Team CCD, We are dainik bhaskar, e-23, sector 63 noida, up., i would like to bring to your attention that currently we are using 2 CCD vending machine in our office, but from last 5 days one of our vending machine in breakdown and despite of many followups we are still waiting to get response from your side. we have called area manager and area eng. multiple times but didnt get any positive response.     Hello, i recently visited the cafe coffee day at subhash nagar metro station, where i wanted to redeem my coupons which i got from the application named LINE. One frappe free on the one i purchase. Despite of the fact that i had downloaded the coupon at 9:35 am on the same morning on which i went to redeem my coupon they said that either the coupon was used or it had expired! On my denial of both the facts, they said that they had some problem with the modem! We even tried the coupon in the ccd in City Square mall, Raja Garden. But even they claimed the coupons to be invalid. Plz revert back soon as i am very dissapointed with your services!

      I went with some friends at the Cafe Coffee Day, Manjalpur, Vadodara. We ordered an iced coffee and cheese toastiza combo, cappuccino and cheese toastiza combo and 2 gourmet hot chocolate. The AC of the restaurant was not working due to which the atmosphere inside was very hot so we took a place in the outside of the restaurant. We were given a bill of Rs. 532, a copy of the same is attached. As per the bill, we were charge VAT and "Additional Tax" 2 times and when we asked the restaurant staff about it, then he replied that perhaps it was towards AC charges and when we insisted that the AC did not work at all due to which we had to take a seat in the outdoor area then he tried to run away from the situation by giving me a lame excuse and he told us that he was facing the heat as well for the entire day. I would like to appeal the authorities of the company to tell me what was the additional tax and for what it was charged twice. I would also like to know why I was charged VAT 2 times? This type of knowledge and attitude of the staff is not at all acceptable and the company must refund any excess amount charged.

        i have spend one hour in ccd of aurangabad jalna road branch in that hour we have done some work their and after that by mistake we forget our external hardisk their next day when we go their and asked about the hardisk they told us we dont know about the hardisk and when we ask about the cctv footage they told they are not having any cctv camera their ...if the cctv is avilable it help us for geeting hardisk the manger number is [protected]

          My Bill no is 10054, date 24/10/14. Franchise - Yummy Tummy, Magarpatta City, Pune 411028. ----- We had ordered 1 Choc Hola consisting of 2 scoops ice cream and 1 chocolate fantasy and 1 combo consisting of 1 cappuccino and 1 chocolate indulgence. The quality of the items served were worst. The chocolate sauce was smelling like some chemical, it was probably spoiled. To compensate for this spoiled chocolate sauce, we were given two scoops of ice cream instead of one. Chocolate sauce was not served separately as it is served in other CCD outlets.The choco indulgence pastry was like leather and there was no softness. It was probably a week old. We could not eat and left half of the items there itself. I being pregnant, did not take any risk by eating the spoiled items. The people posted at the CCDs should at least be a little considerate with everyone esp the ones like me. We did not raise any issue since I am pregnant and did not want stress, because we had already asked him about the combo and due to his unprofessional attitude we did not press harder. Worst of all, both my husband and myself fell ill after having your items. So please make sure that such things do not happen in future with others.

          I had received a call from some person from cafe coffee day yesterday at 8:40 pm.
          Please see when I have specified the time to call then why was the call made at such an odd hour and that too when I was in hospital yesterday.

          Again a very unpleasant experience from cafe coffee day.

            Very Very poor service in Cafe coffee day, Virugambakkam branch, Chennai. We ordered 3 devils own.Mr.Arul Cafe day employee told us to pay Rs.600 in the counter. He didn't give the bill. While we are asking for the bill, Arul told that the paper roll is insufficient in the printer. Thats a silly reason for not giving the bill.We people again asked for the system generated bill. He suddenly made the bill by entering the value in the keyboard.It is not generated.He just typed it and he took a photo in my phone to show to us.I have that proof with me.There were no details about the order and the Tax.Simply the total amount he typed.He said that there is a problem with printer only but why cant he generate the bill and show it to us.We are sure that he is cheating us by money. He said cost of Devils own is 160 rupees inclusive of all the taxes.We ordered 3 actually.Total amount to be paid is 600 rupees.What kind of mathematical calculation is that?Nextly we people asked the branch name of the corresponding Cafe day. He told that it is Vadapalani branch, actually it is Virugambakkam branch.Mr.Arul doesnt even know in which branch he is working.The quality of the coffee is the worst i have ever tasted before in CCD. When we asked about it he replied irresponsible saying that he is the only person managing the branch.He has to take the orders and Serve the customers.He also said that it is not possible for every coffee to be tasting good and nice.Then what is upto the brand of Cafe Coffee Day.It is known for its taste only.What is CCD doing by placing only one employee in a weekend?By the way that is not our problem.It is upto the management.They are giving devils own in a take away glass.He said no other glasses are available.Is this the brand of CCD?The quantity of coffee is very less compared to the previous days experience for us.He argued with us about the quantity.Other than that he can talk nothing.Because of this CCD loses 3 loyal customers.Shame on CCD. Please take necessary actions regarding this issue. We expect the value for our money.All we need is a good Coffee worth the money we give.Totally frustrated by the experience I got today.

