Invoice No: BYJUS[protected] total Value for invoice was 42, 000, but my son VEDANT RASTOGI is not able to understand the method of teaching of the video.also the sales and marketing team convey and committed us that there will be a special mentor will be assigned to you for friday and saturday on which no mentor was assigned after few months the sales and marketing team who made us enrolled were not answering our calls and those moments were the phase of first CORONA wave on which my family people and my near and dear were lost we were in shock we were not able to get settle between this corona we had a fire at our home we had a huge loss now tell how can we made a proper follow up on which your companies vision to snatch the payment from us for the services we haven't used and not using. after so many mails and reminders you all never replied we always get a call from your customer care they make a drama on phone calls they will keep you busy that you please be on line we are check your details and they themself disconnect the cat catch your activities this will be highlighted to the public . We are surrendering your all books and tabs will courier it to you by postal you all are answerable for every step . we want all our amount we are not asking for any compensation if now its being delayed we are going to claim the compensation for the delays you all have made
there is few reasons for this decision:
Byjus person's are just forcing to use the product irrespective of that the product is useful for the buyer or not. Byju's cancelation /refund policy said that the buyer can return the product within 15 days of trial period and the refund will be processed within next 10 days; but after talking with Mr. Rahul bist, Meghna they said that we will not process the cancelation as there is no defect in the product and suggest just keeping use the product.
I think the Byju's team just want to pass the 15 day of trial period so that they will not be liable for cancellation or refund
There are few more concerns because of all of that we are not comfortable with your suggestions given at the time of counseling, so My humble request, please Cancel the order without any more cross questions and suggestions and delay and refund the amount remitted to Byjus.
BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

We are and we have been raising a complaint against BYJUS for there product, we request you to kindly help us, as we have been forcefully handed the product and that too without any intimation, and also all the process have been done from the BYJUS executive regarding the loan of 47000, as the same will start deducting from the month of September .We have been raising complaint and many follow ups have been done but no response from their end..
