I already complained here. After this complaint counsellor called But still not agreeing for cancellation and refund money.
She forcing us to continue in that batch. She talked very rudely to us.
If she continue to force like this I will take legal action. (Thaenmozhi was her name)

Please help us to cancellation and refund money...

I'm getting frequent calls[protected] from BYJU's, informing that we have a special scholarship program for your kids future and so on, I've clearly informed them multiple times and still they are calling form different regions and disturbing me continuously. Need your immediate intervention on this and provide me with the solution for this.

I bought byjus membership 3 month ago and have filled 2 EMI but now I want to cancel as my parents dont have suffient amount to pay due to some personal problem. I dont want any refund or anything but I just want it to cancel now. And not call me again and again....

Byjus called and said there will be call from byjus counsellor within 24 hour for cancellation procedure. But we received no call from byjus. So PLEASE HELP US TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND THE MONEY....

Request was sent for cancellation the product and refund by phone many times by dialing Byju's Help line No. [protected]. I have not received any suggestion for refund process. Please help me....

I have joined NEET REAPEATER 2022 BATCH.Counsellor in byjus said that we can cancel and refund if we are not inetrest within 15 days trial.I have used for 4 days out of 15 days trial (sd card delivered in25/02/2022).The classes are not good as they have told.They are not response to doubts which i have asked in doubt portal box.they said that they will clear doubts 24/7Ttotally the classes was not as they have told.

I told many times to company for cancellation of byjus product by many call and email. He told take action but he can't cancel product.
I feel abnormal behaviour when he call for EMI and get fear of bank loan requry. I want to cancel byjus product but can't cancel.
I fear condition and want take legal action against byjus....

Very bad experience from your side. Multiple times I tried to discuss with the team but your team didn't give me proper response.

One educational counsellor visited our place by saying that through school league my child has received scholarship. Despite repeatedly asking sum time to decide, he putted us on so much pressure that give me registartion amount / security amount otherwise scholarship...

Already raised complaint with Byjus. They provided request ID 24565835 on 17th November 2021 vide email from [protected]@byjus.com. But the request is not resolved aven after reminders and several attempts to reach Byjus....

I took this course for my daughter who is in class 5th.
They have policy if you do not like service you can cancel the subscription and we will pay your registration fee along with subscription.
I started to connect to them after 10 days, as they have very bad service even no service. I could connect after 18 days. And they are saying cancellation policy works for 15 days only.

We have received byjus product in october 2021, now nearly 4 months is going on, but no mentor was appointed us, we called nobody times to byjus Enquiry through phone, only 5 times was responded, but no use, mentor was not appointed yet, not only that they are talking to customer is very irresponsible, hence appoint a mentor for us urgently,...

I have asked for 15day trail.during the trail period i asked 4gb ram with 128gb rom samsung tablet but they have provided 2gm ram with 32gb rom. So i request cancelling before 15 days. They have not cancelled during 15 days trail period extending the days they asked for plan change from rs. 72000 to rs. 54000. Still now they haven't provided the replacement of tablet. So i requested for cancellation but they said you can't cancel you to continue...