              Hi, I am a daily visitor in CCD specially Mindspace, Airoli one because I ahve my office in teh same premise and we catch up with all our friends from different companies/buildings in CCD . Till date the service was fine. No complaints. But yesterday, I encountered a staff (named Purva) who was actually very negligible. I ordered 2 99 combo (requested her to place 1 for Chocodunt+ cappuccino and 1 for chilli cheese toast + cappuccino). The order was very clear since me and my frend placing the order bot got it confirmed. But when the final bill was made, we saw it was both of them with chilli cheese toast. We told her we ordered for 1 donut and 1 with chilli tots but she rather blames my frend saying ki I confirmed and he said yes. Upon requesting her to cancel the order and place a new one, she clearly disagreed saying this is not possible. When we said fine then we do not want anything. She slams the money given and makes a face just showing enough attitude to convey we dont give a damn abt ur order. I assure to convey as many frends as possible to never vist CCD. I know this wouldnt stop your business but atleast I would be happy enough if my frends stop visiting CCD (Mindspace)

                I had ordered for a Devil's Own and Cafe Frappe for which I had told specifically NEITHER TO PUT VANILLA ICE CREAM NOR WHIPPED CREAM in any of those two drinks. Still, I was billed for "Double Vanilla Scoop" and the waiter went on arguing with me that they had put the vanilla ice cream when in reality there was no trace of it in any of them.I had ordered for sizzling brownie as well and again they billed for a vanilla double scoop for no reason! The bill amount turned out to be Rs.371 more than what it should have been including the taxes. I am absolutely disappointed with your service and will never again visit any of your stores after this incident.This is just sheer cheating and lack of honesty! Please train your staff well and dismiss them if they try to cheat the costumers!                   Among other food items, we purchased 2 Tandoori Chicken Sandwich for Rs 232 at your Cafe Coffee Day outlet in Meher Chand market in Lodhi Colony New Delhi and was given Bill no 2847 on 03/10/14 at 940 pm and my order number was 7. We ate all the food we ordered but asked the Cafe to pack one unit of the said Tandoori Chicken Sandwich for our young son. We reached home at 1015pm. My son ate one morsel in hurry but he found the sandwich completely rotten. I feel it was deliberate mischief on part of your staff as he seems to have to packed some left over food from a previous day. Packing completely rotten food is unimaginable in Delhi and even street hawkers dare not do such a thing. Please compensate me suitably.                     Discount offered on using Amex cards doesn't work in outlets in mumbai. Have tried using the card on 3 different occasions at 3 different outlets where each cashier gives some weird reason, for not giving discount, like: system not working, this offer is valid at lounge outlets only, offer valid only if you buy worth 500/- (whereas it on more than 300/-) etc. Yesterday the reason was that 'since its a chip based card my system doesn't recognise it & there is nothing i can do about it. There is no 1 i can check with.' Sometimes wonder why would Amex even tie up CCD???

                      I had purchased a cake from Cafe Coffee Day urban estate phase 2 Patiala. This choco indulgence cake was priced at Rs 449 but I was charged Rs.535 which included vat and service tax. Bill no. is 5115 dt.26.9.2014. I objected to the tax charges as there is no tax on take away bakery items. The person at the store feigned ignorance and shook away my complaint. You are requested to take appropriate action on the store and refund the amount charged. This would be in the interest of customer satisfaction and keeping the customer for life. Minakshi Gupta

                        I bought a cadbury dairy milk silk and got two coffee vouchers free with it. I went to the cafe coffee day outlet at Ratanada, Jodhpur. The guy at the counter refused to scan the code and moreover replied by saying that the modem was not working. I again went to the outlet after few days to ask whether the modem was working. So in the evening i went there to drink coffee but they again refused to scan the code and i found the same reply. I am very disappointed and shall take my case to the consumer court if i receive no reply and action being taken. Contact no. [protected]

                          I got an one plus one offer After downloading line and i reached the ccd outlet at mahim shivaji park and i stood and order for one plus one frappy at 11.55 the sales executive named shravan thakur refuced the offer saying the offer is valid till 12 only..u can also check the cctv footage at what time I was standing in the line...this is the worst ever experince of my live and i will never visit the shivaji park ccd again.i would like u to take action on the boy and would expect an apology.

