As per your employee mr. PULKIT SHARMA if you are not satisfied with the byjus you can return the course and tab within 15 days. Now i am trying to contact with him but his reply is he will do something. As he is only trying to pass the trial period of time. Even i am trying to call customer care center they are not picking up my phone or no response from your side. So kindly cancel my course and refund...

    I have enrolled my child for Grad 4, and paid 36, 500 for the product, the concelor said that there is 15 days trail period, if you do not like the product or any other problem you can cancel the product and take the refund, as my child is not comfortable with the product and due to some financial problem, j have registered for cancellation of the product with Request ID: 28405795
    While calling from my registered number to the mentor no. or the call center number, regularly they keep my phone ingaged by the trailer message.
    While calling with some other number they ask for the problem and do not process it further for resolution.
    I am getting fed up by bad service and unprofessional behaviour.
    Please help in faster resolution of problem and help in saving my hard earned money

      I take my admission in byjus in January and after taking admission no one responded me and didn't give me study materials and classes after that call in byjus customer service for cancelation my admission then they give me excuses and provide me study materials after one month but I don't want to continue with byjus organization because o[censored]nprofessional and bad behavior of executives and mentor but they are not giving me any response and they councilor verified loan on me through my phone which is I don't want and pressure me to verified loan .her councilor verified loan on behalf of me and I sent lots of mails to byjus aakash but they not responding to my mails and msg or call they executives not solved my problem and cut the call while I'm taking its make me mentally depressed and lose of my studies too

        Sir, Request was sent for cancellation the product and refund by phone many times by dialing Byju's Help line No. I have received 5 or 6 different persons from different phone numbers. They discussed with me about my problem and promise me to solve the problem. After 5 days no calls received from any mentor who were already discussed with me.

        Kindly solve my problem and help me to save my money Rs. 53, 000/-.

        Request to submit the following few lines for favour of kind consideration to solve my problem.

        Sri B.Bhagavan .(Mob.No.[protected]) and meet me in my house on 18.12.2021. He discussed with me about Byju’s Course for one hour. He promises me you can return Tab and Books within 15 days from delivery if you not required. Finally I attracted for 4th to 8th class (5 years Course) and I pay Rs.53, 000/-(payment particulars are here with attached). For payment transaction one another person from Byju’s Sri Pavan(Mob.No.[protected]) Contact me by Phone and share a link for payment process, further I paid Rs.53, 000/- by Credit card under No cost EMI.

        Than I have not received my product from Byju’s. I asked Number of times to Sri B.Bhagavan about delay. After 12.01.2022 Sri B.Bhagavan bring my Tab and Books by Hand. I found that my order delivered to Sri Lakshmana Rao, Hyderabad (Full address is here with attached) on 30.01.2021. I surprise and asked to Sri B.Bhagavan, why this happened . Sri B.Bhagavan told that “By mistake your order delivered to Sri Lakshmana Rao, Hyderabad . I went to Hyderabad and taken your order from Lakshmana Rao. No problem sir it happened by mistake”.

        After 10 Days on 22.01.2022 I was decided to return my product due to my child not able to listen Byju’s classes due to her busy schedule in school home and studies. That’s way I humble request with Sri B.Bhagavan and Sri Pavan (whatsapp chat with Two persons here with attached). Further I did not receive any instructions from both for cancel the product. Sri Pavan sir not lifting my phone and no reply for whatsapp chats. Only Sri B.Bhagavan lifting my phone and told “Ok sir. I will do. Please wait for some time. I will discuss with Sri Pavan sir than I will give how to cancel the product”. Finally he suggested call to Byju’s helpline Number. One mentor will call you and they explain how the process for cancelation.

        Then Request was sent for cancellation the product and refund by phone many times by dialing Byju's Help line No. [protected], I have received 5 or 6 different persons from different phone numbers. They discussed with me they told you have not ordered any Byju’s Course. This order is in the name of Sri Lakshmana Rao for Payment of Rs.53, 000/-.For this Payment we send 3 Tabs and 3 Courses to Sri Lakshmana Rao, Hyderabad. I got shocked why this happened. Then I explained to the mentor about my payment and send my payment particulars. They promise me to solve the problem. After 5 days no calls received from any mentor who was already discussed with me. Then I called Sri Lakshmana Rao, [protected] by phone he said that he paid Rs.80, 000/- for his 2 tabs and 2 courses . Please enquire his paid Rs.80, 000/- payment.

