellation mail that shows that course already gets cancelled in the month of feb 2023 itself. I am also attaching the agreement that I get from incred. Please look into this and do the needful to solve this issue as it is also affecting my cibil score.

                          My ward Naman Kumar Parida, got subscription for Byju's tuition center at Pimple Saudagar, Pune in April 2024, for classes 9th and 10th Since then there was no offline classes happened. Whenever I called and enquired, they said they will be starting next week. In June there were no online classes for 2 weeks as well and when I tried to reach out the tuition center no body was answering the calls.
                          On 19th June 2024 I went to the tuition center but surprisingly I found the center closed. There was no communication at all. I Immediately reached out to the help line, and they said they will escalate, I followed up after 24 hrs, 72 hrs but the status remained same, that they will escalate.
                          On 22nd June 2024 I wrote to [protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com and I got a support ticket number #7239241. And its almost a week now there is no updates, my follow up emails also not answered.
                          And now I am writing here, Kindly request my subscription and refund the amount paid. I opted for tuition offline and I didn't get that.

                            In byju's exam prep, live lectures that get recoreded, when i am trying to re-watch them any other time they are not playing ... It is showing vtt error I tried re-installing the app restarting the tab even logging in and watching on another device and on chrome same problem is still there . Please try resolving this issue as soon as possible.

                                I am writing to express my concern and seek immediate resolution regarding an unauthorized personal loan that has been activated on my father’s bank account.

                                My name is Ashutosh, and I had enrolled in your IAS course in September 2022. As per your policy, I made a down payment of INR 5, 000 and received the course materials, including 13 books and a tablet. However, after reviewing the course, I decided to return all materials within 7 days, well within the 15-day satisfaction guarantee period. The refund of INR 5, 000 was promptly processed and credited to my account within 10 days.

                                Since then, I have been preoccupied with my college commitments and did not notice any discrepancies until last month when I discovered that a personal loan by Byju’s was active on my father’s bank account. This loan has been deducting INR 6, 500 every month without my knowledge or consent.

                                I would like to highlight that at no point was I informed about this loan activation, nor does it align with your policy of canceling the course and issuing a full refund upon return of the materials. The lack of communication and transparency in this matter is highly concerning.

                                I have attempted to resolve this issue through your support team for over a month now but have not received adequate assistance or information.

                                Please consider this email as a formal request to immediately stop the deductions from my bank account and process a full refund for the unauthorized loan amount that has been collected thus far. If this matter is not addressed within the next 3 days, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to the Consumer Court for resolution.

                                I trust that Byju’s values its customers and will take prompt action to rectify this situation. Your immediate attention to this matter is highly appreciated.

                                  We enrolled JANVI JEEVAN in the BYJU'S offline program at the PALAKKAD center in KERALA on[protected] only because of offline classes at the centre. Unfortunately, we were recently informed that the PALAKAKD center has closed.(April 2024).
                                  I sent many emails regarding this, but pathetic response from their support

                                    Two persons from Byju's visited for my daughter (Apeksha Sharma) for free demo class in Feb 24. For this I was asked for the registration on the Byju's website for the premium service with EMI facility on Debit Card.
                                    My registered M.No. [protected].
                                    Dedicated teacher was promised for the student and routine monitoring of student progress was promised. I received the kit with in 7 days. I haven't taken any class through Byju's as no teacher contacted for the course.
                                    He assured me to get the confirmation call before start of the premium service. After confirmation only the payment will be processed for course.
                                    From then I haven't got the any call either from Byju's or by their any staff.
                                    I on 30 May 24, come to notice EMI amount is getting debited from my account.
                                    I contacted Byju's for cancellation and refund of Fee as student haven't taken any class and neither any teacher assigned for the course as promised.
                                    They are now saying no cancellation is permitted now. I am feeling cheated from them.

                                      My son, who is currently in Class XII, has registered with Byjus Online platform since Class VI. I have paid full amount for his online tuition till Class XII CBSE (including JEE NEET). As per the t & c, Byjus are required to send Study materials by post. Accordingly, I have been receiving the study materials till his Class XI. However, despite requesting them several times at [protected]@byjus.com giving details of Student's registered email id, contact number, they did not respond/ send the study materials.
