My self Joseph.
I joined byjus Ias coaching in 18 February 2022 and paid 5000 for the first payment. And I get tablet and textbooks after one week. On March 30 i approached them to cancel my subscription because of financial problems. But they didn't replied properly. Now I got messages back to back for pay the emi due.
Now I'm in a financial problem and i cannot pay 4164 rupees. I want cancel the subscription completely.

      I've purchased BYJUS PREMIUM KIT for Class 7, 8, 9 and 10th.
      And in starting I just got my tablet and nothing else.

      I started learning, and then after 2-3 years, one of my friends also bought it and received all the study materials, hard copies, everything but I haven't received any for 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th Standard.

      As I've not received anything from them I want a refund as I've paid for that but doesn't received anything.

      As in Fee Distribution, I've paid for that (book, notes, hardcopies) but doesn't received anything.

      I want a refund for the materials below:

      (Prices are taken from their official website "https://shop.byjus.com/")

      Class 7 Books: 5500 INR
      Class 8 Books: 6500 INR
      Class 9 Books: 7000 INR
      Class 10 Books: 8000 INR

      Total: 27000 INR, I want as refund.

      As Byju's Customer Care Support talked to me regarding this, and they have said in an exchange of Class 7, 8, 9th Standard Books, they will now provide me 10, 11 & 12th Standard (JEE/PCM) books.

        Hi,
        Byjus Selaiyur - Chennai - Tamilnadu Approached our Appartments for conducting the marketing activities in early March, it was organised . They made change in the bill for more than 4 times, the last bill there was a mistake from our end on the date .
        Mr Anto Moros ( [protected]), not clear about his position, but his attitude in speaking and giggling in between, making fun on the other person on the otherside and talking nasty as if talking to the person by side, really dosent look asthetic for a company like Byjus, if he treat a Human Being like this . What will be his attitude towards the children coming to study . If my complaint is not addressed, i have the call recorded in my Phone . i Will register a Police complaint and i will also file this document as a supporting evidence. We had a great respect for Byjus and that is why we offered the marketing, not for induviduals .
        Let me know your action, we need an Apology letter from induvidual for his behaviour with our Association President

          Sir,
          This is to inform you that i've been trying to contact with my mentor since many days. But even after repeated calling, all i listen is "press 1 for the call back". I've done it several times but got no calls back! I don't understand the procedure for the queries and phone calls with the prescribed mentors. So it is my sincere request to you that please appoint new mentors for me or ask my mentor to contact with me as i have few questions . I hope i won't get to face this problem in future.

            Sir I have taken this course for my child . through Mr Aman Monga and I have pay 5000 through Paytm and rest 41900 through my credit card but after 7 days from taking this course my child is not satisfied than I call Mr Aman and say pls refund my money as soon as possible. He says ok with in 10-15 days money will be back but my first installment of credit card is also come and than i talk to Aman he is saying we will refund all from now no mentor and even Mr Aman is not picking up my phone.
            So I request you to please take some necessary action in this matter and refund my money.

                Sir I have wrongly registered with byjuice scholar plan of IAS.i am not Interested for byjuice tablets course. I told many times to counselor.but Stil pressrise for loan consent.once a loan of rs 50000 will start.how can you close and cancel loan by pay only 5000? if close and settle my CIBIL will effect.i am working with SBI.i know all process of loan.
                I have asked senior councillors to sent me monthly magazine of course materials.but they are consistently convince for negotiate loan 1st.i asked consent for 15 days refund policy.but didn't sending in mail.i am also selling loan product in my organization.before proceed we can cancel loan but not after negotiations.please refund my fund.byjuice is reputed study material organisation.i read many negative review by customer. this is the main reason.you have nothing clear consent.people will surely trust with you if clear all consent.

                  I want to cancel my admission, I have complained many times for refund and cancellation of admission but no response has come till now.
                  I sent more than 15 mails to [protected]@byjus.com and tried to reach on customer help line numbers [protected], [protected] with my registered mobile number however its connecting.
                  This is my second complaint, they marked resolved my previous complaint without solving the issue.

