Order ID[protected], have requested cancellation of my enrollment within the 15 days policy, still not cancelled.
I informed it the child's mentor within 15 days and he gave me coustomer care number where I should tell them. Later they forwarded me to various other departments and finally within 15 days I cancelled my subscription. on the call I had with the mentor, he told me that “if i have any issues or query related to byjus, i need not contact the counselor, one who helped me in enrolling into byjus. I can straight away contact to mentor, because he will be my primary point of contact.`` Also, by the end of the call I was given a mentor helpline number that would help me further.
Then I spoke to helpline numbers, cancellation teams, and after a few days I received a call from the cancellation team. She mentioned that I informed them about my cancellation within 15 days policy and my request was forwarded on 23 december, assuring me that this process would take time but happen soon and asking for my co-operation.
Even after all this happening for a month I started getting EMI messages and calls on my enrollment. I requested byjus to please look into this and help me solve it as soon as possible.
Mailed the same to byjus. And also added recored audios supporting my complain.
It's been 3 months I cancelled my subscription but still I get Bank messages regarding my EMI, with the banker's call pestering to fulfill payment.
After asking for help, to every person of byjus I met, and doing everything i was asked for, as my queries are not being answered, I ask consumer care to please help me unsubscribe and guide me with anything that can be done regarding EMIs
