Byjus said there will be call from manager of byjus regarding cancellation.But till now there is no response or call from byjus.

so please help us for cancellation and refund

I want to state that I, Sandeep Kumar had purchased IAS course for my wife Pooja Kumari in the month of Feb. Seerat madam was our councillor and she convinced us for purchasing it by telling us that we'll be able to cancel it with in 15 days after the delivery of the package. We got agree and paid 5000rs and gave our documents for EMI. After all the documentation done, I didn't received any video or link and no demo class. I many times asked madam seerat to send link, video etc of class but she didn't. Thus, a week passed and we received courier from Byzus. We received a tablet and the next day books. After receiving the tablet, we didn't find it helpful and told madam seerat about it. It had many problems. It was hanging and rebooting automatically. We explained our problem to seerat. Next day we received books and found they were not helpful. Same books I was already reading. So this course was useless for us. So I asked her to cancel the order. Then a mentor made us a call and gave us 14 days plan just like homework to a kid. So we requested her to cancel the order. She kept saying that she was doing but she didn't do anything. After 3, 4 days she gave a no. and said talk to cancellation department. When my called a madam picked the call and misbehaved with my wife. I again talked to Seerat. She said that she would do something and kept us hanging for 3, 4 days. She then started ignoring us, our calls, msgs. Then I said that I'll file a case against her if would not treat us well and after that I made a call to cancellation department, a mam picked up my call and she convinced me not to file case. She said that she had initiated my request I would receive a call and msg about cancellation. But i didn't receive any call or msg regarding cancellation. She just like seerat kept us hanging for about 10 days. In these days I made her many calls and sent msgs but she answered only few. For about last 10 days, whenever she picked up my phone or replied my msg, she said that she was checking.
Now I'm helpless. Therefore I request you to take suitable action against byjy's and it's these two employees

Sir I am Kanishka and Yashika's father Elumalai. Due to financial problem I have to cancel my daughter's course. Collect your tab & books.

I enrolled in Byjus for my daughter for 12th grade, and the counsellor promised that there will be a mentor specially assigned for my daughter, but not even once we could get mentor for clearing doubts. What is the use of just videos without any mentor. My daughter had number of doubts to clear but never got appointments, and this was not mentioned during the admission. Now I dont feel satisfied with the services and want my full refund as my daughter has not benefitted from this. Kindly refund my money at the earliest.
And please donot fool people of the services you are unable to give.

We have been trying to contact Mentor for last 3 days, every time we are told that issue has been escalated and you will get a call in 15 minutes. But we have not received a call since last 3 days. Issue is related to counselling which was planned on Monday but we didn't received passcode for Zoom meeting nor we received any communication on rescheduling. Also, books are not dispatched despite of confirmation 2 weeks ago.
Services of BYJU's are deteriorating day by day.

I bought byjus membership 3 month ago and have filled 3 EMI but now I want to cancel as my parents dont have suffient amount to pay due to some personal problem. I dont want any refund or anything but I just want it to cancel now. And not call me again and again

I request you to inform here that i cancel my byjus subscription before I receive the products but still i didn't get my refund. So I kindly request you to help me to get my refund immediately.

Hi I am nikhil few months ago I took a admission on byjus after few our family was going from a crisis in which my mom runs a driving school which not running properly our father lives with and my and my grand mother runs the we were unable to pay our bills till but the byjus people are calling us and sating to pay 7.5k per although we requesting them from 19-20 after the admission and they are they can't do and we should pay the money if we didnt we will go through debt 1 lakh so please please help us we are huge family criss although we paid the first installment we were told that if you pay the first installment you can apply for cancelation but after paying they told its not possible...please please help us 😭😭😭 you guys our last hope ✌

Hi I have alresdy sent mail last week that I want to cancel my byjus plan, I'm not paying any emi nor any penalties associated.If I get any calls or messages then I will go legal and social media.

