My sister and i went to CCD at RDC Rajnagar, Ghaziabad branch on 12th may 2012, Saturday. when i was placing the order at the counter, i noticed a big spider web just above my head. i told the guy about it who was taking my order at the counter. While placing the order i gave him my debit card for the payment and i was advised to wait for the order to be delivered at my table. After a while a guy came with the order that we placed. He kept the coffee cups and the sandwich we ordered at the table and went back. We both had our coffee however since we were discussing something important we continued sitting there for another 10 mins... By then almost everyone at the coffee shop left so the staff was not busy... My sister got up as she thought of leaving too however i was still thinking why we were not provided a bill for the order but only a customer copy of my debit card transaction. Upon asking the guy (ADITYA) who took our order in his system started looking at his branch supervisor. Supervisor on shift (VIJAY TIWARI) suddenly asked me to wait while they could have generated a bill for me however he mentioned ma'am your bill is ready which was a lie as i could see aditya generating a bill for me at the same time. i waited and then he gave me the bill with 15 Rupees change. When i asked him why was he giving 15 rupees cash ( as i paid with a debit card) he mentioned Ma'am because we accidentally charged you extra on the debit card .. I would like to mention that the total bill including taxes was Rs 219/- and we were charged Rs 235/- on our debit card. We would have not known it until i would have asked for a bill. They were so casual about the entire thing and did not even apologize for the inconvenience we had to face for unnecessarily waiting for something we are suppose to get while placing t he order when i paid upfront. I would like CCD to compensate for such a bad experience i had at their coffee shop. Did not expect such treatment at such a reputed place , as i am a coffee lover and i visit a lot of your branches and this ghaziabad branch experience was really bad.
Would be expecting a reply on this or else i will lodge a complain with consumer court.

visited Cafe Coffee Day while traveling from Mumbai to Bangalore @ khedshivapur highway.

The manager Chandru was pretty rude in taking the order and denied service completely when requested an extra glass for an grande cappuccino . The service manager Chandru also reluctantly gave the complaints book and also didn't have any phone numbers including the outlet number. Dumb staff

CCDhad very rude staff and managers, sworn to never take any CCD products ever again.

Least expected from such a popular brand.

me n one of my friend had been to this ccd outlet at surya nagar on 17th march 2012... we had ordered for a sizzle dazzle brownie.. once they had served us we tasted it... it was awful...the sizzling plate was so heated up dat half of the brownie was stuck in the plate n couldnt be able to cut with a spoon..it was hard and burnt..we called the waiter that served us... when we told him what was the problem, instead of paying heed to what we were saying he started smiling and left the place...another staff member came when we called...he started giving us a lecture on how a sizzle dazzle brownie tastes.. i told him that i'm a regular there and for years i have been eating out at ccd oulets so i know how a sizzle dazzle brownie exactly tastes like....and i felt the previous staff who were there before these people were better and well behaved...after such humiliation i dont think i will ever like to go to that outlet ever again....

I visited Coffee Day branch in Vidyaranyapura around 11:45 am and was in a hurry to go to a bank. I placed my order to one of the staff member, who was at the counter, and told her that I want Devil's Own for "PARCEL". Yes I did not use the word "TAKE AWAY", but did mention parcel. The person's name being Vedanjali, she was busy conversing with the other staff member about another customer. I repeated my order again, once again telling her that it is for parcel. She billed the order and I paid Rs.140 for the same and was asked to take seat. After waiting to my shock, she did not parcel, but asked me to drink there. I told her it was not possible and asked her to just pour it in another cup so that I can take it. I did not know that without paying the entire amount again I cannot get my coffee. So I told her that ...."forget it, I'll pay, but give me my coffee". She then called her manager and explained the whole story to him. I already lost 20 mins...waiting and arguing there. To my utter shock she later started chatting with the manager completely ignoring me. I had to leave the place without my coffee and without my money.
Vidyaranyapura Coffe Day is running hooliganism, the staff are barely trained, they threaten the customers. Please do take necessary action againgst them.