                      I Subscribed Byjus plan around 15 days ago and raised cancellation request within 8 days due to some various reasons. I sent more than 20 mails to [protected]@byjus.com and called to Byju's call center more than 50 times, they are not responding and not saying anything about my cancel request.
                      As per their policy we can cancel the subscription within 15 days then we will get our money back but in real time their service is very bad, they are cheating the people and playing with our emotions
                      WORST AND BAD SERVICE I EVER SEEN.
                      Government of India should take some action against this company about their fraud promises to the people .

                        I want to cancel my course and want my refund from BYJU'S. When I mail them and contacted them via their customer helpline number but they are just they'll contact me within 24 to 48 hours but it's more than two weeks since they didn't contact me yet. I haven't received any call from them. One of their employees told us they will cancel the course and let us know within 24 hrs that has been completed 3 days ago As per their policy EMI auto-debit process is going be start on 7 April 2022 through my account. And I want to cancel that course. And when I tried to call them and contact them there is no response from them. Please help me with this as soon as possible. There is no response from the customer service of BYJU'S when we tried to contact them and I have a 27, 000 down payment for the course.

                              Received call from your team saying that the NEFT details provided by me is not working and hence provided cheque leaf as well. Again received call saying that it is not working.

                              Have provided two different acc details for the transfer of funds on 1-Apr-2022 still the funds are not returned.

                                I have purchased learning program on 21st March 2022.
                                Byjus have promised for return and refund if made within 15 days.
                                Today is 13th day so I called and mailed.Our mentor replied that we will not give u refund eventhough 15 days not over.

                                On custercare nobody is receiving my phone .They have blocked it.

                                    I have purchased the product one week back the said modules and mentor support are not synced with oxford books (CBSC) which were discussed in counseling and no mentor support was received except one customer support number, most of the days this number is out of reach. I sent a mail to byjus support team/[protected]@byjus.com for a refund of the amount .case was raised within the time as per guideline ( before 15days of the product purchased ) but no one contacted or revert Please cancel the application and refund the amount 80K

                                      1. At the time of counselling it was confirmed that only 10 students will be in per batch but presently we have seen more than 20 students in one batch.
                                      2. At the time of counselling it was stated that all classes will have 2 teacher advantages + doubt’s clearing class ( extra class) but only one teacher is available throughout the class.
                                      3. As stated by mentor as well as counsellor that scheduled class for 1.30hrs but we have observed schedule class has completed only in 01hr.
                                      4. The time Table of the course is badly managed and poorly maintained.
                                      5. There are huge errors and irregularities i.e. Received mail for daily class but in the tab it was mentioned that I don't have any future sessions scheduled.
                                      6. Presently my son is in class V for this academic session 2022-23 but Byju’s mentor is not following class V CBSE syllabus.
                                      7.I have also faced similar issues for my daughter's online live class also. My daughter reads in class IX but classes that are going on for class 10 batch and sometimes for class 7th course. My daughter raised the concern during class but the class teacher replied that it was absolutely for the batch of class X. My daughter said, ``Ma'am, I am in class IX and I have no idea about class X syllabus. Ma'am replied you may drop now. This type of mistake is done by mentors regularly.

                                      As of now I have not received any mail confirmation or phone call regarding my issues. I have continuously tried to contact Mentor ( Diksha Sharma/ Sumalini Mukherjee), Councillor ( Shyan Das) and VP-GM ( Mr. Abhishek Pal) but they are not responding. From day one I have requested them to cancel my course and return my retention payment but all are saying " we are all concerned about your complaint" it should be resolved shortly. I have raised my concern from day one i.e[protected] and waited till now but i have not found any positive response. Now I think Byju's team is going to spoil my kids' careers. Request you kindly take up this matter seriously and istruct to Byju's to refund my money ASAP.

                                        The byjus team not responding calls of customers and customer care executive transfer calls to supporting team but we will wait an hour they were not responding calls and not cancelled our byjus classes and the loan team debited amount our accounts they both are playing with us.Give a severe warning and take action immediately and clear all pending cancellation of byjus classes.