                            Today i visited the cafe located at great india place mall(noida) and i ordered for a (TANDOORI CHICKEN SANDWICH) and then i started eating as usual. But after having 2-3 bites i found the bitter taste, after that i checked inside the sandwich and ii was shocked to see a lot of fungus inside it, this is very poor food quality, CCD being such a big brand and serving with the food with which has affected by fungus is not at all acceptable and i am very disappointed

                              Bad experience to work in Cafe coffee day..i have worked in 5star hotel in chandigarh and after that i decide to join ccd so i was hired for GRE..i completed my training very well and after first day of joining ccd lounge i was working on coffee section at 12.30 pm manager said me to go and open the doors for customers i was on hosting but 3 candidates of my batch are haierd for hosting ..whole day i was hosting the customers and on next day i was working on coffee section again manager told to me go and do hosting ..that day i quit my job for that reason i am a hotel management student and having a degree and worked in kitchen why should i do hosting..i worked 12 days but no salary is given to me for those days.I talked to the H.R and he said if candidate leaves job before a month no salary is given to him, its our company policy if thats your company policy so tell them to everyone when candidate joins ..They told us on training hosting is done by host only..i wasted my 12 days and my money too to go on training but no salary is given to me

                                I had a horrible experience at CCD Xavier Square, Bhubaneswar today. Today i went to CCD, the nearest one to my college XIMB, with my friends to have cold coffee. We ordered Devil's Own, Crunchy frappe & cafe frappe. The whipped cream they served was stale.. it tasted horrible. We complained to the cashier, but he was not ready to accept! He brought us a bowl of fresh whipped cream from inside and said that was the same whipped cream. But the cream that was served with our drinks was not the same at all, with respect to taste or texture or freshness as a matter of fact and all my friends agree on that point. But the cashier there was so arrogant in accepting the fact. It was a very disheartening incident, since we are regulars at CCD and didn't expect such an experience there.

                                  Today at around 1.30pm I went to the CCD Sodepur to order some sandwich . I waited at the desk for around 10mins to just tell what I needed, though there was no queue at all. The women at the desk was busy with her own stuffs and didn't care about taking my order. Then she finally said what I want, and so I placed my order and showed her a DISCOUNT COUPON of 15% which I had with myself to redeem. As soon as I showed her the coupon the expression of her face changed and she told me to wait for a few minutes. After around 10 mins I went at the desk and said if you could not take my order return my discount coupon, and she didn't even bother to think and said, "ok here is your coupon and you can leave". I saw she had all the items which I ordered available still she didn't take my order and told me to leave after making me wait for around 30mins for no reason, I hope these things change and they have a better customer service in the near future. I go to CCD's all the time but this was the first time I went to the Sodepur CCD and I had a terrible experience there and I hope that some action is taken against her!

                                    Get your act together, CCD! Maybe you guys should spend more of your resources on training employees. Your competitors will overtake CCD, plainly by providing an excellent customer service.With CCD leading the market, don't be surprised when another more established competitor (read Starbucks) takes the crown. I am trying to draw a rosy picture for CCD in my research, but it seems like you are barely taking any important steps to ensure customers come back. Simply having a price advantage will not ensure further success. Start spending more time and money to provide the customers worth. Maybe you should forward this email to V. G. Siddhartha.

                                      I along with my friends from office had gone to Cafe Coffee Day (Theatre Road Branch-Newly opened) during our lunch hours. We had availed of a Groupon Coupon -Buy One Get One Free on all beverages. When we reached the outlet, the store manager (Arshad) was unaware of this offer and was extremely hesitant to even cater to it. After making us wait for a good 15 minutes, he told us that the offer is not valid. After asking him to check again he informed us that the offer is available on only Devil's Own Coffee. (Though in the offer a long list of beverages was mentioned) Due to lack of time we didnt press on the matter and agreed to go for Devil's Own. Finally when the coffee arrived, the staff who was serving us was so clumsy that he dropped two glasses of Devil's Own coffee right on top of my head and stood there smiling while I needed some help. I would like to reiterate that I had come during lunch hours at office and my clothes, hair, purse and phone were dripping of coffee and I was not in a condition to go back to office. The staff just stood there, watching, as if I were some kind of clown offering absolutely no help until my friend prodded them to get some tissues. After that the store manager gave a very dirty, used table cleaning napkin to clean myself with. We asked whether it was clean and the answer was a prompt yes even though it was visibly very dirty. After cleaning myself, I went and spoke to the manager who was extremely unapologetic about the entire situation. It was appalling to see how neither the waiter nor the manager bothered to even apologize. Instead they were presenting us with arguments of how we could make do with a takeaway instead. When we asked for a refund, initially he ignored. But we pressed for it, and the response was a Flat "NO". However, some other staff prodded him to give a refund. He forgot the amount that we had paid and we had to remind him of the same. We did get a refund ultimately.(Not of the groupon coupon amount though). Please note that we did not have the coffee too. In the entire incident, our groupon coupons got wasted.We cant use it again or cancel it as the groupon code has already been punched for this order. Apart from that, my friends were late to office and I had to go back home as I was not in a condition to go to office. It was a complete waste of time and money and the unapologetic, clumsy and arrogant staff did nothing to make the situation better. This kind of service is definitely not expected from a large Indian chain like CCD. I as a CCD regular am pretty disappointed and I sincerely request for strict action to be taken against the staff in this outlet(Near AC Market, Kolkata) so that such behaviour is not repeated with other customers.                                         I went to CCD chennai, Mogappair west outlet. I had one of the worsts cappuccino. and the outlet was full of mosquitoes. the guy got my coffee after half n hour. and as usual he didnt have the change so i had to wait for another 20 mins for the guy to provide me with that. the mosquitoes added to the misery. Kindly follow up.
