As we have been continuously trying to call the customer care/ support team at Byju’s and with Mr. Avijit Ghosh for the course discontinuation and EMI cancellation which is being debited monthly, and even drop an email for the cancellation process, as we have contacted the concerned number +91-[protected], as mentioned on the Byju's website and even requested for cancellation on the website page: https://byjus.com/support-center/, but the team have been very adamant and are very reluctant to address to our issue, as we have requested for cancellation and not refund of money which has already debited monthly.

So, we are obliged to address this issue at your level before seeking further assistance from national public consumer disputes redressal forum, so we once again seek your cooperation and to resolve this issue at the earliest.

        Hello, My name is M.Thamarai Selvan I am buyed a byjus product at January 15.I am tell my counselor suganya to cancel my byjus class in 15 trail days.But the class was not cancel, now one month over I am didn't attended any class in the byjus class.byjus sended me a message to paid a first EMI payment, so please kindly check my complain and cancel my byjus product immediately please.

          As we were requested for cancellation earlier to our mentor because of some health issues, he is saying that it is not possible now.But EMI is also being overdued.So please make a concern about dropping me from online classes.

              I took byjus subscription some months ago . I paid there EMI every month. But in this month, due to financial problem I want to cancel my course. But they refused to do it. They are fraud. The course is not helpful for me. It was very boring. I think the INDIAN GOVERNMENT should ban such a fraud educational platform.

                I am parent of Rythvika, we were proposed to opt this product by one of executive on 29th Jan 2022, After we realized that its not suitable for UKG student, we have asked for cancellation within a week as we have given trail period for 15 days to use even at first instance when we hesitate to use it.

                After we sent email to concerned department on 9th Feb regarding the same, we never even received single response from them if they are cancelling, Instead my money paid initially 5000 and then 5000+ amount deducted from Bank for EMI for which the product am not using at all. Till now response even to phone call i had waited for more than 1 hour.
                I really dont understand what type company it is why there is no proper response to complaint and worried to see my money are stolen

                  I had purchased IAS course from Byju's on 6th March and I had paid 15000 for it but later I canceled the course and since then I am complaining till today for my refund but my refund is not done yet please approve my refund i am attaching all my payment screen shot which i had done please check it your side and help me..Thank you

                        Dear Sir,
                        I'm trying for cancellation this package of byjus from 10th February 2020 but after many tries to councillor and after that in helpline nobody told me for this mail which I am using today. Byjus employee and system didn't help me for this. Councillor not responding after 19th February 2020 but he distracted me around cancellation told for cancellation in trial period I have to contact only him not to direct Byjus so I followed his instructions as he told me but he not responding from a month, I am cheated by him also by your system which not resolved this issue aftet many complaints. I hope here I can get resolution of this issue. So please cancel immediately this package and revert my refunds as soon as possible. As you can see in attached images of mail and voice recording I have requested within trial period but this package didn't cancel.

                        I am also trying to get it cancelled from past 1 week( I am also running in trail period with in 15 days ) my representative has switched Off Phone not responding her name is Chandana from bangalore. Parcel received from Bannerughata Bangalore. No call center is helping, they only say we will arrange a call but they are not doing so from past one week. I feel Byju's is Fraud one they are cheating many people like this to make money,

                            I want to state that I, Sandeep Kumar had purchased IAS course for my wife Pooja Kumari in the month of Feb. Seerat madam was our councillor and she convinced us for purchasing it by telling us that we'll be able to cancel it with in 15 days after the delivery of the package. We got agree and paid 5000rs and gave our documents for EMI. After all the documentation done, I didn't received any video or link and no demo class. I many times asked madam seerat to send link, video etc of class but she didn't. Thus, a week passed and we received courier from Byzus. We received a tablet and the next day books. After receiving the tablet, we didn't find it helpful and told madam seerat about it. It had many problems. It was hanging and rebooting automatically. We explained our problem to seerat. Next day we received books and found they were not helpful. Same books I was already reading. So this course was useless for us. So I asked her to cancel the order. Then a mentor made us a call and gave us 14 days plan just like homework to a kid. So we requested her to cancel the order. She kept saying that she was doing but she didn't do anything. After 3, 4 days she gave a no. and said talk to cancellation department. When my called a madam picked the call and misbehaved with my wife. I again talked to Seerat. She said that she would do something and kept us hanging for 3, 4 days. She then started ignoring us, our calls, msgs. Then I said that I'll file a case against her if would not treat us well and after that I made a call to cancellation department, a mam picked up my call and she convinced me not to file case. She said that she had initiated my request I would receive a call and msg about cancellation. But i didn't receive any call or msg regarding cancellation. She just like seerat kept us hanging for about 10 days. In these days I made her many calls and sent msgs but she answered only few. For about last 10 days, whenever she picked up my phone or replied my msg, she said that she was checking.
                            Now I'm helpless. Therefore I request you to take suitable action against byjy's and it's these two employees

                                I enrolled in Byjus for my daughter for 12th grade, and the counsellor promised that there will be a mentor specially assigned for my daughter, but not even once we could get mentor for clearing doubts. What is the use of just videos without any mentor. My daughter had number of doubts to clear but never got appointments, and this was not mentioned during the admission. Now I dont feel satisfied with the services and want my full refund as my daughter has not benefitted from this. Kindly refund my money at the earliest.
                                And please donot fool people of the services you are unable to give.

                                    We have been trying to contact Mentor for last 3 days, every time we are told that issue has been escalated and you will get a call in 15 minutes. But we have not received a call since last 3 days. Issue is related to counselling which was planned on Monday but we didn't received passcode for Zoom meeting nor we received any communication on rescheduling. Also, books are not dispatched despite of confirmation 2 weeks ago.
                                    Services of BYJU's are deteriorating day by day.

                                      I bought byjus membership 3 month ago and have filled 3 EMI but now I want to cancel as my parents dont have suffient amount to pay due to some personal problem. I dont want any refund or anything but I just want it to cancel now. And not call me again and again