Unfortunately, I had a masala mint sandwich at Cafe Coffee Day, 496, Binnamangala, CMH Road, Indiranagar, bangalore around 3 pm on March 1, 2012 and to my surprise found a stappler pin in the sandwich. Luckily, I could remove it from the mouth. Imagine what kind of cleanliness the Indian restaurant maintains?

Visit Cafe coffee Day unless you are ready to chew even stappler pins with your sandwich.

Found a stone in Sandwich

Had been to CCD located in a corporate campus in Bangalore. I ordered for Channa sandwich and to my bad luck I bit a stone almost breaking ma tooth. It was size of a channa. On complaining, the staff did not come at first to even look at it. Later on calling the staff again, they came and took a pic of the stone. they said the spoke to the boss and have mailed the pic. But how does it make any difference to the customers. instead of compensating the customer, they were charging the entire bill. Nowhere have I seen such kind of behavior. the staff pretends as if they have come across such instances for the first time and tell they have no policies in place for such blunders they make. Do not feel like visiting CCD anymore. pass on to you friends and colleagues as well. Next time you eat, do not blindly eat. remember CCD is not al that hygienic.

I would like to complaint on cafe coffee day regarding the violation of constitution of India,
today i.e; 3 of February 2012 in nagarabhavi 2nd stage. I noticed that some people where smoking in Cafe Coffee Day.
when we asked the Cafe Coffee Day employees that they are not supposed to smoke in public place. They just gave a answer that they got a permission from the authority and these facilities are only available in Cafe Coffee Day and they have also allotted a last two tables for the smokers. I just want to tell that if they allow the person to smoke in that last two tables it doesn't mean that the smoke will not reach the person who is sitting next to that place or some where in that hall. they are also spoiling others health. More over its a violation of constitution of India and contempt of court [supreme court] so kindly consider this as a serious issue and take necessary action.

i along with my one frend on 30 jan went to cafee cofee outlet at east patel nagar , we ordered one hot cofee ,one cold cofee and one choclate fantasy . and they asked me to do the payment first , i went to do the payment counter and given them rs 1000 , and they asked me to give the change as they were not having it , i have given my debit card to them and they charged me rs 255 , and immediately i received an sms stating "YOU HAVE MADE A DEBIT CARD PURCHASE OF INR RS 255 30 JAN INFO :VPS * CAFE COFEE . TOTAL AVBL BAL is INR 21352.21 . after this sms when they have alreday deducted rs 255 from my debit card . the payment counter guy came to me and denyied the money they charged to me through debit card . and there was a heap of arguement between me and the florr manager , its was very disgraceful, embarrasing for me and its distasteful , so forcebly they have take cash payment from me rs 255 , i request the authority to take necsessary action againt this outlet my email id [protected]@gmail.com

This is to share with you about pathetic services at cafe coffee day outlet at Vaishali, Jaipur.

I have visited captioned outlet quite sometime. The visits have really shaded my best experiences of cafe day across india.

The outlet is damn dirty and taints the image of cafeday. The people running the show are without the uniform, most of the time. They work with an attitude (specially the main person).

I am forced to write this mail to you because today is the third consecutive visit in which they serve just half a glass of coffee and the balance is all froth. They must be saving lot of raw material and getting awards for cost cutting. Apart from this the invoice issued is always very light and really hard to read. The pics of the same are attached. The same will be pasted along with my experiences on cyber space, food dept site and tax dept. site.

This is regarding the poor quality of coffee served in the Banaswadi ORR branch of Cafe Coffee Day. We went and ordered two cups of coffee there. The coffee was served quite a bit late, and one of them had tiny pieces of shiny wrapper kind of material in them, clearly injurious to health if consumed. When reported the staff feebly said sorry and didn't even refund any of the items ordered.