        Sir kindly please consider my cancelation request and Refund my money

          We taken course 10th 11th 12th price of 5 thousand through cheque and 68 thousand through EMI he said that if you don't like you can return byjus within 15 days and we
          dont like and don't want this so cancel it 12th day we informed them we are calling he/she we will take you
          cancellation process after taking to your son when I give phone to my son from there end they disconnecting and the same thing they are repating thing I am reaching through call they are disconnecting the call then I informed them through email they are just saying our senior executive call from which day we informed they are calling saying we take you to cancellation process they disconneting when we try to call on there cancellation number they are not cancelling it they are just repeating same thing

              One day a man to our house from by byjus came
              we taken course 10th 11th 12th he said that if you don't like you can return byjus within 15days and we will cancel it 12th day we informed to them we don't want and we want to cancel it will we are calling he/she we will take you
              cancellation process after taking to son after son from there end they disconnecting call byjus offer we will give you course 54 thousand and extend installment to 24 month we said that just cancel we not want
              continue and the same thing they are repating thing I already cancel the product on toll-free number they are disconnecting and we informed through email still they are not cancelling

                    I would like to inform that I have purchased a course from Byju's and gave them advanced Rs 5k. They have clearly mentioned that if I am cancel it within 15 days they will refund my amount. I have canceled it within 15 days and communicated through mail but even after 15 days still no communication from their end not only that I got a phone call from Byjus that the will be going to deduct EMI from next month. Sales person from Byjus Aritra Dutta not responding since last 15 days.

                      As i m not satisfied with your product and after sale services, i tried to reach at customer service and issued my complain there too, they listened it too but not providing solutions to me. and if i ask for solution they seems like there was a network error and they just said hello hello hello and disconnect the phone..
                      really disappointing please refund the fees i shall submit your books and tablet too you provided tablet without cover i must sent it back to you with cover. please do needful

                        The quality of byjus is significantly detoriated, the customer care cell is uncooperative. The mentor is under qualified. The time Table of the course is badly managed and poorly maintained.there are huge errors and irregularities are there. I haven't received the month of March timetable despite my calls.
                        Huge problem with the software, the workbook submission system is not working properly

                        The quality of entire byjus is extremely detoriated

                            Hi There,

                            Your counselor came to our house for a demo and given demo for my daughter Kundana Sri. After that he asked me to purchase your course but I declined. Then he gave me an offer that first pay 5000 and tool trail later we will refund your amount within 15days if you are not satisfied with it and asked my credit card. I given credit card to him and asked my mobile with out my interaction he booked full course for 35000. After taking back my mobile I got to know amount debited 35000/-. I asked him about same don't worry we will refund back total amount . I told him i'm not ready to pay that huge amount pls cancel it. Then he said " Sir order is already placed so it's unable to cancel order now call me after receiving product then I will cancel it.

                            Same day I sent mail for cancellation and I called customer care for cancellation. They also told me that after receiving the product we will cancel the order and refund your amount.

                            Now i'm trying to call him but he is prolonging this issue.

                            Product received on 15Th March 2022 now it's 22Nd March 2022.

                            I am trying to cancel an order by calling cutomer care and I have been on call for nearly 4 hours and no one responded to my call.

                                Sir, Your representative visited our home on 20th February and explained a product for our daughter. We booked the product and made a payment of Rs. 5000/- via link he shared to us. We kept the registration process pending and requested him to confirm on tomorrow after making some more discussion with our family, if we would want to purchase the product. Next day we called him and told that we didn't like the product so don't want to purchase the product and requested to refund our booking amount of Rs. 5000/-. We got informed that we will get the refund but it may take some time to process.
                                Sir, almost one month is going to complete but we didn't received our refund. Kindly arrange to refund our booking amount earliest please.

                                      I have admitted my son in Byjus for on classes. Paid amount Rs.5000/-. But my son not interested, so i wanted to cancel my above order. I informed Byju's the same and requested to cancel my order & refund my money. Already one month over, but i have not received favourable reply & amount. Other side Kotak bank people are insisting me to pay EMI and they are saying, they have give Rs.35, 000/- to Byjus on behalf of me without informing me.

                                        This is complain for not giving service and commitment by your product seller Mr.Jalaj jain.
                                        I have complained every problem last 8-9 months but there is no response, just lingering and passed one year,
                                        I don't want to continue with you, kindly cancel the subscription and refund my money as early as possible, I had complained early too in this portal but there is no response, that why I am canceling this subscription,
                                        If you will not respond than I will go for police complaint against you.
