We have received byjus product in october 2021, now nearly 4 months is going on, but no mentor was appointed us, we called nobody times to byjus Enquiry through phone, only 5 times was responded, but no use, mentor was not appointed yet, not only that they are talking to customer is very irresponsible, hence appoint a mentor for us urgently,

    I have asked for 15day trail.during the trail period i asked 4gb ram with 128gb rom samsung tablet but they have provided 2gm ram with 32gb rom. So i request cancelling before 15 days. They have not cancelled during 15 days trail period extending the days they asked for plan change from rs. 72000 to rs. 54000. Still now they haven't provided the replacement of tablet. So i requested for cancellation but they said you can't cancel you to continue but my emi is not started. Kindly do the needfull

      Maine bahut baar request kiya hoo byjus ko ki mera loan close kr dijiye mai loan jama krne ke condition me nhi hoo mai apni wife ka hospital kharch Dene me muskil ho raha hai to mai kaha se byjus ko loan de paaunga mai bahut baar phone kr ke bola ki mera loan close kr dijiye but koi response nhi aaya hai byjus ke traf se aur me account ka civil pahle se kharb tha phir byjus ne mera loan activate kr diya Bina hmse se confirm kiye ...isiliye Mera byjus se request hai ki please mera loan cancel kijiye nhi to mai police complain krunga ..bahut torcher krte hai loan ke liye ..maine byjus ka koi bhi class attain nhi kiya hoo to kis baat ka paisa maanga Jaa rha hai ..hmse 15000 liya hai product ke liye but jisne mujhe tab dilwaya unhone 5000 hi downpayment kiya aur mujhe tab aur books mili hai us se mai koi bhi class avi tk join nhi Kiya hoo... please aap mera loan close karwaye

        I am PAWAN KUMAR.We have took an 4th Class course near byjus with our registered number [protected] on date 13 Dec 2021.We are unexpectedly stucked in crisis as my wife was admited in hospital.Due to these pandemic times we are suffering alot financially and its all happened in sudden.We understood that we had got in to severe conditions and we cant afford to pay the EMI's even.Keeping all these in mind, we applied for cancellation before they attempted their delivery to us.After applying for cancellation they sent us their delivery.As we already applied for a cancellation, we rejected to take the delivery and sent back those products with that same delivery boy.Now, We are not taking any of their services & education from them.Even after applying for cancellation and rejecting their delivery.We have kept those money for our husbands treatment thinking that EMI is not going to be debited as we applied for cancellation.But these ruthless BYJUS people had debited the EMI and pushed us in to some more problems.I had attached all the mails and bill summaries to this mail.Please give a justice to us.Take this issue in to your concern and see that our cancellation and please Stop My EMI loan.I request to our Byjus mentor

          I have took byjus subscriprion for 2 years and payed 41k for the course through emi.. Now I don't want to continue this year because of certain reasons... So i want refund some money back after cutting price for 1 year and tablet...

            I am from Tamil Nadu .My daughter is studying 8th std.one day I got a call from byju's that my child has got a scholarship for her studies and their representative will reach our home regarding this. A person came to our home and he informed us about the trail period of the byju's class and we will get a call from the company after the trail period to conform our willingness to continue with byju's, If we need to continue the course we can continue by answering and informing to the company. He informed 8th std is free for you and we have to pay for 9th and 10th classes as it was a scholarship scheme . We said we cannot afford the money so he suggested us to apply for am EMI from the bank. After the trial my daughter was not satisfied with Byju's classes . We never got call a from byju's also. Since we are new to Byju's we did not know what to do next. Then we got sms from the bank regarding the EMI then i contacted the byju's helpline from last week of january till date but no action was taken regarding the cancellation. i am not been able to pay the EMI but penalty was taken twice from my account in one month. I don't know what to do regaring this and i am taking to the mentor regarding the cancellation but till now they are not cancelling the policy. Please take to concederation and please for god shake cancel the programme and releave me from this suituation or give idea regarding this. really i got fed up with this byjus.

              We enrolled our daughter for JEE advanced course of Byju with 11th and 12th. Earlier we received good response and books for class 10th. But later noone is responding. 11th class is going to finish but we haven't received any textbooks. No mentor is answering. We are clueless whom we should talk. As the person we helped us with procedure is not answering or responding our calls
              We didn't expect this service from one of the best company in its field. Please help us with a solution

                  I Dattatraya Sahebrao Shriram I did purchasebyjus Subscription first time his mentor came he made a very wrong commitment and then I called him many times for the reason of canceling my subscription but I did not get any proper response from him due to his wrong commitment All I am canceling is just a problem from them so byjus people now say you will have to pay 21000 and get the remaining amount back only two months ago and my daughter only sees that they uploaded video in it they take 21000 which is wrong commitment byjus peoples will do and the loss will be borne by the customer .
                  The very wrong deal is done by the people with byjus so we have to work hard and make money and give it to these people. However, I request you to cancel my full subscription and return my full money. There is nothing wrong with me in this. Although all the wrong commitments have been made by byjus, I request you to return my full amount.