I have been using byjus product for jee from 7-8 months but I am not satisfied with it and due to financial problems I want to cancel my product . But when I call the helpline, they say that you are not eligible for cancellation because our policy says that within 15 days of delivery you have to place return request after that we will not accept it.
But I want to return the product and I will be unable to pay further emi ...

Cancellation Byju course ORDER DERAIL: SO-[protected]

I was purchased the product two months back till date and I have checked this product, the product does not fit my childer and does not afford this so I have canceled within 15days. But I receive an EMI deduction message and I call the finance department does not connect my call.

Byjus making false promises, BYJU’S is forcing me to use course even though cancellation is initiated by mentor within 15 days and loan partner Avanse is talking very rude to pay first month emi, no one is responding properly it’s effecting my CIBIL score.
Senior manager will call when we register complaint but no response the next day

I want to cancel my admission, I have complained many times for refund and cancellation of admission but no response has come till now.This month they also cut my emi despite my complaint, so I want my refund.

इसही क्रम में उसने यह प्रोडक्ट मेरी पुत्री कर्तिशा यादव जो कि 4th क्लास मे पढ़ती है उसके लिए यह प्रोडक्ट लेने के लिए प्रेरित किया। मेरे दारा साफ साफ मना कर दिया गया
तो प्रशान्त सिंह ने 15 दिन फ्री ट्रायल के बारे मे बताया और कहा 15 दिन बाद आप रखने से मना करेंगे तो यह कम्पनी वापस ले लेगी और आपको अपने 5000 रुपये वापस दे दिए जायेंगे
इस तरह प्रलोभन देकर प्रशान्त व कम्पनी स्कीम द्वारा मुझे वह फ्री ट्रायल लेने लिए बार-बार प्रेरित किया गया
2. यह कि प्रार्थी ने उक्त लोगों द्वारा दिखाये गये प्रोडक्ट व दिये गये आश्वासन पर विश्वास कर उस प्रोडल्ट को फ्री ट्रायल पर 15 दिन पर लेने व 15 दिन बाद पसन्द न आने पर वापस ले पर सहमती दी।
और उक्त प्रोडेकट के लिए प्रशान्त सिंह विष्ट भुझसे आधार कार्ड ब 5000 रुपय एडवांस ले लिए जो कि १५ दिन वाद वापस लौटा दिये जायेंगे। उसने मुझे विश्वास दिलाया कि मेरे साथ किसी प्रकार की
कोई धोखाधड़ी नहीं होगी अगले सप्ताह में यह किट आ जायेगी और वह वहां से यह सब बता कर चले गए
3. यह कि ०७/०९/ २०२१ को प्रशांत सिंह बिष्ट फिर से मेरे घर आते है और मुझसे कहते कि आपको किट फ्री ट्रायल के लिए तभी मिलेगा जब आप लोन वरिफिकेशन करवा लेते है
और कहते हैं कि यह तब ही Active होगा जब आप 15 दिन बाद इसे Active करने के लिए कहेंगे अन्यथा एक्टिव नही होगा। वह मेरे मोबाइल पर एक लिंक भेजकर
उसमे मेरे डेबिट कार्ड व बैंक अकाउंट का डिटेल भरवा लेते हैं एक प्लेन कागज पर चेक बुक डिटल रखकर उसमे साइन कराते हैं और उसका फोटो अपलोड कर लेते हैं
मेरे द्वारा तब भी इन्हे कहा जाता है कि फ़्री ट्रायल के लिए लोन कि प्रक्रिया को क्यों कर रहे हो वह बोला कि यह फ्री ट्रायल के लिए जरूरी फोर्मलटी है और आपकी सहमति के बिना यह लोन चालू नही होगा।
4. यह कि दिनांक १२/१/२०२१ को यह किट मेरे पास आ जाती है जिसमे टोबलेट था और उसी से Online क्लास भी करना था, पर क्लास लेने के 6-7 दिन बाद मेरी बेटी
इससे ऑनलाइन क्लास पसंद नही आया। प्रशान्त सिंह को फोन कर बोला कि इसप्रोडक्ट को भाप वापस ले जाए हमें नही रखना और हमसे जो रुपये लिए है वह हमें वापस कर दे और मेरे बोलने पर प्रशान्त ने
हमें आश्वाशन दिया कि वह इसे वापस करवा देंगे २७/०९/२०२१ तक प्रशांत का कोई रिपलाई नहीने पर 28/9/२०२। मेने मेल के माध्यम से कम्पनीको इन्फॉर्म कर प्रोडक्ट वापस ले जाने के लिए mail की और
प्रशांत सिंह बिष्ट को भी फोन कर बोला कि हमें यह प्रोडक्ट नही चाहिए इसे वापस ले जाएँ तो उसने हमें बोला कि आप चिन्ता ना करें return का प्रोसस चल रहा तब तक आप इसे use करें। फिर अचानक मेरे
अकाउंट से लोन EMI कटनी चालू हो गयी तो मेने फिर से प्रशांत सिंह बिष्ट को call किया और बोला EMI क्यों काट रहे हो तो उसने विश्वास दिलाया कि return का प्रोसेस चल रहा है तो हमने भी विश्वास कर लिया।
फिर उसने मेरे फोन उठाने बंद कर दिए मेसेज का भी जवाब नही दिया तो हमें मालूम हुआ कि उसने मेरे साथ चीटिंग कि है और मुझे अँधेरे में रखकर मेरे नाम से लोन कराया है
5. मेरे द्वारा काफी मेल व call कम्पनी को समय समय पर किये गए परंतु कंपनी कि तरफ़ से कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिला
अत: प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत कर अर्ज है कि प्रार्थी का प्रार्थना पत्र स्वीकार फरमाकर BYJUS कम्पनी के कर्मचारी प्रशान्त सिंह बिष्ट, कम्पनी मालिक रविन्द्र बायजू, दिव्यागोकुलनाथ बायजू व अन्य के विरुद्ध कानूनी कार्यवाही कर
उन्हें उनके द्वारा कारित अपराध के लिए दंडित करने की कृपा करे।