Today I had been to CCD with my daughter and had coffee plus got some paneer sandwich packed. When my child opened it at home and started eating there was a human ( I hope so) hair in it. I rang up the outlet ( Premchandnagar-) talked to them , area manager Mr. Fernandese got in touch, but he says " this is the first ever time it happened"
Dear CCD top boss, I paid rs 70 for this dish and 25 for taxes(?). I think even a roadside thelewala will be better than this. He at least does not charge for this (mis)service.. At Gandhinagar Apollo Hospital thee is a CCD at the ground floor , full of flies and filth. Unfortunately last Saturday only I had witnessed this.Onus is both on hospital and CCD

hi, i am amanpreet kaur, me and my freinds have a very bad experience with CCD in city centre bathinda near court complex.i was sitting there with my friends and place a order for coffee and there was a delay in service.When we approach to the branch manager MR. SUNNY he behaves very rudely and start using abusive language.And with him some of the staff members named MR.HAMEER,MR.BEANT SINGH also starts behaving rudely and starts using abusive language.i don't know why the big company like CCD hire ,brainless and shameless people like that who ruins the reputation of the company.they don't even know how to deal with girls.

Being a famous brand this kind kind of misbehavior does not suits the tag.this may going to loose the customer intrest.

Kindly update me the status regarding this issue or I will be compelled to take a harsh step about the manager and staff mamed above of CCD at city centre bathinda.

This is to bring to your notice that I went to ccd satya niketan on 24/07/2011 and my biling amount was Rs.344 but by mistake the amount deducted was Rs.3444 which is almost 10 times. I have been contacting the staff of ccd to refund the excess amount and there has been no cooperation from their side.


Being a famous brand this kind of behaviour and incooperation does not suit the ccd tag. This is going to lose the customer interest.

Kindly update me the status regarding this issue or I will be compelled to take a harsh step about the staff of ccd satya niketan.

I want my money back within next 2 days.

on dated 30 july at 1.26 am i went to cafe coffee day sco 469-70 sec 35 chandigarh..
i ordered for 2 cappucino coffee and i had a freecharge coupon which states one cappucino free with one. but the authorities refused to redeem and harrased me a lot..
please look into the matter and oblige..

Coffee day is FORCING customers to buy some cookies and choco sticks by adding it to their bill, even though they never ordered it. They even try to convince people to buy boxes of chocolate sticks for Rs.250 by telling them that it is for some charity. They don't let you go even if you say you are not interested.

Ultimately most people just end up paying extra for it, just to get rid of the annoying Coffee Day staff. This has to stop, as we customers are not ready to forcefully buy things that we dont want. There needs to be some action taken against Coffee Day so that Customers do not have to go through this.

AND THEN HE STARRED AT ME FOR A WHILE AND HE HANDED ME THE CHANGE.
(THERE WERE LOADS AND LOADS OF CHANGE IN THE DRAWER).
I JUST TOLD HIM "YOU HAVE IT RIGHT"
AND VERY RUDELY HE HANDED ME THE CHANGE SAYING ITS BECAUSE YOU WANT IT
AS IF IM GONNA WALK OUT WITHOUT TAKING MY MONEY BACK.
NOW ALL I WANT FROM THIS COSTUMER COMPLAINT FORUM DEPARTMENT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT .

I went to cafe coffee day, Jawala Heri branch, Paschim Vihar. I ordered Devil's Own which costs 107 as per the menu and brownie with ice cream which doesn't cost more than 70 at other CCD's.
As per the menu, I ordered the two without any additional toppings.
They showed me the bill of devil's own at Rs.205( double scoop and double toppings, which they didn't told initially) and other for Rs.105(double scoop). On inquiry they said its their strategy. I paid 350. And they didn't return the bill after checking.
This is a complete rob of my hard earned money.
Kindly look into the matter so that some other person is not be fooled.