                      I have take subscription from by jus 19 dec 2022 that time by jus person told me many commitment and promises but till two month complete i have not received proper response from by jus.

                      I have many time request to by jus team please cancel my subscription cause of not get proper response and service from them but they have not given me proper response and solution last one and half month i take follow up .

                        I had cancelled my bygus subscription.
                        Even i spoke to my mentor about this cancellation. They're not taken seriously about this. Even I paid regularly four emi. Due to lose of job I could not able to pay emi. Even I not finding any improvement in my son. It's totally waste of time.

                          I had applied at byjus.Here HR department have no sense of talk, how to talk with the candidates, misbehaved HR's here.They think candidate is begger.language of talking you can't imagine.toxic words, tone of language.
                          They don't know how to talk properly.i don't to write her name.her tone and ego that she is in the position of HR she have alot of work and she can't wait for any candidate even when only and only mistake of her.providing wrong informantions and still showing ego and blaming on others

                          If you respect your self never apply here
                          After doing work here you feel guilty and shamefull.even they not feel shame when they insulting the child in front of there parents just to increase there sales.

                          If your child is valuable do not take subcritions.they are doing cheating...

                            I joined in Byjus IAS course.Monthly I'm paying 5833 as my emi.I was not able to pay it on time so a person from finance byjus called spoked in I'll manner to my mom and me.They use abusive words and pushing us to pay money immediately.I informed my concern regarding this and my situation for not paying the sum of money, but they denied with their stupid cancellation policy.They has to answer for this and pay back my money

                                After calling by byjus representative we prepare but not sure for admission in byjus for my son name Zuhad Katewala. After forcefully conveyance we make advance of Rs.5000 by my credit card and paid the payment. But family not sure for this education and want to cancel the same. Then same day I request to the concern person Mr. For cancellation of course. He replied to me that you make a full amount cheque in favour of byjus and send only soft copy to me and he will cancel the course and refund our amount of 5000 rupees which is already deducted from my credit card. Without this procedure not able to cancell this course. As per instruction we have fullfill the same. After the same procedure his phone switch off and his whatsapp is also not responding. After we send a mail to customer support, customer care and [protected]@byjus.com but reply recieved only we tried to resolve your query and possible in few days or something. But no payment make since last 6 months.

                                We are and we have been raising a complaint against BYJUS for there product, we request you to kindly help us, as we have been forcefully handed the product and that too without any intimation, and also all the process have been done from the BYJUS executive regarding the loan of 47000, as the same will start deducting from the month of September .We have been raising complaint and many follow ups have been done but no response from their end..

                                  This is to bring to your notice that my daughter is a member/student of byju's since 2020. We got her enrolled for class 1 to class 3, but she got her books and memory cards for class 1 both the volumes, but didn't got class 2 books.After complaining/telling the mentor and different support staff for months my complaint is still pending.My daughter's class 2 session is coming to an end but still no response from your team.Is this what Mr. Byju Raveendran's vission..As a parent we are disappointed.
                                  Please see the matter on urgent basis.

                                    We have complained in sept 2021 and till date out complaint not resolved. They told mentor will call. But till date no call from mentor and customer care about complaint.
                                    We have given the money and after that to responsibility from their side. So I am totally unsatisfied with such a big foundation.

                                      Byju's international support is the worst. I have moved recenetly to canada and had informed them that I will be doing so. then it was said, they offer international support. Instead, they changed the mentor and provided a worst experience ever. Initail 3 months were happy. the newly assigned mentor is not responsible and never reaches for the request. Complained this to support.byjus.com and nsme-sake enquiry was there. But no satisfying action.
                                      When we enroll a child to the school, we do not ask the time table, syllabus and teachers every month. But here it is the other way around. you need to get frustrated for the money you paid. We lost the interest.

                                        I have purchased online Classroom Program course of Aakash Byjus 11th+12th and later on I have given request for cancelation of course which is in EMI because I want to join offline Classroom program from next month.
                                        But they are not canceling it and it has been 20 Days of submitting cancelation request to them.
                                        I want them to cancel my subscription so that I can join my offline classes
