We received a Byjus kit on dated 07.03.2022 and we use it but no positive response received from this product for better education of my son. After that as per conversation with Mrs.Ismith kaur, my final decision that this kit is not useful for us and there have no syllabus, same in the school. So it's not useful ? for my son.
Kindly start the process of refund my paid money of Rs. 75, 000/-
I am still waiting from last 10 days for response due to refund or cancellation of registration but no response received from BYJU’S. Kindly solve my problem and help me to save my money.

      Order ID[protected], have requested cancellation of my enrollment within the 15 days policy, still not cancelled.

      I informed it the child's mentor within 15 days and he gave me coustomer care number where I should tell them. Later they forwarded me to various other departments and finally within 15 days I cancelled my subscription. on the call I had with the mentor, he told me that “if i have any issues or query related to byjus, i need not contact the counselor, one who helped me in enrolling into byjus. I can straight away contact to mentor, because he will be my primary point of contact.`` Also, by the end of the call I was given a mentor helpline number that would help me further.

      Then I spoke to helpline numbers, cancellation teams, and after a few days I received a call from the cancellation team. She mentioned that I informed them about my cancellation within 15 days policy and my request was forwarded on 23 december, assuring me that this process would take time but happen soon and asking for my co-operation.

      Even after all this happening for a month I started getting EMI messages and calls on my enrollment. I requested byjus to please look into this and help me solve it as soon as possible.

      Mailed the same to byjus. And also added recored audios supporting my complain.

      It's been 3 months I cancelled my subscription but still I get Bank messages regarding my EMI, with the banker's call pestering to fulfill payment.

      After asking for help, to every person of byjus I met, and doing everything i was asked for, as my queries are not being answered, I ask consumer care to please help me unsubscribe and guide me with anything that can be done regarding EMIs

        I've buyed byjus subscription in july 2021 for 11+12 jee

        But now I am not able to understand anything as they were just teaching like a flow not think that wheather a child they understood or not. I'M not able to manage my school with byjus and due to this I didn't get much time to revise my older concepts . the test series is also not in the structure way . Syllabus also completed . But my 11 has many backlogs due to incomplete notes of byjus live classes whenever I told this problem to them they always tell me to revise this concepts from the app which are not usefull for me. i've not attend any class in month of february and I can say I get much use and save lot time . They should cancel my course now. And to provide refund of this month.(march2022)

          We received a Byjus kit on dated 03.03.2022 and we use it but no positive response received from this product for better education of my son. After that as per conversation with Mr. Deepak bhargav, my final decision that this kit is not useful for us and there have no syllabus, same in the school. So it's not useful ? for my son.
          Kindly start the process of refund my paid money of Rs. 44, 000/-

            I received the product and my loan got rejected so I requested the byjus person for cancellation which didn't happen.yet. though we. Informed couple of times to manisha from whom I received the product..even confirmed to bank guys from byjus for cancellation. When I called customer support it's always busy and today it got connected and they say no 1.still raised cancellation and ur 15days trial is gone..this is surprisingly cheating to customers for selling their products at any cost to reach their targets.

              I am Mohamed Mafrooth's uncle. We purchased Aakash Byjus Neet Jee course on October 2021 for Rs.70, 000+5000(down payment). There is lot of issues while watching recorded session of online classes. Student facing this issues from last year itself we also raised query for this issue but there is no improvement in this issue. Days are gone, Months are gone but the issue is not resolved. So please kindly understand our situation and refund our amount as soon as possible. Thank you and do the needful.

                  Based on the discussions and also the guidance given by your coordinator Mr. Abhilash Purohit (E No[protected] on 17/11/2021, I enrolled my son Avinash. S for BYJUs learning program for two years, 11th and 12th with complementary classes for 10th as well with both options online and physical classes.
                  Accordingly, on the same day itself, we paid an upfront payment of Rs. 14000/- (Rupees Fourteen thousand only) together with the option to pay the balance in 10 EMI at Rs. 10583/- each. Due to Covid-19 situation, we couldn’t approach any Akash Centre for physical classes immediately after the enrolment but we visited Akash Punjabi Bagh Centre on 18/02/2022 for physical classes. They declined to take physical classes and advised us that the provided product doesn’t have the option for physical classes. My son was not interested to go on only with online classes and accordingly he decided to drop your online programme. This decision was informed to your customer vide our email dated 19/02/2022. We also requested in our email to cancel the programme and also to cancel all EMI payments starting from March 2022 onwards.

                  Inspite of our repeated requests till date the EMIs have not been cancelled rather I am receiving a numerous calls every day from your customer care for the March payment. I never expected such irresponsible act on behalf of a highly reputed organisation such as yours.

                  I therefore request your goodself to cancel all EMIs immediately and refund if any and make arrangements so as I should not receive any annoyance calls anymore.

                    This is Vaishali, my both kids got admitted to Byjus online class after lots of ill advices, we took loan provided by Byjus, and were garunteed if we do not like we can cancel, now the problem is after 28 days we wanted to cancel the contract, they are forcing to pay the emi, and the advison mr Kumar never comes back, and the collection people call for 1000 times to make the payment with alternate numbers,

                    Kindly help us ...