I want cancelled the packages please refund my amount

A horrifying case happened with Nuru-Sabah from Ajmer. In January Mr. Parveen (counsellor) lured her to take a demo plan for a month and told her that before completing a month she can cancel it anytime. Later on before one month's completion she reported to the counsellor that she is not interested in it anymore and she wants to withdraw. The counsellor reported her back that okay her scheme/plan has been cancelled. Also she made an initial deposit of INR 5000 which she was informed that will be refunded back to her. She called again and again but still no refund has been made to her.
Later on after a month as she got as she was satisfied (after her call with counsellor regarding successful cancellation), to her surprise she again got a message to deposit next month's fees. Than she again called counsellor about this, counsellor replied that yes her plan has already got cancelled and she is not required to pay any fees further. As she is not an educated person, she don't know much about all these IT stuffs and techniques. Because she is a poor lady and struggles daily for her food and basic needs (for her and her son), she can't afford a mobile and she is conversing with counsellor over her brother's borrowed phone.
Recently she again got informed from byju that her plan is still active and she has to pay 41000 INR as a whole year's fees for her plan.
After this she again complained to the counsellor, but the counsellor is not agreeing for cancellation and about refunding her initial deposit and not even picking her calls now.
She is not much educated and comes from a BPL (lower earning) society, she works in neighborhood houses to earn her livelihood. How could anyone think that she can pay for all these expensive courses?
Now byju is forcing her to continue in that batch and deposit the money every month. Eventually she cancelled the plan as her son, who is very small (at his age) and everything is in English language. English is a language, which she or her son are unable to understand currently.

People who are asking her for money have started talking to her very rudely now.

Please help her toward the cancellation and refund her money.

We have found that it os of no use to us hence we have tried many times to cancel the classes but we have got no response from thier side, hence we are compelled to bounce their EMI; but it is going to spoil our cibil, even though we are compelled to do so.
