One of the senior counsellor ob byju's Mr Aadarsh Srivastava(emp id- TNL[protected]continue forcing and harassing to take loan from bank and byju's product...

Request was sent for cancellation the product and refund by phone many times by dialing Byju's Help line No. [protected]. I have not received any suggestion for refund process. Please help me.

I have joined NEET REAPEATER 2022 BATCH.Counsellor in byjus said that we can cancel and refund if we are not inetrest within 15 days trial.I have used for 4 days out of 15 days trial (sd card delivered in25/02/2022).The classes are not good as they have told.They are not response to doubts which i have asked in doubt portal box.they said that they will clear doubts 24/7Ttotally the classes was not as they have told.

So I want to cancel the subscription But when I called them for cancelling subscription and refund they are not responding

so PLEASE HELP US TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND THE MONEY OF 52, 000/-

I told many times to company for cancellation of byjus product by many call and email. He told take action but he can't cancel product.
I feel abnormal behaviour when he call for EMI and get fear of bank loan requry. I want to cancel byjus product but can't cancel.
I fear condition and want take legal action against byjus.

Very bad experience from your side. Multiple times I tried to discuss with the team but your team didn't give me proper response.

One educational counsellor visited our place by saying that through school league my child has received scholarship. Despite repeatedly asking sum time to decide, he putted us on so much pressure that give me registartion amount / security amount otherwise scholarship will be over as soon as he move from our house. On a 19th feb2022 he insisted to made payment of Rs. 5000. Company is not providing any learning material after payment of Rs. 5000. When I asked a few of my queries he became restless & misbehaving . Kindly cancel & refund my payment on as soon as possible.

Visited counsellor person name is Mr. Pankaj ( [protected]). Multiple time discussed with him, he is not giving response in proper manner.

I have shared all credentials details to you for cancellation of my education policy & reimbursed some aerrier amount. Security amount paid by us is Rs. 5000.

I discussed it with Mr. Pankaj. He told me that the amount paid will be refunded soon but still I am waiting for refunded amount in my account,

Already raised complaint with Byjus. They provided request ID 24565835 on 17th November 2021 vide email from [protected]@byjus.com. But the request is not resolved aven after reminders and several attempts to reach Byjus.

I took this course for my daughter who is in class 5th.
They have policy if you do not like service you can cancel the subscription and we will pay your registration fee along with subscription.
I started to connect to them after 10 days, as they have very bad service even no service. I could connect after 18 days. And they are saying cancellation policy works for 15 days only.
Their counselor had assured me that EMI can be cancelled any moment if you do not like service. and it is obvious we can cancel EMi for any load and i did in past.
I told them keep registration fee with you even i could not connect to them due to problem from their side.
I requested them to cancel my ECS/EMI. First installment is due by 1 week of March.
I have sent mails to the cancellation team, the mentor assured me that he has forwarded my request of cancellation and I will get a call from the senior manager for verification with 24 hours but no calls I have received till now .
Their mentor is also not worrying about teaching or guiding. I will be paying for no service.
After so many attempt i could connect them and they are saying EMI cancellation is not possible after 15 days.
I am sure it is possible otherwise i will be paying for No service
My first EMI is coming in 5th of March. They are not ceancelling . Can someone guide or help on this.

My wife download your aap during the registration it needs mobile number but that number was missed and the the guy from Kashmir Srinagar start to call, what type of service is it by misusing privacy need to investigate as soon as possible

I am Vishnu priya, mother of Kanishk Royal 3rd class and Mahatej Royal-u.k.g. The Issue is schools are open for both the kids and school management has made the decision like attendance is mandatory, so we are sending my kids to school. so they do not have much time to attend the BYju's classes and they are not showing any interest to open the tab and refer to the worksheets.
We Informed the same to the Mentor 3 days back, sending this email for your confirmation.

So kindly we request you to cancel the BYju's classes for both the kids.

We have received byjus product in october 2021, now nearly 4 months is going on, but no mentor was appointed us, we called nobody times to byjus Enquiry through phone, only 5 times was responded, but no use, mentor was not appointed yet, not only that they are talking to customer is very irresponsible, hence appoint a mentor for us urgently,

I have asked for 15day trail.during the trail period i asked 4gb ram with 128gb rom samsung tablet but they have provided 2gm ram with 32gb rom. So i request cancelling before 15 days. They have not cancelled during 15 days trail period extending the days they asked for plan change from rs. 72000 to rs. 54000. Still now they haven't provided the replacement of tablet. So i requested for cancellation but they said you can't cancel you to continue but my emi is not started. Kindly do the needfull

I am PAWAN KUMAR.We have took an 4th Class course near byjus with our registered number [protected] on date 13 Dec 2021.We are unexpectedly stucked in crisis as my wife was admited in hospital.Due to these pandemic times we are suffering alot financially and its all happened in sudden.We understood that we had got in to severe conditions and we cant afford to pay the EMI's even.Keeping all these in mind, we applied for cancellation before they attempted their delivery to us.After applying for cancellation they sent us their delivery.As we already applied for a cancellation, we rejected to take the delivery and sent back those products with that same delivery boy.Now, We are not taking any of their services & education from them.Even after applying for cancellation and rejecting their delivery.We have kept those money for our husbands treatment thinking that EMI is not going to be debited as we applied for cancellation.But these ruthless BYJUS people had debited the EMI and pushed us in to some more problems.I had attached all the mails and bill summaries to this mail.Please give a justice to us.Take this issue in to your concern and see that our cancellation and please Stop My EMI loan.I request to our Byjus mentor

I have took byjus subscriprion for 2 years and payed 41k for the course through emi.. Now I don't want to continue this year because of certain reasons... So i want refund some money back after cutting price for 1 year and tablet...

I am from Tamil Nadu .My daughter is studying 8th std.one day I got a call from byju's that my child has got a scholarship for her studies and their representative will reach our home regarding this. A person came to our home and he informed us about the trail period of the byju's class and we will get a call from the company after the trail period to conform our willingness to continue with byju's, If we need to continue the course we can continue by answering and informing to the company. He informed 8th std is free for you and we have to pay for 9th and 10th classes as it was a scholarship scheme . We said we cannot afford the money so he suggested us to apply for am EMI from the bank. After the trial my daughter was not satisfied with Byju's classes . We never got call a from byju's also. Since we are new to Byju's we did not know what to do next. Then we got sms from the bank regarding the EMI then i contacted the byju's helpline from last week of january till date but no action was taken regarding the cancellation. i am not been able to pay the EMI but penalty was taken twice from my account in one month. I don't know what to do regaring this and i am taking to the mentor regarding the cancellation but till now they are not cancelling the policy. Please take to concederation and please for god shake cancel the programme and releave me from this suituation or give idea regarding this. really i got fed up with this byjus.

We enrolled our daughter for JEE advanced course of Byju with 11th and 12th. Earlier we received good response and books for class 10th. But later noone is responding. 11th class is going to finish but we haven't received any textbooks. No mentor is answering. We are clueless whom we should talk. As the person we helped us with procedure is not answering or responding our calls
We didn't expect this service from one of the best company in its field. Please help us with a solution