I’ve told them several times that we was not interested and would like to be removed from their contact list but the continue to try to force this down our throat. I do not want to have anything to do with company. This has been going on for almost 2 years. Ridiculous

                      We had subscribed to byjus, but within 15 days we cancelled the order. Even after cancelling the order, money has been deducted from the account and again they have refunded it back. But now the amount is in -ve and whatever money goes in to the bank everything is again deducted by byjus.

                        I am Afsal Hisham, i purchased byjus course on February 2021 i taken both offline as well as online course in byjus but the mentors put me in the online classes batch which is started October 2020 so that i can't able understand physics and chemistry because they put me in the middle of the ongoing online classes which covered all the basic so that I asked for the recorded session of online classes but the respond from the mentor side is not proper and also there are more queries and issues in the online classes. So that please help me in that for cancellation and refund. Thank you and kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                          I have acknowledged trail version package for 15days and coarse material 67000rupees now I have cancelled after 7days of trail mentor and at manager both have called and we explained the reason for cancellation.
                          After that Byju’s development officer and mentor no one is picking the call.
                          Even customer care also not connecting.

                            My daughter I.J.Nila was enrolled for 4 years class in Biju's but due to some financial situation I am not able to pay the emi! its been tough so I want to cancel the further emi and enroll her for the classes only for the years we had paid the amt paid is Rs 39750 .
                            Or if you wont allow for even the amt we paid its okay I want to opt out .But I think we will get what we have paid for !
                            I am not asking for any refund just we want to get rid of this harrsament of calls and EMI PLEASE.

                            I am getting a lot of calls from Byjus and now they had agreed to cancel the EMI but they say it would take upto 21 days .The problem is I am being bombarded with their finance team for payment daily atleast 5 to 6 calls .
                            No other option but have to tolerate their harassments calls for another 21 days .

                              I want to cancel my course and want my refund from BYJU'S. As I mail them and contacted them via there customer helpline number but they are just they'll contact me within 24 to 48 hours but it's more than 3 days they didn't contacted me yet. I haven't received any call from them. As per one of their employee told me not to accept that course which is going to be delivered if I want to cancel that course and i did the same. As per their policy emi auto debit process is going be start on 7 April 2022 through my account. And i want to cancel that course because of my personal issues and moreover I purchased that course for 2 years validation but when I got a confirmation call from them they informed me that course is valid for a year instead of 2 years. I paid a down payment of 10k to them on 26 feb 2022 and after they demanded more 5k but i denied to pay that amount because I dont have and after that they told me that they were going to pay that 5k for me through their ngo and when you got a call from our team for. Verification you have to agree for 15k down payments. I did the same. But before that i told them I want to cancel that course but they were saying to me that when the order is confirmed then we'll start the cancellation process before that we are not able to cancel that course. That is my issue and i just want my down payment back and auto debit process cancellation from my account. I hope you'll help me in that matter. Below I provide the transaction of 10k from my account to Byju's.

                              They refunded my down payments. Thanks to them. I called them via there customer care number and email. There seniors contacted me and assure that they'll refund within 10 working days and they refunded all the payments within 4 to 5 days. I am grateful for that and thanks to all BYJU'S team. They informed me through their email ([email protected]) .

                                Dear team
                                This is to bring to your kind notice that my daughter had enrolled herself for the online Science demo class of yours for 5th class in the month of September 2021. After that I got a call from your executive and I told him that I was not interested to enroll her for current session but I would enroll in next class.
                                Despite that till date I am getting frequent calls from BYJU'S which is really bothersome.
                                And yesterday they just crossed the limits.
                                I got a call at 3:59 pm dt.[protected] and the person introduced himself as BYJU'S employee from headoffice Chandigarh and the name displayed on truecaller was Hemank Sethi. When I told him that I am not interested in present session and I am busy somewhere.
                                I was shocked to listen to his reply. He said, "Oh so you are too busy to listen to me, Are you a CM of some state" and then he disconnected.
                                I am sorry to say that if you have employed such ill mannered employees then definitely they will bring only a bad name to your company. As even I have decided I will neither go for BYJU'S in future nor recommend it to anyone. And also communicate to nearby schools which is promoting BYJU'S.

                                I got a call from the senior manager. They transferred my call to the cancellation department. The cancel department did not attend the call, so I did not talk to the cancel department. the same problem is with my customer care number when i place a call after that my call is transferred then not attended.I request that I get a call from the direct cancellation department so that I can cancel my course

                                I had mailed Byju for course cancellation and my course was not cancelled.I have received the order number SHO1-[protected], dated 01 March 2022.I called on March 8 to cancel the course and mailed on March 9, 10.Even after that my course was not canceled due to which I have lodged a complaint on consumer helpline number due to worry.  Whose docket number is 3347023 please cancel my course

                                    As we have been continuously trying to call the customer care/ support team at Byju’s and with Mr. Avijit Ghosh for the course discontinuation and EMI cancellation which is being debited monthly, and even drop an email for the cancellation process, as we have contacted the concerned number +91-[protected], as mentioned on the Byju's website and even requested for cancellation on the website page: https://byjus.com/support-center/, but the team have been very adamant and are very reluctant to address to our issue, as we have requested for cancellation and not refund of money which has already debited monthly.

                                    So, we are obliged to address this issue at your level before seeking further assistance from national public consumer disputes redressal forum, so we once again seek your cooperation and to resolve this issue at the earliest.
